DBA is amazing. They stand for their quality of work and very well communicated with me during the process. They even follow up with me on a parts issues from the supplier weeks after they finish their work. This is how customers service should be. Highly recommended if you need someone to take good care of your car.

I dropped off my car a week ago yesterday and I just picked it up. It looks brand new and like there was never damage. I was intimidated to make the phone call, but the owner was so nice and so easy to talk to. He gave me an estimate of about two weeks and it was done much earlier than expected which is great. Absolutely would recommend DBA to anyone and everyone

When you think of a business that centers their practice around care, compassion, and ethics, it is DBA Auto Body. With the burden and stress related to accidents, John and Donna are exceptional professionals that work hard (above and beyond) to service vehicles. John is your advocate and pushes back on insurance companies when he sees "cut corners." He expects certified and/or manufactured replacement parts so that he can deliver a fixed vehicle in exceptional condition. Safety comes first. His staff works hard. Angel (body paint) and Joe (parts) are masters at their work. DBA is a gem. I've gone on three occasions and have had complete confidence in their work. The crew can assist in securing a rental car, guidance in navigating the insurance company and calling to provide updates. There is absolutely no doubt this is the shop for a damaged vehicle.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Really helpful and convenient with the rental. The rental is there when you drop off your car and you leave it there when you pickup your car.No real waiting area for the customer but then again you shouldn t be there long. My advice, don t just pickup your car and leave. Look over the repair and make sure it s to your satisfaction because you are paying for it. If the insurance is paying for the repair, even better because you keep the rental until it s repaired right.

I m so glad i took my car there, they are excellent and very professional. They helped me a lot with the insurance and rental. i was happy to got my car back on time. They did an amazing job on my car. I m referring all my friends and family and anyone who needs auto body repairs. DBA Auto Body has once again gone above and beyond. I will continue to vouch for their impeccable quality of service and hard work to fix anything I give them. I have brought my 2013 Nissan Altima to them for the 3 accidents I ve been in(Deer hit car, rear ending, and another that wasn t my fault, I swear I m a good driver haha) for the past 4 � years. They have always handled everything directly to the insurance companies. As soon as I drop it off they go to work. The output quality is astounding. I have referred many of my friends and family to this amazing shop. If you are debating coming here, please take my advice and don t think for another second about another body shop. This is the one!

I am very proud my car got brought to these people here they are the best and they don t waste your time! My experience was amazing and I world refer anyone who needs a car repair to go here!!!! Jon was very nice and made me feel comfortable as a customer should feel, my car is back to new and it didn t take to long as I expected because these guys actually do their job and get stuff done, I appreciate you guys and I will be back if I need any repairs THANK YOU JON!

I went to DBA for an insurance-covered repair, and I opted to add another repair for my car that was not covered by insurance while it was being worked on. Jon did a phenomenal job repairing my car, working with my insurance to ensure everything was covered, and getting the right parts in. The quote for the additional out of pocket work was fair and also came out really well.The icing on top of a good repair was my car was spotless when I picked it up, it was detailed inside and out!The one drawback was the delay in getting my car in, and the two weeks it took to do the work. This could be a problem if you don't have backup transportation, but luckily it worked out okay for me and the high quality work was worth the wait.

We ve been coming to DBA for over 10 years and there is no other body shop that we could trust more to work on our cars. John s team does impeccable work. Donna s excellent to work with as well in helping to handle insurance claims. DBA is meticulous in all the detail of their work and they do it in a very personal way. I got into a bad accident in mid Sept and it took almost two weeks to get my appraisal done. While I was waiting for the appraisal, I called DBA and talked to John. John gave me almost an hour of his time explaining what to expect during the appraisal review, how to proceed after the appraisal and how DBA will help once we know what the insurance company gets back to me.Once I received the appraisal, I then talked to Donna and she was great to work with just like John was. She talked to me for almost an hour and even though there was a chance my car could be totaled, she was more than happy to work with me. She gave me great insight into what to expect and who they wanted to work on the mechanical issues my car had due to the accident.At this point, no one knew if the car was going to be totaled but yet, John and Donna were working with me like my car was in DBA's shop being worked on.A few days later, my car was totaled but the customer service they gave me was the best I have ever experience. I highly recommend them and if I ever have a need to have my car(s) worked on, they are going to be the first ones I call.Service: Body & Trim

This business provided impeccable service! Excellent customer service and high quality work. I was so impressed with John and Dona who explained everything to me and arranged for my rental car. My car was ready earlier than I expected. I highly recommend DBA Auto Body! Excellent service and high quality work! Jon, Donna, and the staff are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly. I brought my 2016 Challenger in to have the front end repaired and painted. They made the entire process smooth and easy. They even made all the arrangements when I needed a rental. My car s front bumper matches it s body better now, than it did when it came from the factory. My Challenger looks awesome!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Wow. Just simply wow. Never have I ever had a repair done on my vehicle that went so flawless and easy that I have the need to right a review about. DBA takes care of all insurance claims, so you don't have to call or fax your car insurance at all. Donna always picks up the phone within a couple of rings and is so pleasant on the phone and is so eager to help. She also makes leaps and bounds to make sure you understand what is happening with the process with your car. They even setup rentals to be ready for you before you even get there! Just amazing. They had my car for about 2 weeks and my car looks better than when I bought it a year ago!!!! The talent in the shop is top tier and I would recommend anyone that needs anything done to go here! You will not be disappointed!

