Had a great experience at this location! One of the workers helped me set up my new bulb for a headlight that was out, even though it was late at night. Great service! Highly recommend.

Good customer service, very polite, quick and patient. Poor job on labeling some things in aisles but that s what my phone is useful for. thanks for the service guys.

11/12/23 4:30PMUsed this shop for years. Ordered battery for my car. They refused to install it. Why? Because they wanted to make sure all customers are well served. There were ZERO customers and TWO of those lazy bums. It was around 5pm on Sun. I don't even blame them. I blame the management that hires such "dedicated" employees.Bye bye autozone hello O'Reilly Auto Parts across the street.Oh... and they deserve 0 stars. But google would throw a one star review out so I am giving 2 - Enjoy!

Had an issue with Honda CRV starting. Wasnt sure if it was a Battery issue or Alternator! What a great service Autuzone offers, when most of the are garages wants the car to be dropped off and leave it with them.Spoke with Matt over the phone before walking in. He was polite & professional. When I arrived at the location, he assisted me right away. Checked the battery temperature but since the Alternator wasnt charging, he asked me to drive a bit more and come back after 10 to 15 min. When I returned, he was busy but the Store Manager Brian helped me right away. He was also quite corteous and I didnt have to wait much. Greatly appreciated the quick service.

I have been going to AutoZone for decades, and this AutoZone for many years. Over the course of several different cars' worth of repairs (some easy, some more difficult) I have always found the people working here to be helpful and friendly. The loan-a-tool program and their lifetime warranties on brake pads keep me coming back happily.

Went into store had the cashier look up my bulb for my car. Looks it up h11 I look for my bulb I see h11 led Sylvania headlight/fog light. Look on the website to see if it is compatible with my car and why would they make a led bulb with the same connector same shape as the halogen to not work? So I ask the cashier looking to close the sale and give me the buyer confidence any auto parts store should offer. Says if your lights aren t led it won t work and that s a fog light too not a headlight. (It said fogg light/head) he then proceeds to demonstrate what a fog light and head light is. I asked him not to insult me I know what a fog light is. Right then and there I should have walked away taken my money elsewhere. Cashier says it wont work and if I buy it no returns. My buyers confidence is at a zero and those leds are 100 dollars I d say that s a decent sale. Well I did buy them and they did work in my halogen socket. This transaction could have Been a great experience but for what ever reason he chose to be confrontational. He doesn t deserve this sale I ll take a refund thank you.

Matthew was excellent! I called in ahead to see if they could change my headlight. Within less than 5 mins, they changed it, checked out and I was done. Super efficient. Just call ahead to make sure they have what you need in stock.. and know that they can only change it themselves for cars that dont need to be disassembled so they can take a look at it before you buy the bulb

I went in there yesterday, And even though I shouldn't, I love to buy and look through all this stupid little impulse items up there in the front, there was a keychain and a pocket knife both clear marked as clearance. The SKU #s matched the sign, but the guy made a big to do about it as if I was trying to get one over on the store and refuse to give me the discount he gave me a whopping 10% on the whole order which was a joke.

In response to the headlight fixture post I bought headlights there, asked for help and was turned down on the spot. While I walked in had no customer service greeting no one asked me for help as to what I was looking for or needing, definitely not the best experience.

Good place for auto parts. Most repair parts comes with life time warranty and they really honor it (got their replacement brake pads without any questions asked).

I had 3 previous PLEASANT experiences/interactions up until today!! Mikael (spelling) was hesitant to help me with bulb replacement which was understandable because it was raining. He met me outside & when unscrewing the bulb got difficult he yelled at me a few times!! That's my fault? I felt belittled as a customer & a woman. For him to yell at me was inappropriate. The assistant manager had no clue as to what to do once I complained to her. I asked for corporate so that I could complain. I was given the district manager's number & am hoping for a call back. This should not happen to anyone!!

The commercial manager Matt was very helpful helping us changing the faulty battery which is only two year in use and within the warranty (light flickering and radio speaker on and off). Initially the other staffs there were not very supportive and but we am glad that he was there to call the shot replacing it. Right after this we drove around a couple miles and our radio and Bluetooth worked great!

