We bought a used car with a number of custom modifications which caused it to fail Massachusetts inspection. Other shops said there was no chance of getting it to pass, without completely ripping out all of the custom work at an exorbitant price. We brought the car to Eastside and asked what it would take to get it to pass inspection, and they understood how to work with the custom modifications and get it to pass at a reasonable price. And their communication was top notch. Highly recommended.

Hands down the best car buying experience I ever had! Nick did everything he could to get me the best deal possible and made sure I was comfortable with my new car. Lorenzo took his time explaining everything about the purchasing process and gave me some helpful tips. I highly recommend going to Eastside Motoring for your next vehicle. They will make you feel like family! All of my future car purchases will hopefully be there!

A+ experience, we have purchased three vehicles here and not only do I recommend all of my friends, but anyone that is in the market for a new car. I ve been to a lot of dealerships, and they treat me with super respect here, especially as a woman who has been mistreated in many establishments in the past. Highly recommended.

Cool shop, great service, and knowledgable staff. Very accommodating and friendly to enthusiasts with modified cars along with normal bone stock cars. I bring my car here for all the things I wouldn t want the dealership to see or touch.

I was anxious and nervous being that this was my first time purchasing, but the team provided exceptional service and made me feel so at ease.Being able to speak about all my questions and concerns without feeling rushed really made a difference.Sending a big Thank you and much appreciated to you all at Eastside Motoring.

Purchased this cute little runaround as our second car Ryan was the best at making the deal and pickup as smooth as possible. Also kudos to Ty and Jeremy for supporting him through the process. Professionals all. Really appreciated the immaculately detailed vehicle full of gas for my trip back home. I d buy another car from Eastside again without question.

UPDATE: LOOK AT PHOTOS!!! CAR FAILED INSPECTION DAY DRIVEN OFF LOT. ROTTED, CRACKED SUBFRAME, BAD TIRES, BAD BRAKES, BAD BATTERY. 5 STAR REVIEWS FROMEMPLOYEES!!Car was driven home February 9th, failed inspection that day for a rotted subframe, something Mercedes has a recall for. Also was made aware of two bad tires. Lorenzo claimed the inspection mechanic was lying about the tires needing to be fixed. More importantly, he stated it was acceptable for them not to know about the cracked subframe because they don t check that during their inspection and the recall isn t listed on carfax. I paid for two new tires myself and asked to be reimbursed to no avail. 9 days later battery died, original from 2014. Lorenzo claimed I left a light in which is the battery died. I paid for a new battery and asked to be reimbursed to no avail. I then left my negative review. Lorenzo then sent me a text saying he wasn t avoiding me but the whole store had covid. Very clear excuse they use often if you read other negative reviews. While my car was at Mercedes having the sub frame fixed, they made me away the brakes needed to be fixed. I expressed this Lorenzo.. his answer? Mercedes is lying about the brakes needing to be fixed. LOOK AT THE PHOTOS I BEG YOU! This guys has the nerve to blame everything on everyone other than himself. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and beg anyone else who has had similar experiences to do the same. It s the only way they ll be stopped from doing this to others.During the sales process, Nick and Lorenzo sold me on their top rated car gurus dealership status and how they sell 60% of their cars out of state so it s very important to them that all cars are sold in upstanding condition. During the sales process, Nick and Lorenzo told me they had put new brakes and tires on the car . My fault for assuming put new tires on the car meant 4 new tires. I should have checked closer, but alas I had not. When I drove home with the car on February 9th, I took it to get in inspected that very day. Once the car was on the lift, I was called in to look at it with the mechanic. He showed me rotting and cracking in the rear sub frame of the car, which he told me was a common issue for Mercedes. The car not only didn t pass inspection, but was literally unsafe to drive. He then showed me that the two tires on the left side of the car were brand new, while the right two were about a month away from failing inspection. The back right tire had a razor blade in it. I immediately reached out to Lorenzo and Nick who were hard to get in touch with all of a sudden. I paid for two new tires in the following days, and sent the receipts to Nick and Lorenzo asking to be reimbursed. No response. THANK GOD the Mercedes is subframe is actually covered under a recall, otherwise this job would cost me thousands of dollars to get done. It s going to take the Mercedes dealership a month to fix it I ve been told. Pictures posted for reference.9 days after driving home with the car, the battery died. Now I wouldn t be this upset had the other stuff not happened already with the car. But at this point it was very clear to me that Nick and Lorenzo had sold a car that either A) they didn t inspect properly or B) sold a car they knew had serious issues with. Battery, tires, rear sub frame, seems to me those are three things that should be checked prior to selling since again they talked about how selling cars in upstanding condition is sooo important to them. I reached out to Lorenzo again asking for them to pay for the tires and batteries. No response. It s wasn t until my mother posted a review last Thursday, we got a text back within minutes. Saying the store had covid and they d get back to us in the morning. I have not hear back from them since. Funny tho, I m sure they sold cars in the two weeks they had covid and couldn t text me back. Also, one of their top 5 stars review is literally the woman who works behind the desk there. It s very clear to me now they got their car gurus top rating from bogus reviews.

