I trust Accell Automotive for all my car needs and have done so for over 10 years. John and Brian are honest, forthright, trustworthy, congenial and a pleasure to do business with (Kayla as well!). Recently I brought my 2013 Volvo in for a second opinion after the dealer recommended over $1,000 worth of repairs. John checked out my car and said none of the repairs were necessary. Now that's honesty!

Just a fantastic experience at Accel Auto. John was able to check my car in very short notice, identify the repair, explained the issue, then scheduled my service visit. They provide a level of professionalism, expertise and integrity that's second to none. I won't go anywhere else.

Accel is terrific. For well over 10 years John at Accel has handled the repairs on all of my cars, ranging from a 2003 Accord with a standard transmission that we've managed to keep running well for 20 years, to much newer family cars that need occasional work. I used to do some work on cars myself. John is very honest, super expert, and does excellent work. On the rare occasions where something hasn't worked out the first time they have cheerfully taken things back and worked for free under the warranty until it was really right. They know everything from the most ordinary, around-town cars to the most obscure Italian sports cars to vintage American land cruisers. (A couple of years ago I saw a Checker cab in for repairs). Very, very highly recommended!

What an excellent place! I am travelling in this area and had a problem with engine oil. After having not so good experience over phone with multiple other centers in Waltham, I spoke to John at Accel Automotive. He was super nice to me, agreed to look at my car the same day. Worked on my car without wait, did a great job and didn't charge me as it didn't take him much time and little engine oil. Can't ask for more. The lady at the counter was very courteous. Seem very genuine people to me if you are looking for a reliable auto service center for good work who wound not over charge you.

As always. Professional, fast, accurate and reliable. They charge only 1/3 of the official dealerships while do the job faster. They do not cross sale all sort of nonsense official dealerships was trying to chargeThank you

I have been a loyal customer of Accel for over 15 years and feel lucky to have found them. They do great work (I have three older cars and they keep them in good shape) and they are honest which is not easy to find. They are also very kind and will go to great lengths to help a customer out. Everyone I have sent to Accel has been thrilled and you will be too if you bring your car to them for service!

Love the people at Accel. John is amazing. He's fair and trustworthy. Fair prices. Loaner cars available, so I can get my errands done while my car is being fixed. If they mess up, which is rare, they handle things without additional stress.

Accel is the very best auto repair business! I will only take my older Acura to Accel. They are honest, knowledgeable & professional. I trust them completely to keep my car running properly & safely. Our extended warranty company recommended Accel and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. We were able to get an appointment online within a couple of days at the time we requested. They were super nice, explained everything to us thoroughly, took care of the warranty claim for us directly through the warranty company and even contacted a transmission shop to check up on the code our car was displaying. We highly recommend Accel Automotive!

I give Accel Automotive my highest and most enthusiastic recommendation. They are skilled and honest, their pricing is excellent, they get the work done on time and exactly as they say they will do, and their staff are communicative and caring. Recently our Subaru Forester was consuming oil, and Accel identified the problem and gave us a packet of information in time for us to take the car to the dealership and have the short block replaced under warranty. They're awesome. I'll never take my cars anywhere else.

I was referred tothis place by a friend after complaining about some issue s withy car. They couldn't stop bragging about this place. So I went and my car was evaluated by Brian. A problem I thought was big was diagnosed and fixed in a matter of minutes. No charge because it was a simple thing. I went through all my concerns and made an appointment to go back after a few weeks. I went there this past week and m�t with John. They fixed my first problem for much less than what I would have paid at the dealership. John gave me a couple estimates and advised on timing so I can plan ahead. I'm going back to get a couple more things done soon. Needless to say, they are friendly, knowledgeable, honest and have resources to get things done.

This auto shop is outstanding. My husband found them and I will take my car to no other auto business. As female customer, I can trust they are accurate and honest. Come here if you want kind and straightforward service. Their work is completed with good value and stellar turnaround.

I trust these guys so much for many reasons.Two weeks ago, I went to Accel Automotive I had a major concern. My moonroof was leaking from my Toyota Highlander. I went to Wellesley Toyota and they told me the starting repair cost will be $3000. Wellesley Toyota stated I needed to replace my interior carpet and roof gasket.John at Accel advised me to have Watertown Toyota review it and he questioned the high estimate from Wellesley Toyota. He mentioned since this is known Toyota problem call the company and they may provide assistance. He gave me the print out of Toyota Service Bulletin describing the known issue. John walked me through the issues.John was 100% right! Watertown Toyota repaired it. Toyota corporate paid for it- which was only $750 including replacing sunroof rubber guard and full suv detail. Wellesley Toyota is a rip-off.John could have deceived me and kept the business for himself; however, he did not. I appreciate his integrity.Last year, I went to them to get my wife's tire repaired. It was easy and smooth. I asked if I needed to get all them done. I was told the back were fine just have the front two done. Each time I want to give them business they give me a fair deal. Accel Automative is a honest business.A year and half ago, I went back to them because my wife VW Jetta airbag was on and I received an outrageous repair estimate to repair from VW service in Wellesley. One of the technician at Accel asked if I checked under the passenger's seat for loose wiring. In a matter of two minutes, the airbag light went away when the Accel technician reconnect the pulls under my seat. I saved over a thousand dollar and time. Accel did not charge me.I have had many positive experiences with this business. I will keep going back to them. I do trust them!

Broke down in an intersection at 8am on a Monday morning. Roadside assistance pushed me to find a place to drop off the tow, and these folks came up in my search. They were professional, nice, and accommodating. They had me back on the road same day! I absolutely recommend Accel.

Very knowledgeable and fair, you will not be sold services or parts that you do not need. These mechanics do not exploit their customer's lack of knowledge about cars or their fears that something might go wrong if something isn't fixed right away. They always let me know if something can be left alone for another six months. I love these guys.

Always accommodating, expert service, honest, give me car to use for longer svc. Might be 4.5 stars bc on pricey side, but i think still better than the Lexus dlr On most repair (now that im out of warranty) But again your paying for certified technicians you trust with your high end car.

Absolutely great folks here. Trustworthy. Sincere. I was recommended to come here after a fair amount of bad experiences in the Boston and Newton area. In my opinion their prices are reasonable and what they fix or repair works perfect.
