Mark was great! He worked with me on installing a speaker I had purchased separately for one car and I brought my other car in for two new speakers. Knowledgeable, great service and fair price for his work. Highly recommend.

I ll start this by saying this is my first review ever on any platform. Audio Answer was great from the very first phone call. I explained I wanted to upgrade the stock radio in my 2012 Jeep GC. Mark provided the options available to me for my vehicle to research on my own. Once the decision was made the appointment was set, and shortly after I drove away with a new Kenwood radio for a much lesser price than most others were charging for installation. Quality work at a quality price, what more could you ask for. Highly highly recommend Mark-Audio Answer for your car audio needs!

Had a great experience with Mark at Audio Answer. I called Audio Answer because I was having issues with my car microphone and CarPlay head unit. Mark called me back and had multiple conversations with me where he tried to help rule out causes that I would be able to fix myself. So he was spending time (unpaid) and going out of his way to make sure I wasn't unnecessarily spending money (at HIS business) bringing in the car to have it looked at. Which shows me he's not just out to take his customers' money. It turned out I needed a replacement head unit. Mark ordered the unit for me, and I assumed he would charge me more than if I bought it myself online, and I was fine with that given the extra convenience. But he ended up charging me the same price as it would have cost to get it online. And his price for installation was extremely fair, given that he had 1) spoken to me several times on the phone to see if the problem could be solved without my bringing the car in, 2) opened up the car to diagnose the issue, 3) opened up the car again several days later to install the new head unit once it was delivered to him. (I don't even think he charged me for the time spent on #1 and 2!) The new head unit works great (it was recommended by Mark, who helped me choose one of the more inexpensive options and didn't try to upsell me). Would DEFINITELY recommend Audio Answer and would use Mark again for my future car stereo needs. (Note: there seems to be a shortage of car stereo shops in this part of the state, so if you call for an appointment and Mark can't take you right away, just know that's par for the course for stereo shops around here these days. Another well-reviewed shop said they couldn't even set an appointment with me and would have to call me back, and they never did!)

I was having problems with my radio, so I contacted Mark. He said the radio needed to be replaced and right away sent me several price options. Mark switched out the radio in one day and had my car back to me. He was so friendly and quick to respond and his prices are more than fair! I would highly recommend Audio Answer!

Mark is amazing! My kenwood speaker had a miswiring issue code on it. From day one just talking It through over the phone, I really felt like Mark had my best interest in his mind. He was able to diagnose the problems the day I dropped my car off, and it was ready the next day. I am so grateful for the work he has done on my car and for his knowledge and honesty. These qualities are very hard to come by in this field.I would recommend Mark to anyone who actually wants an honest, knowledgeable, hard working person taking care of their audio needs.

Mark is probably one of the most honest guys you'll meet in this line of work. He helped me pick out and install a good, realistic sub/amp combo for my car and never tried to upsell me on things I didn't need. In fact, he usually went out of his way to explain his reasoning for why I should spend my money on better alternatives (this doesn't mean more expensive!) and always provided very realistic, understandable approaches.At the end of my install he had me sit with him in the car and play a bunch of music that I normally listen to so that he could tune the amp further to my liking. I've never had any other shop do this for me and it was incredibly helpful. I think this speaks a lot about Mark and his business.I would recommend Mark to anyone as he's obviously a smart guy (just talk to him for 10 minutes and you'll see what I mean) and has been doing this stuff for a long time. I found him to be very thorough, knowledgeable, and honest.

Came in for reverse camera install.Mark is very detailed, and clearly knows what he is doing. The install was seamless. I am pretty picky, and even I couldnt find a misplaced panel, a loose screw head, or a wire just hanging out. The price was fair for the excellent quality of work done. I'd come back with no hesitations when I need more audio stuff installed

I went into Audio Answer to have a stereo system installed in my 07 Honda Accord. Mark accommodated all my needs for the sound system and helped fit it within my budget I have all the functions from the stereo that I wanted and the car sounds great! Mark was very patient and was willing to take the time to understand what I wanted from the sound system, to explain the basics of what matters in a sound system, and to offer future options should I want to improve the sound even further. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to have quality sound work done on their car!

I had an Apple radio, back up camera and a remote starter installed in my 2008 Ford F-150 and I couldn't be happier. Great service and reasonable pricing. I would recommend them 100%.

I had a new radio/CD put in my 2016 Dodge Caravan because I wanted a USB added to play music from my IPOD, showing song & artist. Mark researched and found what I needed, explained what he had to do, gave me a price and installed the radio. The cost was lower than what he quoted me. After the installation, Mark sat in my car to show me the features and also, set up "Bluetooth" for my flip phone!! I would recommend this company for all Audio things. I am very happy. Thank you, Mark and crew!!

I had very good experience with Audio Answer services.I had problems with my remote starter which some other service could not figure out but Mark fixed it fast and it works perfectly.Also very friendly and good customer service

Stated I wanted a radio installed and the man said I'd still have to pay for labor if it doesn't work. I agreed on the estimate but felt he didn't believe I could afford it. Was told I'd receive a call when the right receiver was found but never did. Uncertain if it's a racial thing
