My windshield was replaced improperly by this company resulting in a constant creaking noise that was very constant and scary. When the second technician came to my home to rectify the issue, I showed him the video of the creaking sound and he noticed that the windshield was misaligned and rubbing up against a screw thus causing the terrible noise. His manager however (who was on the phone) proceeded to yell, scream and talk over me, saying the glue didn't have time to cure and this was my fault (clearly irrelevant to the issue causing the noise). His name was Paul and he was was extremely rude, disrespectful and ultimately hung up on me after I asked him to replace the windshield. While the technician was a complete gentleman, I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I have notified my insurance company of the issue and would recommend all stay clear of this company.

Absolutely horrible, no communication and false information being given. I called in for a quote and scheduled my Mobile Service for Saturday. Waiting for half the day for them to arrive, no call no text. So I call them, just to be told they don t do Mobile service on Saturdays?!? This cannot be real why did the employee set one up for Saturday? After this charade they didn t provide any reasonable solution. Guarantee I ll never use this company again, and make sure anyone I know does not have to waste half of their day for nothing.

Be careful driving past this place! Their drivers will take blind left turns over the double yellow and almost hit you.Edit: the robotic response to my review should make it clear that this business does not care about the wellbeing of the neighborhood. They did not even read my review before responding with some chat gpt garbage.

Just had a great experience with this relatively new auto glass repair shop, Auto Glass Now in Waltham. Matt was fantastic in getting us in quickly and accommodating some quirky elements of our timeline. When a spot opened up earlier, he was able to bump us up. The technician, Brendan, could not have a nicer or more professional. Would absolutely use them again.

I had my windshield replaced on my 2022 Subaru Forester.They did an amazing job. Matt was helpful from beginning to the finished job! I give the 5 stars

If I could give 10 out of 5 stars I would. Matt and the team at AGN totally saved my vehicle this week. My Civic's windshield got harpooned by a tree branch on Monday morning. I was able to coordinate with Matt and get it safely towed to one of their spare bays to mitigate any further storm damage in record time. He hit the ground running from there, and even detailed the interior after installing the new windshield. I know where I'm going the next time I need any sort of glass repair!

Outstanding service experience! Can only recommend. They make an unpleasant situation go away in no time, handled the entire case with the insurance and the repair, including ADAS calibration was completed promptly.
