I had a car that was kept outside for 9 years so lots of accumulated dirt embedded everywhere inside and out. He was really thorough and the car looked like new. He loves cars and cares very much about the quality of work. I also appreciated that he was flexible in doing some minor paint work that other detailers would not. Even though it took him an extra hour or two, he was willing to stick with his original estimate. I did give him more as the car looked new. Quite amazing!

What a great experience! I was selling my car and it needed a complete bumper to bumper, inside and out detailing job. They cleaned and polished every inch of the car, buffed out marks in the paint, and even removed the haze from the headlight lenses. Not only did A R do a great job, but they did for a reasonable price and promptly. I highly recommend them.

Just picked up my car. Alex did an interior shampoo and cleaning. The car looks fabulous! All stains are gone, the car smells fresh and the entire interior is spotless. Alex was a pleasure to work with. I will definitely go back again.

I can not speak highly enough of the job Alex does. He has cleaned my interior three times in the past year or two, and every time, I have I leave so happy. Kind and friendly, fast, and they go above and beyond to make my car look great!

My 3 row SUV was covered in kid mess...from melted lollipops to more crumbs than carpet. Alex and his crew made it look new, every nook and cranny. Far superior to any car wash detail you could get. Highly recommend!!!

They are very big on over promising and under delivering. Alex and his co-worker did a good job reconditioning my leather seats. The dashboard was well cleaned. It was raining when I came to get my car so it's hard to tell the exterior condition but I will give the benefit of the doubt and say they did ok there too. Where they fail to deliver is time line and carpet cleaning knowledge. Firstly, I called the day before and made an appointment with Alex. At least that's what he made it sound like. (They actually do cars first come first serve.) When I arrived at a little before 9am, Alex came out to speak with me. He seemed preoccupied. He said he had one car he was finishing before he could do mine. I asked how long he thought it would take, he indicated that a couple hours was reasonable. I called about 3 hours later and he said that my car was almost ready. I was waiting at the park across the street. Half hour later I called and he sounded panicked but told me they were just finishing up. When I finally see my car a few minutes later it was still not finished. There was a stain in the back from spilled vanilla extract (I just moved and accidents happen) that they had hastily spread to all the rest of the carpets in an effort to clean it before I got there. I got upset and asked them to fix it. They were able to mostly get the stain out, trying to make it sound as if the stain had been everywhere to begin with instead of the one puddle it started out as. In this process I asked Alex's co-worker how many cars they had done that morning. He indicated they had done 4. So, me and my CR-V were less of a priority than the Porsche Carrera parked in the garage bay (while mine was parked out in the rain). I asked why mine hadn't been second and the co-worker back pedaled saying 2 were there from the night before.Tips for Alex and A R Auto Detailing: Underpromise and overdeliver. It's better to give a longer timeliness than you think you might need up front so you can wow your customer with a faster delivery or give yourself a time cushion in case things go sideways. Never talk about appointments or promise an appointment to anyone if your company does not actually operate on an appointment basis. Clearly communicate reasonable expectations for drop off and pick up of vehicles before you take the keys. It's a lot easier on you and your customers if they know their options ahead of time. Never, and I mean never, scrub a stained carpet. Dab and apply water and solvent, use a dry cloth each time to soak up the mess until the stain is mostly removed. Then scrub. There are a multitude of carpet cleaning tips online and if you don't know what the stain is, ask the customer.Resolution: Alex offered to do a full detail again for free next week. I didn't want to bring my car back ever. I agreed to pay a discounted price and not come for a free detailing. The discount should pay for a proper carpet cleaning. I wish Alex and his company the best as he seems like a nice person who is trying hard to make his shop work. If he can improve his communication and carpet cleaning skills I am sure he will be very successful.

Well, I didn't even have a chance to have my car serviced there. I made an appointment in advance, but when I got there on 9/2, right on time, no one was there. Waited for 30 mins, no one showed up. I called many times and left a voice message, but he never get back to me (until now).