I have been going to DBA for years for the various large and small repairs my vehicles have needed, and they always do a wonderful job. They're great at doing the minimum that's really needed, giving the option, for instance, to blend rather than repaint entire body panels--though of course they're also happy to go farther if you want the truly factory-perfect result you only get from pristine expanses of new paint. They've replaced tricky moldings on my new car, but also cheerfully fixed the broken mirror on my beat-up 20-year-old truck that's never going to look like a credit to any body shop again!

John and Dona at DBA brought a huge sense of relief when I got in an accident that ultimately totaled my car. The shop came highly recommended and I called them from the side of the road on a Friday afternoon to ask if I could have the car towed to them. John answered and told me to bring it down and gave me some insight into what to expect next. He was kind and made sure to take care of everything so that all I had to do was go home and relax! The following week, Dona called and was also very kind and helpful- and we knew they weren t going to be doing the work (we figured it was totaled). I m so glad I found them - they have been absolutely professional, kind, helpful, honest, fair, and treated us like how I imagine an extended family member would if they were in that situation.Service: Body & Trim

Great body shop! John and Donna were both excellent in explaining the work needed to be done at every stage of the process, as well as keeping me well informed on any delays. When I got in an accident this spring, my VW dealer suggested I bring my car to DBA for the repairs. Donna at DBA was so helpful to work with. She was patient and responsive, and she worked directly with my insurance company to make sure the repairs were done efficiently and thoroughly - specifically she worked to get my car towed a week earlier than they initially thought they d be able to take it. Donna kept me updated along the way and really helped to make a stressful situation more manageable. My 2017 Jetta looks brand new, and the car was cleaned and washed when I picked it up. I highly recommend them!

DBA just finished replacing and painting the front of my car after a tree fell on it and their work was done well and quickly. Couldn t have asked for a better experience than the one we received from Dona and the team at DBA. They were very flexible in helping us get the work done that we needed on an old foreign car, and they did an outstanding job. The work on the car spoke for itself, but Dona and the office staff added a personal touch that helped us navigate a potentially stressful situation. Great people, would give 6 stars if I could.

I ve taken my business to DBA for years. Great service, fair price. There is a whole lot more to this local place and you should look into it when you need your car repaired. To start Donna and John are a rare find when it comes to helping you when you are in need. The folks who do the work are really good at what they do and that s one reason why they are busy. Covid-19 has had a huge impact to all businesses and the same can be said to DBA Autobody. They are an SBA that appreciate me and my business. What more can be said?

This was a very pleasant experience and I give John and his team the highest recommendation. I brought our RAV4 to his shop based on the reviews I saw during my research. I had been to the dealership and was barely acknowledged by the person who wrote up the estimate. At D B A, I met with Donna and because the ding was small we decided to limit the paint area. Donna got actual paint instead of a chip and held it up the panel so we could see the match. The color blended perfectly and it saved us money as well. The quality of the job was excellent as was the customer service.

The service was great! I had a side impact of my 2016 Acura MDX with other driver and there was a medium size dent and all bruising on my side doors front and back, and damage to my right side mirror. The repair was done perfectly, the work has been done meticulously from start to finish. They even arranged the rental car and negotiated with other driver's insurance company to cover all costs, the initial estimate from the insurance company was 1/3rd of the total cost in the end. They never took easy route to just complete the work, did not compromise on the parts or labor. The car came out perfect! All repairs are done with Acura genuine parts. The office staff Donna, Kelly and John are great to work with! I shall HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Excellent work at a fair price on three quite different jobs. Staff exceptional. Clearly take pride in their work. These folks go the extra mile to get things right. Well managed small operation.* 2019 VW Alltrack (August-October 2022) - repaired extensive damage from a rear end collision. Jon and Donna dealt successfully with an insurer's low ball estimate. Then they worked the phones to secure very hard-to-obtain parts. They kept us informed during a longer-than-expected job. The repairs were beautifully done. Bottom Line: We were glad that we selected D B A instead of going with a repair shop designated by our insurer.* 2012 Honda CRV (October 2022) - a friend who was overseas loaned us his unused CRV while the Alltrack was being repaired. The CRV had been damaged in a parking accident several years ago. To repay our friend, we asked Jon to do what he could without breaking the bank. Jon replaced a wheel well liner and moldings, buffed out scratches, and applied touch up paint at a very reasonable price.* 2019 VW Alltrack (Fall 2020) - D B A repaired minor front end damage caused by damage from collision with a suicidal goose. We chose D B A for the large insured job on the basis of our more than satisfactory experience with the small cash up front job.Service: Body & Trim

The owner John and Donna who works at the front desk are great at what they do and they really care to take the time and talk to you. They are very short-staffed, but they will still make you feel 100% satisfied. Very fortunate I brought my car there for some body work.

A tree had fallen on my car at the beginning of October and I needed my whole front end repaired. Brought it in the second week of November and just got it back and it looks brand new! Jon did a beautiful job, highly recommend! Very thorough with his work

With kids, we own 6 vehicles and seem to use DBA 2-3 times a year for accidents. Each time the work is spectacular and the service is great.
