Make sure you go when it s not busy, paid for a Diamond wash and got a platinum due to the wash being busy and the attendant not caring to change it. Went back in a second time and got a silver for free which didn t make it much better. Paid to have my wheels cleaned, my undercarriage and all tougher spots cleaned out before actually going thru the wash and none of those were touched. Should ve gone to a do it yourself wash for half the price to have done a better job. Oh well.

Need to adjust your brushes or something. Truck went through the wash and came out still dirty.Edit: In response to the owners reply, no because I didn t notice it until I got home, several towns away. I also did reach out via the website s contact us tool, but nobody has gotten back to me yet.

Great when they first opened but in need of some repairs. Price is fair but about half of the vacuum hoses are broken. The Tire Shine works about 40% of the time and even then usually only gets the driver side. Staff is friendly. Quick in and out and plenty of spaces to wipe your car down with your own towel. Which is good because you WILL need to do that.

We come here a lot and would normally give Rojo Car Wash five stars. We always get the Dimond wash ($28), which is basically the works. Everything from wash, undercarriage, to wheels. We did notice that the rollers that clean and polish the wheels at the end of the wash weren't working. I'm not going to beat them up over it since I just did it myself after. Just didn't get everything we paid for. It is nice that they have a free vacuuming section, so that helped ease some of the disappointment. The spot we stopped at had a non functioning air blower, which kinda blew (pun intended). I will say we've had our cars professionally detailed from them (not this location), and I will say they did an amazing job. We just dropped it off for around 5 hours, and they made it look like new with clay bar and everything.

The people that work there are extremely nice, helpful and my car does come out looking very clean but; Google saying that they are open but they are closed. It seems like when it s cloudy, raining or even snowing the slightest bit this place closes. It s upsetting that I pay a monthly fee and can t wash my car because the ground is wet. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!The next day I received a call about my review by the owner of this facility. He was nice and apologetic. He also explained why they were closed at that moment. Basically he said that they close during bad weather because they take the opportunity for maintenance and routine inspections on all of the equipment to make sure that they are working correctly. I appreciate the fact that John took his time and gave to explain that. It s an awesome car wash and definitely recommend going there!

I love this place. There are a few vaccumes that are down occasionally but no different than any other car wash. The ones that do work have amazing suction!!Attendant is always extremely friendly and it looks like they hired on a few new crew members that really know what they are doing. I will continue to come back here until I move out of state because the Monthly membership is an unbeatable deal.Thanks Rojo for keeping cars clean.My black Mercedes comes out perfect every time.

@Rojo Do your business a huge favor and invest in some High quality vacuum. Not those big square low pressure that don t fit in the car hard to reach places like between the seats. Slim nozzles and working air pressure will drive in way more service in each station some are missing. Thanks nice place Rojo besides that.

I signed up for the monthly membership which is $40 a month over a year ago. I ve called and emailed multiple times trying to cancel it and I get no response. This car wash is horrible. It s either closed or when it s open there is always something broken which makes the car wash come out like garbage. the last time I went, the car wash did not rinse my car after it put soap all over my car. I do not recommend to anyone your car will come out looking worse then it came in.

Great automatic carwash with a free vacuum. 3 tiers if monthly subscriptions to choose from where you can have unlimited car washes. About 20 vacuum stations so wait is needed. Carwash does a decently thorough job for automatic washes. I'm not a fan of air drying but 6 industrial fans blasting your car will get the job done!

Dealer told me my new car needed a touchless car wash, so I went all the way to Rojo. Spent $33 on the diamond wash and ceramic wax, and my car didn't even come out clean. I'm not sure the bottom half of my car even got wet. Pictured is the dirt on my car 30 seconds after I got out of the wash bay.

I been coming here since it opened and it was great coming here BUT NOW NOTHING NEVER WORKS NOW. I pay monthly tire shine part really never work but for the first 7 months after thatexcuses excuses why things don t work the vacuum , car being wet , to shine to your wheels everything just an excuse.

Was a member for a few months and was rear ended inside the car wash due to lack of professional directions to the vehicle behind me as well as putting the cars in the car wash too close so that there is no room for error on top of that the so called manager at the Walpole location didn t even come out to assist the accident and when approached by me wouldn t give me a number to call or even his name to help address the issue didn t even care if both parties were ok didn t take any responsibility for their part in the situation

We ve been coming to this Rojo location since it opened, and have always been impressed with the quality of work, high level of customer service, and affordable prices. Recently I got a flat tire in the parking lot of Rojo and while I waited for AAA, a member of the staff approached me and asked if he could help change my tire. Johnny was quick and efficient, and certainly saved me some time that day since it was a busy Saturday. I was very appreciative of his effort to go above and beyond for a customer, but I wasn t surprised since all the staff is always so helpful. Definitely recommend a visit to Rojo if you re in the area - and their monthly membership plan is more than worth it!Services: Vacuuming, Car waxing

I had the $18 gold car washing package today and the experience was okay overall. However, my car had white spots everywhere after the wash.

