Went in for a tire rotation on my 2019 Subaru BRZ and couldn t be happier with their service. They did a good job, worked quick and made sure they checked my vehicle for any other issues. There were non found but they were able to give me a good quote on tires which will need replacement within the next 6 months. I will definitely be coming back for them to replace my tires. Mike the technician was an awesome person, Kevin the manager was great in following up to make sure everything went well. Highly recommended, amazing prices!

I highly recommend Hogan Tire in Waltham for all your tire needs. I found them to have the best price for what I needed. I made an appointment and brought my car in for four new tires.They did a great job in a timely manner. Everything went smoothly and my car was ready at the specified time. The staff was efficient and very courteous. Extremely happy with the entire process.

Great people here.I did a battery check after a jumpstart. The guy worked for almost an hour and didn t charge anything from me. They could have asked me to buy a new battery and they knew I would do it. But these guys are honest and kind.I changed two tires here. Always friendly and helpful.Highly recommend.

I brought my car in for an oil change, which from what I understand, ordinarily should take 20-30 minutes.They were unable to finish this the day I brought it in, but no big deal, these places are busy, right? The next day I pick up my car and drive home.A day or two later I drive somewhere for work and notice the hood is smoking.The cap to my gasket was left off, oil was splashed everywhere, the padding under my hood was soaked in oil, and the kicker - a dirty rag left on top of the battery.I called and demanded it be fixed. Chris, a very nice guy came out, assessed the situation, offered a ride if i needed one, and brought the car back in.He s the only reason for the extra star. It took another day and a half to get my car back. The padding still has a little oil left undried, but it *seems* cleaned and the cap replaced still might get everything looked at from another mechanic.I can t recommend this place, I m sorry. I m sure other people have great experiences with them.Thank god the rag under the hood didn t ignite while I was driving.

Kevin, Aaron, and Jay at Hogan Tire in Waltham were great to work with. We went in without an appointment and they were able to replace our ruined tire as well as the other 3 that were in rough shape, too. The service was performed quickly and their communication during the whole process was appreciated. They saved us hundreds of dollars by honoring their price match guarantee too. I highly recommended this service center.

I had problems in my tires, I went many places, never get fixed, was told the sensors for 4 tires are not working, other said nothing wrong with your tires, other you need new tire, but my tire all the time is flat.I went to hogan they fixed my tire for Free because they just wanted to help me after the torture I had .Very highly recommend Hogan, honest people.Thank you Kevin and everybody.Fadia

Brought my 2015 truck in this morning . I needed two new tires put on as well as changing the rims on all tires from my winter rims to summer. Side note- these are very expensive rims 500+ per rim. When I picked up my truck and looked a the job the two rims that they took off to change the tires were covered in multiple gouge and scratch marks. I was so angry I had to go right home. I will be back in the morning to discuss this. I am very disappointed as they clearly knew what they did and failed to tell me. I also have pictures of my rims before and after to show as proof. Hopefully Hogan solves this issue. Thank you

I was on my way home from work when I noticed I had a serious leak in my tire. I called Hogan at 4:15 and they were able to squeeze me in just before closing! They saved me from using a day off from work and probably a tow later on to get the tire fixed. Peter was so friendly, explained everything to me and literally saved my day! The staff there is amazing! Such a great local company, I couldn t recommend them more to anyone in the Waltham area!

Wow these guys are great. Stopped in here today looking to replace all 4 of my tires because I had a huge bubble on one and needed to drive home 60 miles away with my wife and daughter (who were at the children's hospital around the corner, not with me, getting an mri).. they didn't have the size tire in stock. They recommended a couple other places to try to help but those places (among others that I called) didn't have the size available and/or the other places were simply "booked" and couldn't help.. so I asked if they would swap it out with my spare tire and he gladly did. He would not take any money from me either! Class act!! Thank you so much!!!

Hello, just echo-ing what I read here myself. I came in after having slid into a curb, anxious that I damaged a wheel. They took me right away, checked all the wheels and alignment, and sent me on my way with an understanding that there was nothing wrong. I appreciate that they didn't try to upsell me on anything, and I will definitely return the next time I have a problem.

