My son s car was broken down in the fast lane on the highway. Thankfully Chris Service Center arrived within 10 mins of the call. The driver brought my family to safety and took time to show my son how to care for the car while they waited for me. The young lady and several gentlemen at the desk were friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Even the tow was affordable. The driver said that he treats all customers as if they were family. Chris Service Center were willing to fix the car but suggested I get it fixed somewhere closer to home so that I don t need to come out that way again. When I left this business, I knew I found a place that I can trust. I cannot THANK this business and tow truck driver enough for taking care of my family.

STAY AWAY! These scumbags robbed me of my Ipod right after I nearly died in a major car accident. And of course when I mentioned it to them, all they did was deny it. Since I had no way to prove it, I had to walk away accepting the fact that they stole from me and there's nothing I could do about it. And this isn't the first time. These people are known for stealing. Do not give these THIEVES your business..

This company is my go-to. I have used various tow companies, this one has been my best experience time and time again..which is so important because usually when you call a tow company, you are already not having a great day. So having a tow company that addresses your needs professionally, efficiently, and for a fair price really helps.

I got a flat tire on 95 at 10 o clock at night. Brian was extremely professional and helpful. He handled my car with great care and also let me know how I could get reimbursed from triple A. He went over and above as well. He helped me figure out the best place to leave my car at the mechanic and gave me a ride to my house which was close by, even though I could walk. I was so happy to have Brian s assistance in a scary situation. He is an asset to the service center !

I called because I had to have somebody break into my car. They told me it would be 45 minutes. I called them an hour later and because the driver couldn t get a hold of me. They left me sitting here waiting while they went to a different location because there was an accident. They re rude, disrespectful, overpriced, and deafly not worth calling. I can t believe how rude they are like they re the only tow company in the world. I had a very bad experience. I waited over three hours. I would suggest. To use a different company. I could not believe the rudeness. I said to the guy why should I pay $125 when you re three hours late? The guy said that s the price they charge and didn t care about me waiting three hours. I would definitely not use this tow company if you a chance. Too much money and they re rude as hell.

In the towing industry you can run into a lot of unprofessional very rude people. Not at this place not only was I treated very nicely in person but even my phone call before arriving is very courteous on the other end. The work I received was very quick and very well performed because I do know the basics and I did look over the work that was done. Some places can even scratch up your vehicle or take stuff out such as personal belongings. The service center showed up with tow truck in a very timely manner and because of past with other places I search through and nothing in my vehicle was moved which make me feel safe.

Dealer told me my smoky engine is because it lost all oil due to a hose failure and engine is ceased and had to be replaced with used engine and quoted $$$$ These guys quoted 2K less and I approved their quote. On the day they started the engine dismount process and 2 hours into it , their mechanic had doubt if the starter was the culprit as it was stuck. He put a new starter and the engine turned over. They then put things back together and tested for any noise any other issues and called me gave me the happy news !! All along Rich and Steve were very professional. When we have so many scammy places these guys chose the customer over $$$$ more business. Ofcourse I'd recommend to others.Service: Engine repair

The lady who answers the phone is very rude and unprofessional. She would never give me a price on their roadside service call, hung up on me and would only communicate with my dispatch who talked me out of just cancelling the whole thing. I had rather sit on the side of the road in the freezing cold and wait for a company that would have at least an ounce of empathy for a trucker than to be doing business with a company that would allow this kind of treatment. The guy who came out to service my truck was a lot better to deal with during such an emergency of a breakdown. Since I know that some companies only stay in business by being opportunist instead serving it is only right that I give my review of my experience. I finally got the bill and all I can say is, you got to be kidding me! I think I'll just stay far away from this area after seeing all those extras added on. I can't afford to be treated that way. Had I been told, I would have looked for another business.

Very nice staff. Scary accident, and drove in cab w totaled car in tow by David, the driver, from Chris Towing. Spoke to me kindly, shared helpful information, then brought my bags of possessions in from totaled car to spot for pickup and made sure I was okay. Went to car two days later, and Pete helped pry door and glovebox to get other possessions and was very helpful and nice. He found some items which were important to me and spent a fair amount of time looking to help. If you want to give business to people who care and do their jobs well, this is them.

Aggressive and dangerous drivers that don't follow the rules of the road. They will use their larger vehicles to bully other road users.

Be very careful when using this company. They caused damage to my vehicle when removing it from a ditch and they're telling me too F***ing bad!!! When I went to pickup my car I asked for a copy of the invoice they sent to my insurance company I was told they would email it to me. When I didn't receive it I called and spoke to the Gen Mgr Ben Stains (or Haines) something like that, told me If I wanted one to ask my insurance company. This is the same person that gave me a cash price for removal of my car of $2071.63, then billed my insurance company over $5,000. I'm not sure if their was any insurance fraud, but I am going to contact someone I know in the Norfolk County District Attorneys office. I will gladly update this post as I learn more.

Took my car in because it was making a weird noise. They promptly took it in and called me to explain what was going on and what my options were. Very professional and friendly!

If I could give them no stars I would! Someone broke down at the end of our driveway. My son tried to help them get the car started with no luck. We called Chris's for a tow and they never showed up. We followed up a couple times to get an update and were told they were still coming...which never happened!

HORRIBLE.. never in my life will I return to this place, he is unprofessional rude and lies. Told numerous things were wrong with my car and neither of the things were the actual issue... I had to go to another place and thank god they were able to detect the problem and resolve it. Waste of time and money!!!!!!!!

Place is terrible. Stuff stolen from my car and manager doesn't even call me back. Manager states the driver "didn't steal anything" but also fired him within the 3 days I've been calling. Do not use this service!

They fixed my trailer in record time and didn't even charge me the full hour for labor like most repair shops do! Very nice people too!

This place should be shut down!!! They not only are Liers! Cheats! They have no idea what they are doing!!!! DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!! Stick to towing if you know how to do that. (I have my doubts)