This place is great. I've had aftermarket work done on my truck, performance wheels installed on my Mustang, maintenance work done on my wife's Porsche, as well as our vehicles detailed. The quality of work is top notch, and the prices are very reasonable. We'll never go to the dealership again.I've been working with Yanni. He is friendly, professional, and very prompt in his communications. I couldn't be happier with his and Eastside Motoring's service.

Stopped in today to look at a couple cars they had listed. I did not end up making a deal because they weren't exactly what i was looking for. The cars were perfectly fine I'm just picky. One of the owners Lorenzo, and sales man Nick who had spent the time with me to show me the two vehicles and sit down to talk were an absolute pleasure. They were both very patient and polite, working with me as we discussed what I was looking for. They weren t trying to push a sale on me. Both of them were looking to help out any way they could in what I was looking for. If they had in inventory what I was looking for I would have definitely given them my business. Their customer service over the phone and in person was great and stress free

Bought a car from Eastside motoring and it was a great easy and low-stress experience. The car I ended up buying exceeds my expectations, I m so psyched about it. Everyone here was really friendly and made the experience comfortable.Edit: still love my car, a bit disappointed that they went radio silent on me when I asked them to mail back the transponder I forgot in my trade-in.

I bought my first car from Eastside Motoring yesterday-specifically from Ryan! Ryan was helpful, informative, and respectful throughout the whole process. He kept me updated everyday with the status of the car and worked hard to meet my needs. If you are thinking of buying a car, I highly recommend Eastside Motoring! Thank you guys :)

Update:Due to several issues in resolving issues with the commitments on the bill of sale, and honoring the warranty that they sold me, I'm updating my review. The company has stopped returning my calls. I will rewrite the review with an update to what happened if this cannot be resolved and begin further corrective action.Original Post:My experience started with another dealer as many car buying projects go, and was treated terribly. They were pushy, aggressive on closing, and unhelpful in helping us find what we were looking for. Then we came to Eastside Motoring. A night and day difference.Amandio was super friendly, low pressure, and he and the staff went out of their way to accommodate the process of dealing with registration and inspection. We had the car inspected and when we showed what the issues were (mostly minor) they covered all of them. They have a great finance team and the manager even contributed by helping us find a last minute garage to do the state inspection. All in all we spent almost $10k more than planned on the perfect car for us because of how we felt dealing with this dealer.I'll be sure to update if this turns out to be sour down the road, but I can honestly say it was one of the easiest buying processes I've ever had.The whole team did great. Thanks again from both of us

Bought my second car from Eastside Motoring, a 2018 Jetta S. They were extremely helpful throughout the buying process, and buying it took no time at all. Nick made sure everything was all set with the car and I was able to drive it home within a week of test-driving it. I realized that the rearview mirror was not sturdy and the windshield wipers didn't stand up a few days after and was able to take it back to Eastside and get them fixed for free! Chris and Sean were very helpful with the repairs and continue to be helpful with my car with the additions I have been making, like my tints. I highly recommend buying a car from here if you see one you like!

Great initial impression. Friendly, responsive and excited. That all started to fall apart once we paid. Waited nearly a month for shipping of the trades and the car, after paying for it. Would only provide updates once we pushed for them. Never actually titled/registered car after they offered. We eventually got the title in the mail saying it's up to us. I also called twice to figure out whete they hid the airtag that keep showing up. Still no response. The car was actually great and as described. They did fail to mention the oil leak during acceleration. But minor issue that just needs a new gasket and bolts.Wouldn't work with them again

Nick was a pleasure to deal with when I purchased my Acura! He was very upfront; he and his team followed through on all the promises that were made during the car buying process.