I've been leasing cars for the past six years so I haven't had tire issues lately. But, in the past, I received excellent service from Hogan Tire and Auto.I'm writing this review because of the character of the service team and the help they provide to their neighbors in Waltham. Last year the tire on my snow blower detached from the rim/wheel and they took the time to seal it to the rim and inflate it but refused payment. (Their kindness saved my back)Yesterday, after storing an old tire in my garage for years, I decided to clear it out. I took it to Hogan Tire and Auto and asked what it would cost for them to take it off my hands. I knew everyone charges something for disposal.I worried about bothering them with my request, knowing that their services are always rush items and that they would not profit by attending to my request.To my surprise, Peter, Jay and Bill all talked to me, took the tire and refused payment. As well as providing excellent service they are also good and kind neighbors in our community.

I had a rather amazing experience with Hogan Tire reminding me how kind people can be. It's a bit of a story...but I think worth the read. I managed to find myself in a bit of a tough spot recently, having gotten a flat on the Mass Pike my way into town from NY for my daughter's care at Children's hospital's Waltham location. This trip to Boston and Waltham is one I have done more times than I can count over the 12 years of my daughter's life--at times once a month due to her health. But this trip we were a bit unlucky--and must have picked up a nail. We made it to the shoulder, unloaded all the medical supplies from the trunk, including my kiddo's wheelchair to get to the spare.My daughter is quite fragile, so my goal was to just get us safely from the roadside as quickly as possible. So, my daughter's caregiver and I managed to change the tire to the spare on the shoulder. Although we did it, honestly I was a bit surprised no one stopped to help. We were close enough to Waltham that we could make it to the appointment on the spare (only 15 minutes late!)Concerned about making it home in time for my daughter's meds and nighttime treatments, I called the closest tire place from the waiting room: Hogan Tire. Peter picked up. I'm sure I sounded a mess, and I did my best to explain that we had to be seen by the doctor and then would come. He was so kind...just said, come over when you're ready, no problem.When I walked in the door he remembered me from the call. And told me they'd look at it right away. We took a walk down the street for some food, and in now time he called to say it was just a nail and we were all patched up. When I came back, my car was out front, ready to go...and Peter refused payment. He just said "you have enough on your plate." It was such a lovely act of kindness...after a rather long day of (barely) holding it all together.I can't say enough about how grateful I am for that moment or about how kind, helpful, and fast Peter and the team were.

I have a 1974 Lotus Europa Twin Cam Special. It's a weird tiny low 1600-pound mid-engined fiberglass-bodied car that takes staggered-sized tires (slightly bigger ones on the rear). The car is extremely prone to wheel vibration issues if everything isn't perfect. When I resurrected the car after it had sat for 40 years, I bought cheap off-brand tires for it. Even after paying twice for wheel balancing (once for standard balancing, again for road-force balancing), the car still had a steering wheel shimmy and a chassis vibration due to the off-brand tires not being sufficiently round. I wanted to fix it once and for all by buying name-brand tires. I found that the mail order shop The Tire Rack sold Kumho Solus tires in the staggered sizes I needed (185/70/13 and 175/70/13), but I wanted to buy the tires from a local tire shop that also did road-force balancing so, if there was a problem with either the tires or the balance, I could have one vendor whose feet I could hold to the fire.I searched online and found that Hogan Tire in Waltham sold the Kumho tires and also had a road-force balancing machine. I called them and asked them if they'd meet The Tire Rack's price, and they agreed, but said the tires would need to be ordered and it would take a few days. I took all four wheels off the car and brought them to Hogan, and in person explained the situation in detail, describing how important it was to me that the wheel balancing be done correctly, as this was now my third try.A day later, Joe from Hogan called me to say that the two rear wheels I'd brought him were bent, and thus couldn't be balanced well enough to eliminate vibration. I went down to the shop and the technician showed me the bent wheels on the wheel-balancing machine. I took the wheels with me and brought them to another shop to get them straightened. This took a few days. In the meantime, Hogan mounted and balanced the two front wheels without problems.Once the wheels were straightened, I brought them back to Hogan, and they mounted and balanced them while I waited. I put them on the car, took it for a test drive on the highway, and to my delight, the vibration issues were completely gone.I give Hogan very high marks for meeting The Tire Rack's mail-order price, having a reasonable cost for road-force balancing, and being willing to work with me on something that was not a quick in-and-out job. I appreciated that they listened to me and never pressured me to pay up and get my stack of tires out of the shop. I'd use them again, and I'd recommend them without hesitation.

I stopped in Wed, The team had everything I would need on Thursday, 4 tires and oil change. While I waited their team of experts worked so hard in the heat. They were amazing. Peter was a delight to work with.All said and done and it was below the quoted original price. Yeah Team. I'll be back.

