I am not from MA, and I had two flat tires. I was towed to this location and at first they said they didn t have my tires which was soo stressful. I returned to my car to find another place to get tires asap. But after awhile I got no where and then all of a sudden Jerry.. ( I am pretty sure that was his name) asked how I was doing and I told him not good. He looked again for my tire size and found it thankfully. It was over all a great experience and I am so grateful that he had the tire size and went above and beyond to help me. So thank you.

Overall I had a great experience. Few tips to have one too.1. Schedule an appointment, but expect that they are booking 2 weeks out.2. Show up 10 minutes early, this will get you in fast.3. Order your tires before your appointment, they will be shipped there and they will hold them.4. Expect to be there an hour, double dip that time by going to Costco and pick up a few things.5. The tire center is past the main entrance of Costco. Drive down the main road past the first entrance and you will see a large sign that says tire center. This will take you into the parking garage towards the back. There is parking for your tire appointment.Hope this helps! Here is a picture of their work on my suv.

They don't have tires that fit my car, but they refused to install the tires I ordered online. Disgusting "service", worsening every year and now reaching the very bottom. Would not recommend to anyone, avoid!

Bought tires, made an appointment, and had them installed ready to go in under an hour. You're able to shop or get food while you wait. Super easy experience!

I ordered 4 tires for my son's car, then we scheduled a day and time for installation. We arrived there an hour and half early thinking that we're going to spend a lot of time waiting. However, they took the car in right away and started working on installing the new tires. About a little more than an hour we drove out of there with brand new tires. Thank you for excellent service.

Great place to inflate your tires as member of Costco. Easy to use and you dial in tire air pressure. It beeps when it reaches the pressure you enter in.

Our state inspector told us we would need new tires before winter, but after taking a quick look at them, the Costco technician informed us our tires were still in good shape and would last a lot longer. So grateful for the honesty and that they didn't just try to sell us a new set anyway. I'll definitely be returning with my business in the future.

Great prices with lifetime service. The place is usually backed up so go early. Unfortunately, shoppers with pretty unrealistic views about the lever of customer service will sometimes hold up everyone with complaints - appointments? Really? They do what they can, but don't expect them to reserve a time. It can sometimes be hard to find a service person, but I find them to be straight forward and polite. Just don't expect to be pampered.

We tried Costco tire center for the first time and I have to say that overall it was a great experience.They have a wide selection of tires. They don t necessarily have the best prices but if you wait and search for occasional deals through the manufacturers then you can get good deals.I ordered the tires and made an apt for a Saturday. They guaranteed the job being completed in an hour if you have an apt. It was very busy but they delivered on time. The tires were installed and I had no issues.Overall it was a good experience especially if you are already going to shop at Costco

Great prices on batteries, but you have to install them yourself. Great prices and service on tires, but you should pre-order and make an appointment to have them installed.

A good deal, but lousy service. They are horrible communicator with each other and customers. I had ordered my tires, and how to make appointment for Wednesday, that they would for sure be in! I came in for my appointment, and the first person said they were not in. I went back hoping to get just one tire today for my flat tire, andThe next person said all four tires actually wear it they were placed in the wrong stack. I also asked to keep my extra tire and you get a rim for it. I had spoken to several people, one guy was leaving I noticed no rim. I went back and asked, they said they don't sell rims! They could have told me that the first five times.

Hard a terrible experience. Jerry is the worst and the least trained rep I ever experienced at Costco. He did not greet, used hostile tone of voice and showed zeros patience in answering any question. Don't go there unless he's fired.

Scheduled tire appt two weeks in advance, was never told I needed a card for the service, then was promptly denied service after taking time off work to come here. Thanks for leaving me on unsafe tires & not honoring your appointment, I really appreciate it

I went this place for the first time today and was very happy with the service. I supposed to have tires purchased and changed in dealer, based on my previous experience, I decided to do a research for the price and larbor cost, finnally I chose Costco. I happened to get promotion and had a very good deal. The guy named Landy(?) talked about how to tell and get the right time to change tires, and so on, I learnt a lot from him. He usually worked in other department, but I think he was very professional on cars.In general, I feel thankful to do business with Costco tires in Waltham, MA. I will definitely come back.

Very quick and friendly service. Came to get tired rotated. The whole process took about a half hour. The only thing to note is that they should update their hours on the Costco website. On Sunday, they open at 10am, not 9:30am.

Good prices, but they messed up the break wear sensor on my car when installing them. I called them to fix it and they told me they didn't do brakes. Uh, thanks for nothing!

I will give -5 stars if I can, rude and bad service and it is very hard to get an appointment, and they cancel their appointment without notice you in any way

Multiple visits leading to a damaged lugs nuts and lug threads. Very bad communication, aggressive attitude (Mike) and lack of any caring. Oh.. And expect hour long waits.

They were not able to do winter tire swap. I tried get understanding for the reason, but I failed to understand for the pointing to a bag of nuts with 'you see you see'