Love this place. Super easy to pull up, select your wash and drive through. The vacuum area after the wash is a little difficult to navigate. Several cars drove in through the exit, instead of scanning their receipts towards the front gate.Enter on Pine street as the highway entrance is usually closed.

Automatic car wash. Generally does a good job, though has a hard time with the front bumper and rear of my car. When it s very dirty, you can see where the brushes and spinners don t reach. Not a huge deal, but it s a bit of a bummer. I don t know if this is a problem they can fix, however.One thing to note that if you have a low car, or if your car has been modified to be lower than factory, you should avoid the tire shine option. Both of my lower rocker panels have dents in them due to how this mechanism engages. There s a big plastic piece that guides the brushes for the tire shine, and it s supposed to bump the tires so the brushes move outward and shine the tires. However, on some lower vehicles, this piece will hit the body first. In my case, caused two pretty significant dents. I d love to say this is the fault of the car wash, but I need to accept some blame since I lowered the car myself.Overall, the staff are generally nice and helpful, the location is reasonably clean, and the vacuums are almost always in working order. There are compressed air hoses at all the vacuums as well, but those are hit or miss as to whether they re working or not. All of them are damaged presumably from people leaving them on the ground and running them over.Edit: 2018 Tesla model 3

The customer service I received today was outstanding! Johnny, who was stationed at the entrance, told me that even the most expensive of the car washes would not get the ingrained dirt from tree sap off my car but that he would have it sprayed. I really appreciated his honesty. Although two people sprayed my car before it went through the wash, it still contained many stains afterwards. While I was vacuuming the inside, Johnny came by and by hand removed all the stains that were left. He refused the money I offered. I highly recommend Rojo Car Wash for its service and professionalism.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

I just left, and my car is still dirty after a $22 wash. Plus I tried 3 different vacumes before I found one that worked.

You'd be better off paying a todler to spray your car with a hose, everything is broken or barely works and the carwash itself left suds all over my car.

I stopped going to a place 2 minutes away and have switched to Rojo, which is 15 min away, because of the free vacuuming along side the great wash my car gets. Another great thing some people may not pay attention to is how the wheels sit on a conveyor belt and nothing touching the sides of the wheels or rims, which the other places way can damage your hub caps or rims or pop a tire. Place is worth going out of your way.

Visited the RoJo Walpole location this morning, it turns out the machinery was not operating as it should. The team there had me take my car through the tunnel 3 times with no luck in getting the car rinsed etc. The final time through they stopped the line and hand sprayed my car. Great customer service, great team and great car wash when all is working which is most of the time. Highly recommend them.

Update:Vacuums in tough shape. If you want to vacuum you'll have a hard fining a bay with both vacuum and mat air working ... maybe no mat air. --- ------------------------$20 Wash seemed very thorough. Vacuums excellent! Will be going back.For the $14 wash ... free vacuum ... wife didn't even notice

Have been going there since they've opened. Recently has been hit or miss with washes and vacuums. Sometimes my car comes out just dirty as when it went in or part of the wash I pay for doesn't activate. The air brushes haven't worked in sometimes (which was the main reason I started going here) lots of the vaccumes have little to no suctions. Definitely needs some improvement

I went in for a car wash on November 1st to wash my Audi RS5 that costs $100K and after the wash was completed I was drying it I found a scratch on my quarter panel/rear bumper.After speaking with the Wash manager Jonathan.We went upstairs and looked at the cameras and found the car had no scratch on it before it went in.The scratch was showing white which is a sign it is a fresh scratch.My vehicle was also just at the Audi dealership the day before for service and the check shows that scratch was never there.Now I am being told that the car wash could not leave a scratch like that which is clearly not true since it happened in the wash.It has been a week and still no scheduled repair. They are beating around the bush.I have been a Diamond member there for a year and never had an issue. This experience completely left a bitter taste in my mouth and I will be canceling my membership and advising all of my friends to do so as well if they do not own up to it and repair my vehicle at my requested Audi certified body shop.I would advise the owner to call me ASAP.The Manager Jonathan has myNumber.Thank you

Very unique modern set up. Friendly staff was there to help. I have gone to other car washes without hand drying and had less spots than here. My car looked great but only from a distance. If you have the time to stop by almost every day I'm sure the membership will be worth it though.

Great car wash. Very easy to use on account of how automated it is. Monthly plans are a great option if you live/work close enough to use frequently.Vacuuming can be a bit of a toss up (some work better than others, they all work a little worse if many are in use).All self serve (but staff are on site if you have an issue).All said and done it does a great job of cleaning a car.

The worst car wash experience I have ever had. I paid 30$ for the works and the car was still dirty when I came out. The tires weren t shined. The undercarriage was still extremely dirty. Every time I come there it just gets worse and worse. But ultimately my fault that I keep going. But it s easy and convenient for me considering i live across the street. But never again will I go there they rob me every time. I would never recommend that place to anyone!!!
