Went there at 4pm to get my car detailed. I called before hand. They are open until 6pm. I made it clear I wasn t in a rush just give a quick detail. It was a coworker s truck. It looked worse than it was. I went to Walmart and bought $70 worth of product. I told them I d tip well too. Some people don t want to work.

Love this place for the exceptionally good drive thru wash and wax. Been coming here for years. The workers are always friendly and the cleaning equipment is gentle throughout the process.

We booked detailing services for wife's SUV. Scheduling was easy, we dropped off the car on Saturday and were told it would take 6 hours and cost $200. So far so good.Car gets dropped off at 7:30am on Saturday.Around 11:30am my car sends a notification that engine has been on for 15min. No big deal, I figured they are moving the car to do outside wash.Car keeps sending me notifications every 30min for the next two hours. Whe I logged into he app to see the status of the car, it says that the car has been on for 2 hours with heat turned on to the max.At that point we seated getting concerned about running out of gas.I called the car wash and asked if the car is ready. I was told it's drying right now. I asked for the engine to be shut down because it was running for 2 hours straight. The person I spoke to, immediately lied to me that the car isnt running. Only when I told him that I can see it in realtime on my app, he shut down the car and said that the car is in fact all set.Now, the cleaning was outstanding.The car is sparkling clean inside and outside.I just wish that car wash used their own driers to dry the car instead of running customers cars to dry them. Because that a good few gallons of gas, on top of $200 service. And some older cars may not appreciate sitting idle for 2+ hours with heaters on.

I took my car there last Sunday. I picked the detailed interior cleaning. They worked on my car for about an hour and they did a very good and thorough job. I highly recommend this place.

I was home when (Jacksonville) Hurricane Irma toured the state and left many areas flooded. I drove from Jacksonville to Boston to see my mom. It turned out some flood water got into my car . I waited a week looking for the right place to wash my car and gave these guys a chance. The gave me a nice offer of $53.99 to detail my carpets and clean up the interiors such as my dash board. I waited for about 30-45 minutes. I m not sure they didn t seem long at all but when they were done I was % satisfied and in disbelief that they actually saved my car.

One of my favorite car washes near my home. plenty of room to park, many well maintained self wash bays, and reasonable prices all around. This is my go-to car wash when I actually have the time to clean my cars.

Have been using them for 3 years. Good quality wash but absolutely worst customer service ever. They wouldnt stop charging my card after i ended membership. Before that i asked to add wax spray to my monthly membership they tried to charge me $35 extra instead of the $5 addition package which is clearly advertised on their poster. Find somewhere else who cares about their customers

They did an incredible job on my Ford Edge, I thought they gave me the wrong car! Price was reasonable and under 2 hours for the mini detailing even on a busy Saturday morning. I'm getting my daughter's car detailed for her birthday.

I recently got my car interior detailed after my puppy threw up all over my passenger seat. They were one of the few detailing services that would take this task on, and when I got my vehicle back in the SAME day, it looked brand new!! I was not expecting such a wonderful job, and my car to come out 100 times better than it was before hand! If you ever need to have your car detailed I would recommend Dr. Detail over and over again! I did the express interior detail with carpet cleaning, it was $120 and my car was ready in 2 hours. Made an appointment for my car, told to bring it in between 8-9 and it would be 3 hours. When I arrived at the designated time, I was told I would have to leave my car until 4pm. I did not use their service as I thought it was unacceptable to have a detail done and have to leave your car there for 8 hours. What's the point of making an appointment when they won't honor it! Totally unprofessional & will share my experience with others who had planned to use them.I received an email back from the Owner to call regarding my comments. I called about a week ago, left my name & number but have not heard back from the Owner.

Happy to tell everyone on Massachusetts.Specially after my experience on car washes, because I'm mechanic and I serviced one of the newest car wash for shells oil companies on Plainville Massachusetts. For more than 15 years on my pass.DR Details car wash &Express... it's the best car wash around on the service and the generous amount of soap ,water and air dryer. It's very good complete wash and under carrier's .I like this company according the service I'm receiving and for the decent amount I'm paying.