I recently purchased a 2015 GMC from Eastside Motoring, and the experience was nothing short of fantastic. Nick, the salesperson, was not only communicative and amiable but also incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He made the purchase easy and smooth, always staying responsive. The finance manager/owner, Lorenzo, exemplifies the true essence of a family business. Lorenzo, an amazing individual, made it clear that providing top quality vehicles and accessories is his passion. As the principal of a vocational high school, I appreciate their commitment to education, bringing students from Waltham High School s automotive program for shop tours.Finalizing the paperwork was a breeze, and when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, it was adorned with a big red bow a delightful surprise. This personal touch is something I ve never experienced at a dealership before. Inspired by this positive experience, we re now in the process of closing on a Range Rover for my wife. I intend to continue referring and purchasing from Eastside Motoring in the future. The combination of excellent service, a family atmosphere, and community involvement truly sets them apart.

After a bad dealership experience, I did my research & found Eastside. I usually work with Yanni & my experience has been nothing but superb. All the staff is respectful, they take my opinions into account, & they always provide me with options, which I love! I ll be going back for my work later this spring, and have no doubt they ll surpass my expectations again.

TLDR: Newly Bought Car Failed Inspection, Salesman Faked Sick When Things Went Wrong, Sold with Thousands of Dollars Worth of Features it didn t Have, Impossible To Get in Touch Once Check Cleared, Listed Problematic Trade-In without Addressing Issues, Other People Here Claiming Lemon Sale, Positive Reviews Are Written By Employee's and their FamiliesI hate to even write this as Lorenzo and team came highly recommended from a family member and they boasted a reputation that sounded tough to match, including a CarGuru s certification for being a Top Dealership. My experience, however, certainly didn t live up to the hype - in fact, it will go down as one of the worst customer experiences I ve ever been a part of.In the sales process, Nick was responsive and answered questions almost immediately via text and phone. However, once he had my money and things went wrong (failed inspection, missing $2,900 worth of features) he was impossible to get in touch with to the tune of 4 unanswered emails, 6 text messages, and 10+ calls over the 7 days that followed. On one of the occasions I called the front desk and asked for him, I could hear him tell the receptionist to Tell him I m out sick - when they refused he said then just put him through to my voicemail. The charade continued for several days, but he forgot to get the other members of the front desk on board as every time I called and asked if he was in they would respond with something along the lines of yup he s at his desk now, I ll transfer you over. The new car I had just purchased from him failed inspection due to the tires I was told had a 7 out of 9 in terms of life left in them. The State of Massachusetts clearly felt differently, and no one seemed to have much urgency in doing anything about it.I finally got Nick & Lorenzo s attention (after several requested call backs went unfulfilled) when I arrived in person at the dealership. I spoke with Lorenzo who was seemingly apologetic, and acknowledged that Nick wasn t sick, but his proposed resolutions didn t acknowledge the gravity of the situation, nor the frustration experienced along the way.I had suggested that along with new tires (which the lemon law obligated that they address) we include the warranty we had discussed in the sales process as a replacement for the features that were missing (as it was a comparable cost), but was told the price of it had increased $1,000 in the short time I d had the vehicle and therefore it wasn t an option.I have been professional and operating in good faith for an equitable resolution despite these frustrations, but even in a world where we give them the benefit of the doubt on all of these things, the entirety of the transaction was simply unacceptable. Finally a few words of caution to anyone considering buying:I sold my previous vehicle to them, with known and acknowledged defects, but they had the new listing up faster than they could have possibly addressed the issues with it. The current CarFax shows no changes or services have been done since they acquired itThe vehicle I purchased from them was priced $5000 more than another identical one 20 miles away (lesson learned on valuing reputation)All vehicles were promised to come with a full detail - mine did not. While in the waiting area for the tire replacement, there was another gentleman who voiced his concerns over being sold a Lemon citing that the vehicle he bought is trash and we want our money back. To add insult to injury, it seems that, since my initial review, they've been doing everything they can to get positive ones...including soliciting reviews from their employees and their employee's families (check the last names and google results). You can find more details, facts, screenshots, and receipts of all of this on eastsidemotoringwaltham

