Super disappointed in this location. Normally come here for an oil change and everything is great. Just had my oil changed recently and they put air in my tires. My psi is 35 for my tires. They lost the cap to two of my tires so I now have to replace them . That would have been fine if it were the only issue. I leave, and my tire pressure notifications start going off. I go to check the psi in my tires and my front passenger side is at 50 PSI !!!!!!!! My rear tires were at 23 and 38!!! Now for the kicker, my front drivers side was at 23 PSI WITH A NAIL IN IT ( that wasn t there before). Oh and did I mention that the same tire with the 50 PSI is now missing a hubcap ???? Too many serious mistakes were made for me to EVER consider returning here, or to any other Valvoline again ! DO BETTER !Update: 02/12/2024 got this bogus reply from some bot (see below) telling me to reach out for solutions, only to NEVER get a response to my email or any resolution/redress provided.Deplorable location with even more deplorable customer service. 0 out of 10Services: Tires, Oil change

Once we were told to come inside the bay, we waited over 20 minutes inside the bay. Two additional cars drove in within that time, and were greeted and taken care of right away. Employees were walking all around but nobody came over to us. We didn t want to be rude, but we finally called someone over and asked what was going on. An employee who had already clocked out thankfully started to help us. I guess the person who was supposed to do our oil change clocked out early and left. Will not be returning.

Be careful with this location!! If you have issues with your car after a simple oil change you will be on the hook for the damage they cause to your car. If you file a claim you are dealing with the Manager of the location and not a tech from corporate so they will do everything to make sure the claim isn't covered or that you even talk to anyone at corporate.Your better off going to a local mechanic and saving the hassle.

I will NOT go to this place again!! (Or ANY location!!) Apparently now they are WAY over charging for their oil, air filters everything!! I just watched a YouTube video about a dealership marking up the oil and such prices so I said hmmm let ME check this out on where I got my car done at!!! I got a FULL synthetic oil change there and they charged me $103!!!! For 4 quarts of oil?? It s what invoice says and go online(just like the person in the video I watched did) and look it up yourself how much per QUART their oil costs!! $12 PER quart so about $60 and they charged me $103????? $40+ more then if I had walked into Walmart or auto zone etc and bought the oil myself!! I don t even want to start on how outrageous they were for the cabin air filter and also engine filter..DON T GO HERE unless you like WASTING MONEY!! They always HAD been FAIR, I have gone here for YEARS, never had an issue until my last time there on Dec 2023 they are running some type of SCAM now..and what s the excuse?? NO shortage of OIL!! Disgusting Valvoline!! Come on!!!

I understand people have to learn on the job. That means you might not get it right the first time. But they need to understand that everybody is still in their cars and can still hear what people are saying. My skid plate was removed on my 2012 3.5 f-150 for no reason. You don t need to remove it to Acess the filter or drain plug. Never had it removed the last 10 time I ve changed the oil at this particular Valvoline. But a simple I messed up would have been totally fine. When I heard I can t find the filter I knew it was gonna be silly. But again learning on the job is important. Not everyone knows everything right out the gate. What bothered me was when it look close to 45 minutes to put the skid plate back on instead of telling me the truth I got nothing but excuses. Like it s a ford it s really heavy had to take it off it access the drain plug . I really like this location and this if the first bad experience I ve had. Not saying I won t return either, moral of the story just don t lie to me and it will be good. Trying to school the tech or give an attitude wasn t gonna help anything move faster. I could tell from the voices that who ever started the job didn t finish it. But when I saw multiple car come and go while I was waiting for the skid plate shenanigans to be solved I just got pissed. It s a super common truck so I hope someone got to learn something today because you will certainly come across this again.

Been using this place for both my cars for 3yrs it has gone downhill.1 time they changed the air filter I left heard a weird noise so I took it back and they said they forgot to attach the under carriage or whatever it s called so it was catching wind.Last times two I ve gone I ve been there for over an hour and they never remember what place anyone is I was the next car in line and they moved me for a car I saw pull up after me and I wasn t in a hurry so I was like whatever. This time I happened to be in a hurry and they did the same thing so I just left.

Waited for over an hour to not even get in the building. Other cars came after and left, while I sat outside. Pulled in and was forced to go back out to get back in line. Ridiculous, but going back.

Very effective at getting the job done. Looked like a lot of training may have slowed things down some, although after everyone is trained I'm sure it'll be very quick in and outs!

Please don't ever go too this location ! I went here for a oil change, and paid the most i ever have for a oil change! And now my cars leaking oil! Now i have too bring it to a mechanic to get it fixed, and being inconvenienced once again! Not worth your time!

I've gone here several times for oil changes. The staff is always very professional and friendly. I come prepared to spend some time there so I don't mind if it takes more than 15 minutes or so. They're always busy, and I don't see anyone wasting time. I'd much rather go here than to my local car dealership, who are guaranteed to take at least 90 minutes in my experience. In at 12:39pm..out at 2:05pm. Pulled in prior to 3 other cars by 10 minutes, yet they all finished ahead. After they left, lost two socket heads in my engine. They "believe" they got them both and at the end....no acknowledgement of this list time...just pull out and the next one in.

