Rodolfo saved me and for an extremely fair price! I scratched my rear side door in a parking garage. I got quotes from a couple places and All around Auto body quoted me the best price by far. They did beautiful work. They replaced the door with a used door from the same model and also color corrected a stain in the middle of the hood. The work was done extremely quickly and the inside of the car was even cleaned! I enjoyed the communication with the staff and particularly appreciated Rodolfo's expertise.

During the first snowfall of the year, I got in an accident that damaged essentially the entire driver's side of my car. After getting a couple of quotes, the quote from All Around was by far the best (about 65% of the other quote). In addition, Rodolfo and Stacy were incredibly helpful and friendly, so I felt comfortable bringing my car here to be repaired.They ordered parts for me promptly and got my car in for service almost as soon as the parts came in. They made the rental car arrangements for me so all I needed to do was go pick it up (and they got me a discount from the online rental price). They completed my car quickly and did great work, and the total ended up being exactly what they quoted me. The car looks like it was never damaged now. Overall, this was an excellent experience with a trustworthy and skilled repair shop, and I will definitely return if I ever need car repairs again.

I can't recommend these guys enough. I was constantly feeling like my insurance was trying to rip me off following a no-fault accident. The reviews for All Around Auto Body sparked my interest and it really showed. Not only did they do an amazing job with the repairs, but they argued with my insurance on my behalf, going so far as to make sure I didn't get a cheap bumper as a replacement. Rodolfo is an amazing dude to work with and really cares. Seriously, don't consider anywhere else, this is the place.P.S.: if you have Progressive insurance, SWITCH NOW. I had to argue and fight with them for almost 2 months before I could even bring my car in to get fixed.

I happened to find this auto body shop in Waltham. It's like a hidden gem. From the moment I called, I felt at ease and confident in the service I was going to receive. Not only was my car done in 24 hours, they had cleaned the entire inside and out. It looked detailed. I have 2 dogs and 2 kids. My car was really dirty when I dropped it off with them. Also, I was given an estimate that was very reasonable and the best I had gotten. When I went to pick the car up, it wasn't a penny more. Rudolfo and everyone at the shop were very kind and friendly. I will definitely use and recommend this shop again. Thanks!

Rodolfo, Stacey, and his team are the best! Rodolfo came out and inspected the damage, was flexible with me and scheduled me in, and the day of the repair I got my car back in a couple of hours! Fastest (very professional) service I've ever experienced and it looks great. I will definitely be back again. Wish I found out about this place sooner!

After getting into my first car accident I was so nervous and wasn t sure what to do or what company to trust to fix my car. All Around Auto Body helped me tremendously!! The best body shop in the Waltham-area! When my car got hit I took it immediately to the shop and Rodolfo graciously handled everything from the insurance adjuster to fixing my car perfectly as fast as he possibly could. Couldn't say enough great things not only about the quality of their work, but the expert customer service. Absolutely amazing service! I had to get some body damage fixed earlier this year and Rodolpho was absolutely wonderful to work with. When most body shops in the area wouldn't work with my insurance company, Rodolpho not only was willing to do the repairs, but he handled all the communications with my insurance with supplemental costs and arranging my rental car, taking all that off my plate of having to haggle with insurance. Instead of trying to nickel and dime me, he actually helped me save on costs with the repairs costing less than the estimate I got from most shops. Stacy at the front desk was also wonderful to work with and incredibly friendly and personable. Great family-owned company, excellent work, and fantastic customer service!

Absolutely recommend. 100%. I came in to the office and Rodolfo was the only person (business) I talked to who was able to take on scheduling the repair of my Buick 2022 Encore GX timely. He came out to look at the damage of my car with me and I was impressed by his knowledge of the work. The estimate he printed off in the office was equally impressive. It was all on a software computer program and detailed. I love the text feature updates his business gives during scheduling. Rodolfo communicated everything to me about the parts and supply chain tendencies. We had the repair work done in 2 sessions and one thing I loved was after the first session work done, he prorated the charges for me and only charged what he had worked on so far. I loved that and thought it was totally fair and up front. The repair body work is flawless and he was personal. Great service. I m very happy to know where the best repair shop in Waltham is at. When I went to All Around Auto Body to get a quote on repairing a scraped front fender, I was very appreciative of the comprehensive set of options provided by Rodolfo. He did not pressure me to select any particular option and his quote (and ultimately the charges) was well under those of competitors. The work was completed in short order and I am very pleased with the results.

