I called Chris because I had a few issues. He got the car in pretty quickly and he gave me an estimate for repairs. Cost was great and service was quick. He looked at other concerns I had and explained that I wasn t at that point to need any more work done, which was a relief. He is very reliable and honest. Any issues that come up, I will go straight to them.

I had an excellent experience with Suburban Auto Tech. They diagnosed and explained the issues with my vehicle. They laid out the costs and we're honest about what needed to be done and what I could wait on. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Suburban is a top shelf auto repair business. From scheduling to diagnosing to communicating the situation and fair pricing, I could not be happier with the care our 4 family cars receive. I just had two of my vehicles repaired in last 3 days, a van and a jeep. Both required multiple repairs and new tires. They were both fixed properly, on time and within the quoted estimate. I have been going to Chris at Suburban for 12 years. The trust and respect I have for him and his staff is WELL EARNED. I recommend Suburban Auto Repair to anyone looking to begin a relationship with a repair shop. You will not be disappointed! Needed to replace tires on my wife s 3 year old car. I tried three local and an online tire company and none of them could even get me timeframe or estimate. Found Suburban, within 15 minutes they called me back with an estimate and an appointment within a week. While driving my (wife s)car to said appointment, and I see the dashboard is lit up like a Christmas tree, just about every warning light, steering wheel was rumbling like I was on a road made of rumble strips. If I let go of the wheel the car would move right so quick texting while driving was not an option. When I dropped the car off I let the man (Joe?) know about all of these issues. I didn t have to reschedule for these last minute repairs. By the end of the day the car was driving like new again. Oil changed, front and rear breaks, alignment, all done same day for less than half what it would have cost me at the dealership.Great job, highly recommend Suburban.

Simply excellent experience with Chris and associates at Suburban Auto. Had my 4Runner in to check out vibration that no one else was able to solve, but, Chris did! Also, Suburban Auto more than competitive in pricing. No worries here about being over charged. Dealer told me that the front tie rods on my car needed to be replaced because they were frozen and that the cost would be over $1000. Spoke with Chris who suggested that SA might be able to unfreeze the existing tie rods and determine if they actually needed replacing. Chris was able to successfully free up the tie rods and after evaluation concluded that they did not need replacing. All in cost $175. We have taken our cars to Chris many times over the years - the work is always top notch and it is very easy to work with Chris and his team. I highly recommend Suburban Auto. Thanks Chris!3/5/24 New Chrysler Pacifica needed its first oil change. I was able to set up a specific time so I could wait. Got in and out in 30 mins with the job done correctly. Love suburban auto! Chris and Joe are so nice, honest and accommodating. Great auto technicians! I would not take my car to anyone else. I moved out of state and work in Walpole and drive over an hour . I ve been going to Suburban Auto for a few years now, and I can t say enough good about them. All their employees are personable, knowledgeable, and definitely geared toward helping customers. Joe s often the one taking care of my car, and though he s young, he started working on cars when he was around twelve, so he knows what he s doing.