Not that there's a high standard for customer service at AutoZone... But time and time again, no matter what day of the week or be it morning, noon, or night, the service here is always absolutely terrible.Doesn't matter the person at the desk, they pretty much all have terrible customer service skills.Look, I work in retail, AND I work on vehicles for a living as well. I get it, AutoZone isn't a glamorous job. But you don't gotta be a jerk about it. It can really put a damper on your day.If you want good service, go to O'Reilly's a few blocks down the street.

Rude, dirty, inconsiderate! Went in for a battery, asked if they could please install it, the employee said said she would. A twenty minute wait later aftwd watching the manager be rude to customers who had questions, and watching the same employee flirt with some dirty townie and shout across the store at him, I asked the manager what was going on. He replied that it was after 5 and too many people were in line. I had already paid for the battery and wasn't planning on a dead battery after work, and he didn't seem to care. Left with the battery in hand, not in the car, and just noticed they charged me for some stuff I didn't buy. Can't wait to go back! A simple "no we are busy" would have been fine!

I don t even want to give this one star, but I m forced to. This is going to be a long review.I just had the worst experience at this autozone. I was given the worst customer service by Jim F. At the autozone store number 5254 located at 140 Lexington Street, Waltham MA 02452. I went in to the store tonight to return a duralast battery that I bought for my dad. When I walked in, it was a ghost town and per usual the workers were just sitting around doing absolutely nothing. I would have expected to be greeted with a hello but nothing. I walk up and say I need to return the battery- Jim F comes out and tells one of the employees something... whispers and they were sort of giving me a hard time about returning. Asking what felt like so many interrogative questions about the battery and it s use/ there was none! Just return it. Finally they tell me to go over to another counter where a man named Al who literally was just counting down the minutes to his shifts end taps on the computer, asks Jim for a password and then tells me to move back to the first counter for the refund. There was some error that he couldn t handle. Jim comes back out and mutters something about Debbie and this damn computer system and tells me to slide my debit card into the system. I asked him why I m not getting cash per the sign and he says please just slide the card in. I do as I m told and nothing. He takes my receipt goes back over to the other register... starts tapping away for 20 minutes. I stand I m silenced, masked up, with my toddler in the car with the babysitter waiting to be dropped off at home... for 20 minutes. I finally say to Jim F. Is everything ok? And he says yeaYea I m almost done. He finally comes back over to the original register, processes the refund but the amount displayed on the screen is $10 short. I ask why is that? He says it s the Massachusetts tax I can t help it. I say to him, can you please explain that logic? I paid $155.18 for this battery that includes the tax charge, I want $155.18 back. Simple, rudimentary logic. When I ask again for an explanation, he says ma am fine I ll give you the rest back, I m not supposed to but I am . As if Jim F is doing me a favor. When I ask again for an explanation he tells me he wants no problems and throws the remaining money at me like I m some dog he needs to shut up. I can t help but think that me being a black woman questioning him made him automatically go on the attack mode. Terrible patronage. And what s worse- he had his twoEmployees there just watching, not caring... not trying to help either one of us. I have frequented this store in the past and it just has gone down hill. In a pandemic- especially now ... money is everything. I m still trying to understand his logic of why I was not deemed entitled to my full refund. I will be writing reviews all over yelp, google, Facebook, autozone corporate everywhere. I would not shop at this location. The worst customer experience ever! I will make sure to tell anyone who will listen to not shop at this location. I didn t even get an apology for standing there, for over 20 minutes just waiting. I wasn t worth that! Terrible terrible experience!

Went to Auto Zone to have battery checked. After a couple people checked the assistant manager ( a young woman) determined I needed a new battery. They could not change out old for new because of the type of vehicle but made calls to local auto repair places to see if possible to do it for me since I was new to the area & did not know of any of any. She found one around the corner & jump started my vehicle to get me going to the repair place .I really appreciate her help because being elderly I was anxious about having this dying battery. So thank you Auto Zone for all your help & professional ability to get me taken care of. 4-23-20