My black car was covered heavily in Green Pollen whick wasn't cleared up by recent heavy rains. I went through the drive through wash and the associate was very polite and professional explaining options. Car came out looking great. Over priced but to honest it's hard to find a great full service car wash in the Boston area. You pay full services prices to dry and vacuum your own vehicle.... Not cool even the full service ones do a job. Dr. Detail however offers a large amount of suds and few pay vacuums with good suction. I won't return and I'll continue to search for a great full service Boston car wash.

My favorite car wash and I've tried a bunch of them. The best turbo dry plus an extra hand dry. I usually get the gold with a tire shine. I travel from Westwood for it. Also next to a Walmart and Dunkin. Show them your receipt and get a discount. Do your shopping and car wash. Nice people too.

Great car wash dollar deal off wash from Walmart and Big Y that always helps out the budget. Great people car comes out Great they wash the car with soap by hand which is good before you go on the track to make extra clean. 10 dollars basic wash with receipts from the above stores.11 dollar for a wash with the above stores receipts.

They overrated their service. Cost does not measure to the service they offered. You pay $29.99 for just external cleaning while you still have to vacuum your car by yourself. That is different from the advert on their wall. The advert claims they detail all by their hands whereas they only clean the water on your car while there other car wash in MA that does more than advertised. I don't see myself returning there.

I went to Dr. Detail earlier this week to have my SUV detailed and washed. Luis, one of the workers there was very nice and easy to work with during the whole process. They were very quick and thorough, and I was left very satisfied with the end result. I would recommend Dr. Detail to any car owner that is looking to having their car treated with upmost care. I will be returning here soon. Ask for Luis he is amaizing! and my car looks great!

I've only used the tunnel wash, but it's on par in both price and quality with local competitors. The free hand towel dry on the weekends is a nice feature that is not necessarily offered elsewhere.

Extremely polite and fast service. My car is always spotless. I love that you can grab a coffee near by and bring the receipt for a discount on your wash. It's a little Mommy break time.

I am regular here for my car interior cleaning: one of my most recent visit there was a guy who took car in.. did interior express clean.. next thing I notice my ac vent was completely broken. It was just put together as if it's not broken,, when I got into car and close the door it fell off.. I spoke to him he denied any wrong doing.. he was accusing me of lying.. the guy was arrogant and harsh.To be fair, also, I am very regular to this place for my car wash.. I have no complaints about that. There they do a good job.

In a rush, but walked in after a puke accident in the car. Was quoted a 3 hour wait, and I hesitantly accepted. However, maybe because the really polite manager knew I was in a rush (not sure), the car was nearly spotless (one small spot of puke was missed) a little over 90 minutes after I dropped the car off. This is the first time I've gone to Dr. Detail.I got the "Silver" wash for $10.99 and interior clean for $17.99.Exterior wash was fine. Interior clean was pretty good, but they missed paper trash, and food wrappers underneath and in between the seats.My car is a small Toyota RAV4, but They charged me an additional $4.00 for an OVER SIZED VEHICLE/SUV. I checked with the attendant and he said that wasn't a mistake.If they had properly cleaned the inside and weren't charging the extra $4.00, I would have been satisfied. As it is, I'll go somewhere else from now on.

I brought my HRV in to jave the interior cleaned and they tried to charge me fill proce of an SUV. Have you sern the size of an HRV? Its a crossover. Had to haghle over price. Did ok job but I don't like someone trying to cheat me.Service: Auto interior vacuumingService: Auto interior vacuuming

I arrived for a simple wash and express interior detailing. I was told I would have to wait at least an hour and a half for the detailing. I figured I'd go to Wal-Mart and burn most of that time. After getting back 2 hours later (dropped the Wally World stuff at home), it took them an hour to do an express detailing, and they didn't wash the interior of the rear window. It was really clean inside, but EXPRESS? I received no explanation and no apology. I'll look elsewhere next time. Oh and the wash wasn't good. The back of the car still looked like it was covered in pollen.