TLD(definitely)R!If I could give Lorenzo and his dealership a zero, I would! There is a common theme with these unfavorable reviews Cars not passing inspection once they leave the lot and being ghosted once the car has been purchased.I picked up my car, went to get it inspected, and lo and behold it failed. Two bad tires and the worst part was the rear subframe (critical part of the car) was completely rotted. I informed Lorenzo about the failed inspection and the reasons for it. I sent the invoice for the tires. Of course, no reply. I continued to send texts, and again, no reply. He then asked what parts I needed for the rear subframe to be fixed, which I should not have had to tell him since he is the owner of the dealership. In addition, since he sold a car that was unsafe to drive, why would I believe he would fix it accordingly? Replacing, not welding, the rear subframe can be costly! Fortunately, Mercedes is currently fixing it for no charge since this model has a recall. They have also given me a rental, again with no charge, until the car is fixed. The following weekend, the batteries died. Once again, I let Lorenzo know and told him it was unacceptable, especially when he quite proudly told me that they do a multi-point inspection before the car leaves the lot (NOT TRUE in this case, and I m sure many others).I have given Lorenzo several chances to rectify this situation, and he has chosen not to. Hence why I am writing this review, and I have also filed a review with the Better Business Bureau. I would like to highly encourage all those who have had a terrible experience to do the same. His unethical way of doing business and lack of integrity will only continue if reviews are not submitted via the BBB.

Don't recommend at all (updated review) wanted me to remove my old review because it was "negative" to his business but failed to mention that the used car that was in "perfect condition" was missing Nemours covers from the bell housing cover to the skid plates to the cover for cabin air filter. The cooling hoses on the car exploded while on my way home. Glad the state of Massachusetts laws have my back. The dealership made me feel obligated to feel thankful for them covering the repair. But wouldn't help me on other issues on the vehicle. Only expect a callback if it hurts their reputation.

My car buying experience at ESM was fantastic! The sales team was genuinely excited to help get me in my dream car. They went above and beyond, and I could not be more pleased with the experience. I was not planning to make the leap into a Porsche from a Toyota but it was the best decision ever and I have never looked back. I am absolutely in love with this car!! The sales team was on top of everything, super helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend and I will definitely buy from Eastside again.

This establishment operates with a concerning lack of integrity across the board, resulting in an exceedingly disappointing customer experience. I strongly advise against engaging in any transactions with them. Their services are not only exorbitantly priced but also glaringly devoid of any semblance of concern for both customers and their vehicles. The craftsmanship exhibited here is woefully subpar recently, upon removing the vinyl wrap applied by ESM, I was dismayed to discover that they had carelessly cut through both the clear coat and factory paint with a razor during installation. This negligent oversight necessitated costly repainting of affected areas. Additionally, numerous scratches incurred during the installation process were initially overlooked, but the revelation of ESM's shoddy work beneath the vinyl prompted this review. Entrusting them with any project risks significant financial repercussions in the future due to their lack of commitment to quality. My interaction with this dealership was nothing short of abysmal. Despite projecting an image of sophistication, they fall egregiously short in basic tasks such as vehicle registration and maintaining courteous communication with paying customers. Unsurprisingly, their reputation is marred by a slew of negative reviews, and I implore prospective clients to exercise caution before investing their hard-earned money here.Attempting to reach a live representative at this dealership is a Herculean task in itself. Calls are routinely rerouted to voicemail, leaving customers stranded in a frustrating loop of unanswered inquiries. Furthermore, attempts to resolve outstanding issues are met with evasive tactics, exemplified by the prolonged ordeal of chasing owed funds. Despite assurances from Lorenzo regarding the issuance of a check, each promise proves to be yet another empty gesture. Resorting to contacting the Better Business Bureau appears to be the only recourse in this disheartening situation. I strongly urge individuals to steer clear of this establishment at all costs.Their dubious attempts to manipulate their online reputation by soliciting reviews from employees and their relatives further highlight the depths of their unscrupulous practices. It's evident that their priorities lie not in providing reputable service but in manufacturing a facade of credibility.

I brought my vehicle for additional work and as always, Yanni and crew does not disappoint. Being a retired master technician, I know if someone is trying to pull a fast one when it comes to vehicle maintenance and repair. They have always been nothing but straight shooters and a more than reasonable price.