Just a quick PSA for any other Prius owners, this AutoZone (and apparently AutoZones in general) don't install 12v batteries in cars where the battery is located under the rear seat (as found in Toyota Prius models). The agent I spoke to was nice and explained that they took too long to do. I just wanted to share this information to save anyone else from getting their hopes up about AutoZone being able to provide a solution to their evening/weekend battery failure, or from ordering a new battery through them and then finding out too late that they won't install it. Best of luck to everyone else currently on the hunt for a new battery! :)

worst experience at any store ever! I personally am not much of a car guy, but I am very hands on and have done a lot of research as well as a lot of my buddies know about cars. I decided to get new windshield wipers since mine was absolutely terrible. I knew the brand of the wipers i wanted but would like to get some feedback and some help from the associates. Right as I walked into the door there was no one in site. after waiting five minutes two associates showed up at the front counter as I found the wiper blade section. When I approached the counter they were just chit chatting about the weekend and what not and made we wait yet another few minutes for them to finish up. after I said i had needed help finding the proper wiper blades for my car (Mazda 3) all the associate told me was that they were down isle one. When I tried to talk to him and ask him for his feedback he told me go with the Bosch which were the ones I wanted to buy. After asking once again if he could show me where they were and tell me the differences in a few of them all the associate said "they are right down isle on at the end". This to me was terrible customer service without even actually helping a customer. I immediately at that point grabbed the windshield wipers, checked out; and i can guarantee you, you will never see me in that store again.

Pretty decent prices but just like every other auto parts store in the last decade-THET HAVE TO ORDER IT... I CAN DO THAT!! I WANT IT NOW, that's why I didn't order online, ITS A STANDARD SIZE 10" REAR WINDOW WIPERBLADE I WANT NOW.... not tomorrow. So I went on Amazon & it'll be here tomorrow but here's where it gets creepy. Ppl are getting DIFF parts & accessories!! Even different BOXES LIKE OLD & NEW MARKETING. So is Amazon selling old a$$ product's that I would be better ordering from THESE GUYS..... The saga continues....

This is my local AutoZone. Knowledgeable and helpful employees. Prices are pretty good. Parts are typically good quality. Availability is pretty wide. However, they will order a part for you if they don't have it as long as you cover the cost of the part first. Typically parts will arrive in a reasonable timeframe. Definitely would recommend going here.

I just had a fabulous experience with AutoZone, and in particular, with the service from Carlos. I needed a battery and the whole process of buying and installing took less than 15 minutes. Carlos was very helpful and courteous.

I was at the Waltham Store today because I needed windshield wipers, The minute I came in, Brian greeted me with a how can I help you today? I told him what I needed and he found what I wanted very quickly, He asked if I wanted him to put them on my car, which he did, He was just so nice and cheerful. He asked if I needed wiper fluid and I answered sure, which he gave me a discount on, I will be sure to recommend this store to anyone looking for auto parts. Thank you Brian you were a pleasure to meet.

I had a great experience there yesterday - gentleman who helped me find the right headlight for our car. Very friendly and professional. The store didn't have the other bulb I was looking for, but he printed out the information for me so I can call back later to see if it's in stock.

I bought a turn signal lamp for 6 bucks and the guy at AutoZone came out to help me install it when I couldn't both hold the fender cover that had to be moved out of the way and reach the bulb at the same time. He was really nice about it.

I never have any problems with autozone! They always have what I am looking for. The staff do go out of their ways to please U. When they out of stock, they promise to have it on next day. Also Autozone will direct you too nearby by store if you need it right now....they're great.

I normally go to this AutoZone just to grab maintainance fluids and parts but in my recent two visits I've had a female employee who worked there who has given me poor service both times. The first time I encountered this employee in In store asked for parts in the system about my vehicle and she told me she didn't know anything about it and then told me that she can't help me with it. I ended up getting help from another employee who was able to look up the info and give me a solution.More recently I called in to ask about if they had a certain product in store and if I could some info on it, I got the same lazy employee who said they did have it, and didn't know anything about the product including the price and use, and didn't offer to go out to check in the store for details to read off the box for it... I had a feeling of disbelief that she couldn't just go into their own store and look at the price tag on the product, and I then decided to wait for a few awkward seconds until she finally realized i wouldnt be satisfied until she came back with the info. I don't know why this store keeps such a lazy and uninformed employee... Although O'Riley's is a bit further down the street and is a smaller store. I get better service from them and I'd rather go a bit further down the street to get better service.