Update to my post yesterday: I was there for 1.5 hours for an oil change and to change my taillight. After them spending 30 minutes trying to change my taillight.. guess what it wasn t even fixed even though they said they did it and charged me. They had no idea what they were doing and had 5 different people come over. Don t go hereAlso! They deleted my previous reviewService: Oil change

Never, ever again!! Waited 20 minutes for service! Windshield wipers and air filter installed were, upon retrospective research, dramatically overpriced as was the synthetic/conventional oil change and filter replacement. Was obvious the attendant was not adequately trained. Attempted to install the wrong Windshield wiper blades twice!! Will certainly never return and would not, under any circumstances, recommend your services to friends or peers!!

First it took 1.5 hours with no back up of cars, the techs spent more time flirting with each other than paying attention to the vehicle I am driving.The technician dropped my oil cap down behind motor gave up and left cause he could not get it back.The next technician spilt oil on my motor and now all I smell is oil burning off.He ran out of building to street intersection because he left the hood un-latchedOn the car before me.I came in with a low tire alarm and after service I was told my car was all set service completed, I started car and my tire alarm was still there.The technician said oh my bad and adjusted tire pressure MAKES ME FEEL UNCERTAIN IF MY CAR IS GOING TO FAIL WHILE DRIVING.Services: Tires, Oil change

Waited over 45 minutes just to get into a bay, behind a vehicle that had been sitting in the bay since before I arrived. When I finally made it into the garage My "instant" 15 minute oil change took about 30 minutes. In the garage multiple technicians we're idling with their hands in their pockets while vehicles needed servicing. I told the initial technician that none of the air filters needed replacing, and the second technician working on my car removed the engine air filter anyway to ask me if I wanted to replace my new air filter.Adding on, the technician filled the tires on the left side of my vehicle to 60PSI when the manufacturer specification is 35PSI. I could have blown out a tire if I didn't check. If you value yours and your vehicles safety, don't bring it to this Valvoline, I certainly won't be using their services again.Service: Oil change

A bit slow. Crazy expensive. $100 for a synthetic oil change is a little spicy. Fortunately I had a $25 coupon but that's still is a bit heavy.I'll add to the reply in the original. The place wasn't slow d/t being too busy. It was just understaffed. Also, I could go to my dealership for $65 or local mechanic for $49. Having prices on website would also be good. In the past was a regular customer. Staff was very pleasant. Would repeat but probably not at this price point.

Fabulous group of people. My car broke down in front of their shop and even though they were. closing they took me in, diagnosed a serpentine belt breaking. They did not have the part but kept my car inside over night until I could get a tow truck in the amOne worker even volunteered on his own to drive me home and it was out of his way. They refused any money. Some people like this renew your faith in people as a whole. Many many thanks.

Over filled my Durango with oil . I spoke to roger & he quickly denied any wrongdoing. My filter was not changed and left me stranded over 2000 miles away from home. He said he had video Footage of the service preform and still has not provided video or even called me back , No call no follow up - poor management , poor staffing crew, Don t bring your vehicle here. Run the other way . They don t care if they mess up or not. They ll charge you and not do the job you paid them for. They have right to service vehicles if they don t take responsibility for their mistakes. They need to be shut down .Service: Oil change

A oil change shouldn t take 1hr per car to do. I waited 1hr and had to leave with out getting a oil change had to go to a different location to do it. Workers had no drive or energy to work all standing around doing nothing. Horrible Zeno stars if I could

Pros: fast, no pressure to buy "extras", friendlyCons: line outside, price (even with coupon), confusion over when I need next oil changeThe guys that work here all seem smart, friendly and hard working which was great. There was never any pressure to buy wiper blades or cabin air filters or anything that you could do yourself with 5 minutes of time. I was in and out of there quickly and never had to leave my car which I liked.You do pay for the good service. It is not cheap even with a coupon. Also I got the mid-grade oil based on the recommendation that it would last longer; however, when I got home and looked at the little window sticker that suggested when I will need my next oil change it stated exactly 3,000 miles and 3 months from when I had the oil change. How is that different than the regular oil? Finally an annoyance of mine was when I pulled up all 4 bays were filled and I picked a random lane to wait in. Then 2 more cars came after me and picked other lanes. Of course the lane that I picked was the last to open up. It would be nice if there was a way to let you know which lane is likely to open next. I feel like it wouldn't be that difficult to put some sort of electronic sign out there like they have at the deli.

Terrific customer service, never a hard sell. I know lots of places like this pressure us with if you don t do this $$$$service your car s gonna explode. Not these folks! They always ask for coupons and were nice about me coming in 10 minutes before close. Highly recommend.