The employees here saved the day! They gave me an unbeatable price for two tires (I drive a Honda Fit). Can we talk about how efficient these guys are? Super Fast!I used Hogan once upon a time ago in Beverly when I popped two tires delivering for Amazon, and I was just as satisfied with the Beverly location. These guys all deserve raises and an employee appreciation party of some sort!I will be returning and recommending.

I have been a Hogan tire customer for a long, long time. They have never disappointed me. Courteous, reliable service, reasonable prices for tires and mechanical work and most importantly, they stand by their work if something unexpected happens (which is rare). I couldn t ask for more. I could go on , but worry readers will think I m a relative!

Left my car for the free winter to summer changeover. They call back to claiming the tires which have 4/32 are bald and unsafe to drive. When I tell him I measured the tries this morning and they are fine, the story changes to the 4 year old tires have dry rot and will blow out on the highway. Needless to say there is no rot on the tires. To add insult to injury, he quotes new Michelin tires at $1100 instead of the $750 they are listed for on Hogan's own site.

I just stopped in today because I ve been having trouble putting air in my tires and they were pretty low. Peter really helped me out! He checked all 4 tires and put air in the ones that needed it and didn t charge me a dime. I really appreciated his help!

Peter and Tyrone were very helpful. This I my 2nd time come here I have no concerns there. I found the tires I wanted online night before. Went in they didn't have in stocks they offered me similar ones. I only need 2 tires Tryone called me letting now I need all 4 tires ask if I want to do all and gave me a good price. I will be going back again

Exceeded my expectations and resolved not one but two separate issues within a week that a Honda dealership had declared unfixable. Bill was not open when I stormed in sharing my year long battle. He resolved an issue that had existed for the life of the car. He provided a clear explanation of my issue and pointers for future care. Hogan in Waltham is just off of 95 one exit north of the pike and have convenient 24/7 drop boxes for keys.

I was in Waltham Massachusetts this past weekend for a graduation when I got a flat tire late Friday night. After having my donut tire put on my car I realized before I could drive home Saturday afternoon I would need to find a tire place that carried a tire for my car. To top it off it was pouring rain outside and I was short on time to get this done between the graduation and luncheon before I headed home which was over a 2 1/2 drive to get there. What I have learned from past experiences you can not just put any tire on my Subaru Outback. My car is all wheel drive and the tire must be for an all wheel drive car. I have also learned that not every tire shop carries all wheel drive tires. I called multiple places to see if anyone had an all wheel drive tire for my car. The first place I called had the tire I needed but were to short staff and would not be able to put the tire on my car. I also realized even if I bought the tire from them I would still need to find a tire place to put the tire on my car which I knew would be difficult. I called several more tire shop with no luck. I then called the Subaru dealership near by who had the tire but was booked solid and could not fit me in to put it on. I had one more place in the area to try which was Hogan Tire & Auto which closed at 2:00 pm and it was now 1:00 pm on Saturday afternoon. The gentleman who answered the phone was named Peter Calliontzis. Peter said they had a compatible tire that would work to get me home but that I would need to be at Hogan Tire & Auto within the next 10 to15 minutes to have them put the tire on before they closed for the day at 2:00 pm. To think I almost didn t call them because they only had one more hour of work time left to try and help me or anyone else. I didn t think they would be able to fit me in. I am so glad I called them. They were lifesavers for me on Saturday because they made it possible for me to make it to the luncheon and to be able to drive home afterwards. Everyone at Hogan Tire & Auto were very honest, nice, friendly & helpful. I would most definitely recommend Hogan Tire & Auto for any problems you may have with your tires or your car. Thank you Hogan Tire & Auto you made it possible for me to get home safely in the pouring rain Saturday night.

Tyrone was very helpful with investigating a tire repair. He found a giant piece of metal that had penetrated my tire. Spent quite a while with my car and did not charge me a dime. Very personable and professional technician. I will certainly return.

I researched tire companies when I needed to get new tires and Hogan Tire beat all the competitors hands down. Best prices including installation. plus free tire rotation every 5000 miles recommended by Hogan.I blew a tire recently at night, got the spare on then in the morning I called Hogan. Bob, the manager didn't even let me finish asking when I could come in and said Bring it down right away. They replaced the tire, gave me credit for the amount of wear left on the tire and got me on my way quickly, even though they were very busy with every bay filled with cars and more waiting. These guys do what they say they will do, quickly, professionally and safely.

The experience work at Hogan tire always makes me want to go back