I had a fantastic experience with All Around Auto Body. Right from the moment I walked in, Rodolfo was friendly and attentive. He quickly diagnosed the issue after an incident with my brand new Buick Envision and provided a detailed explanation of the necessary repairs. The quality of their work was impeccable; after they washed my car, it looked brand new again. What impressed me the most was their transparency and fair pricing there were no hidden fees or surprises when it came time to pay. Extremely friendly mother and son team at the front desk. Sympathetic, helpful, and gave realistic and fair estimates for the body work. They worked with my timeline for the car, but weren t able to finish all the paint touch-ups in that time due to rain, so the price was adjusted accordingly and they gave me good tips for how to proceed. Highly recommend this place for your auto body work! The people here are super nice, professional, and they did the job right! They even cleaned our car after they finished! The nasty gouge on our door is gone - as if the damage never happened. Magic! I ve def found my go-to body shop!

They have helped me with a few things, most recent was repairing a large scrape on my door when a large tree branch fell on my car.Rodolfo is such a hard worker, very fair and has great customer service. I ran into some snafus with the desk adjuster for my insurance company and Rodolfo worked with them and the outside appraiser to correct some big mistakes they made on my appraisal.My car came back in great shape(they even took it to the car wash which I never expected but shows you the extra attention to detail he provided).I cannot recommend them enough!Service: Body & Trim

Rudolfo is super nice , other staff members are good too , though haven't met in person only over the phone. however they are Polite, attentive to your request. Rudolfo took care of the payments with insurance . repaired my vehicle in time and m back on the road. I couldn't recommend All Around Auto Body enough! I was in a minor accident and a friend recommended All Around to me for the repairs. Rodolfo is incredibly kind and courteous,After some negative experiences with auto repair shops in the past I felt very supported and trusting of Rodolfo and the rest of the team especially while emotionally recovering from the accident! The replacement parts took a while to come in and they were very communicative about the delays throughout the process. They managed the majority of the communication with my insurance company which was a HUGE stress reliever for me as it can be such a challenging system to navigate. I HIGHLY recommend going to All Around Auto Body for any vehicle work you need!Services: Body & Trim, Air conditioning

My car , 2016 BMW SUV, was hit and received minor body damage. We decided to use the insurance money to get that damage fixed, plus a few more dents and scrapes. We got a quote from our usual auto body place but decided to get another quote. Found ALL AROUND based on reviews. Work was excellent, punctual, and price was about half of other quote. When we went to pick it up, Redolfo, the owner, said it took less time than he expected, so actual price was lower than quote. Shop was clean and workers were polite, respectful and informative. They gave us a few options on what was possible price wise. Rodolfo kept us posted on progress and car was ready when promised. Cleaned inside and out. What can I say? Cannot recommend it more highly.Service: Body & Trim

This is the best service I've ever experienced! The first time my car was hit, I was very panicked and the owner of this store was very patient and considerate from the very beginning when I asked for a quote and provided me with all the thoughtful information telling me not to worry, I even made it clear at the time that I wasn't sure which store I would choose. After I was sure the owner took care of almost everything, from contacting the insurance company to renting the car, the owner took care of everything for me, just like he said at the beginning they would take care of everything! They fixed my car perfectly and went the extra mile to help me out, I really don't know how to feel about the owner of this store! Anyway, this store is definitely worth it!

I went to All Around Auto Body twice. The first time was for painting doors and little bit body trim, the second time was for steering and suspension repairing, for these two times I received an excellent service, they did a great job, after repairing my car looks like a brand new car. Also the price was low and quality was very high. The boss is very nice and employees are very nice as well. I like All Around Auto Body so much that I will be back when my car gets any problems! I followed him from Watertown when he had a small shop to Felton St. in Waltham, where he has mushroomed. His great service has made him successful.
