Dangerous drivers! The responsible company should check their drivers licenses as they endanger lives of other commuters on the road, unsafe and poor professionalism.

I deal with the Walpole location Hale trailer on almost a weekly basis. The receptionists are always very friendly. The parts guys(Andrew,Jay and Chris)go above and beyond everytime I call. I highly recommend them for all of your trailer needs.

I have used Hale a few times to rent trailers and they have been fantastic every time. This time around I dealt with Chris at the Walpole location and he was great. Throughout the whole process he was transparent and got me the trailer I needed quickly. When I went to pick it up, he offered to give me a few fittings to make the hydraulic lines work on my truck so I didn t have to stress. He went beyond to make my experience great. I will be renting from them every time I need a trailer.

Not very organized, no inventory to look at. Tried twice to contact them, no reply to a voice mail I left, no response to an email. I had to go there physically to see no inventory.

This place is a joke, aren't even answering the phone! How's a trucker supposed to get parts if you don't answer the phone?
