I just picked up my car from Assured Collision in Walpole MA. What a fabulous job they did on repairing my rear passenger door from a side collision. The project took under 2 weeks and it looks like a brand new car. They even detailed the inside for me. Great job. I met Jim the body shop foreman. I can't thank him enough for his excellent work. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thank you... Linda D.

I keep meaning to write a review, and then I keep forgetting because Mom brain. Every time I see one of their trucks, it literally puts a smile on our families faces. This company has come to our aid so many times, and with such friendly attitudes, and in such a quick manner. It pains me to see when people write awful reviews about them. They seem to be the people that show up every time I call AAA. I can t say enough about them. They go out of their way for families. When they came to my house the last time and my infant was upset, the driver made a silly face at him and helped me calm him down. At this stage, my son was going through stranger danger, and their employee made everything very smooth and happy even for a six month old. I don t actually know if it s a thing, but, when we call AAA Next, because I know there will be a next, I m going to request them.

A+ experience all the way around.I called and spoke with Jim one evening. He took my Quincy Mutual claim number and called me early the next morning, telling me he already had my claim info and was ready to take my repair.I was impressed by his efficiency so decided to move forward with him before discussing my vehicle with other collision shops.And he delivered better-than-expected results.The work was done within a few days after he set an expectation it could take 1-2 weeks.The repair blends perfectly with the surrounding body parts.He worked with my insurance company and third-party claim adjuster without my involvement.And his team DETAILED MY VEHICLE, inside and out!Incredible.I'm only going to Jim for future auto body work.

My car battery died. I needed a jump and the hood latch was stuck. I called AAA and Assured came out and tried to open the vehicle but couldn't so I was towed. When myself, and a coworker both initially tried the interior hood release handle, it was intact and pulled open and closed. When I got the car back, the plastic handle and spring were broken into pieces and left on the floor. The mechanic (Larin's Automotive in Norwood, whom Assured recommended) says it was like that when they got it after the tow (unless they are lying). AAA denied my damage claim because Assured denied responsibility. So I called Assured and explained the situation. If I didn't break it and the mechanic didn't break it then that means that it had to be one of Assured's techs that came out and worked on it. They told me that their drivers say they didn't break it and so there is nothing they can do. INTEGRITY is doing the right thing even when nobody is looking! They should have said something when they broke it, especially because I was standing there while they worked on my car. SO, I called for service and now I have to pay to fix a part that I didn't break because nobody wants to admit when they made a mistake. I don't recommend this place.In response to the response from the owner (who I am assuming is actually AAA?): As I stated over the phone many times, I shouldn't have written that the handle was stuck because it was the hood latch that was stuck (just a matter of wording as I was rushing to put in the call). Like I said, the plastic handle was not broken and now it is. You just kept referring back to the statement that I made and calling it a pre-existing problem. That is not accurate or true. In your response you write "It appears the broken hood latch was the reason for service and needed to be replaced regardless." YES, exactly. The hood latch. Not the handle. They are two different parts. It is pretty clear someone used too much force and snapped the handle off. It is absolutely frustrating that nobody will accept responsibility.

I highly recommend Assured Collision. I was hit in a parking lot and needed my front drivers side wheel area and the bumper replaced. They called my insurance as I drove out of the lot and the car was completed in less than 2 weeks. They detailed the inside of the car and even put the $20 bill they found while cleaning in the cup holder.

Just driving on 140 in New Bedford at 65 MPH a half mile from the Coggeshall exit to have one of their wreckers fly up on me from behind tracking at least 70. Pulled to the side for him to speed faster than 75 to pass me, just to take the exit less than 200 feet ahead of us. I wouldn t trust a company that is that reckless on that small of a highway. Looked them up online to see they feature a sign that says Slow Down, Pull Over, It s The Law. Maybe practice what you preach.

I dealt with Assured Collision three times over the last week for a dead battery. Each time I dealt with a different technician and all three were extremely friendly, helpful, and fast! I can not recommend them enough.

Sooo..a family member of mine was killed in a car wreck & this is the company that towed the vehicle from the scene. We knew where the vehicle was BEFORE the police ever contacted us because we tracked the phone! Guess what? The phone was NEVER recovered from the vehicle. Police confirmed they never located because if they had they'd hold it only for the duration of the investigation. Our family had to go to the lot to recover our loved one's personal belongings & the phone was NEVER found. Obviously one of their employees is a thief who came up on a new iPhone. God knows..judgement day will come. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this company.

The driver of this company secured my car to his flatbed by the tie rods and snapped one and bent the other because of how much tension was on chains.. thanks for breaking my car more guys. It was a simple tow that was supposed to be easy and your crew can't even do that ....

I had Joel come out and tow my vehicle today. I sat in the truck with him while he drove the tow truck with my car attached home. He was quick to get to me, knew exactly what he was doing and was very compassionate as I was having a difficult time. I would recommend him and this company anytime! Thank you Joel!!

This is the worse company to ever deal with. I can t believe they are still in business. Years on the auto mile and they are always rude and nasty. Customer service is definitely not a priority

I had the best tow truck driver few days ago. He picked up my Sebring off Hathaway and towed it home. He was kind but mainly his kindness and friendliness was genuine

Aldino was a huge help when my car wouldn t start. He was able to quickly get my car onto the truck and dropped it exactly where I needed it without any damage. He s a great person to work with and I recommend this company!

I had random problem with my key Fob and my battery, In a new car I m not used to. I was totally freaking out and Jonathan was super nice, and helped me solve the problem. I m thankful to have him come out, Thank you so much!

Matthew came to the rescue to tow my car to the repair shop after a car accident and a flat tire . He was kind caring and very respectful. One of the best experiences for such a bad headache. Thank you Matthew you were awesome keep up the great work !

A while back, one of our service trucks broke down and they sent out a gentleman who was absolutely fantastic when it came to providing service on our towing. Come to find out, our service vehicle needed a whole bunch of front end work. As a garage door company we are pretty mechanically inclined. However, we prefer a professional auto mechanic to do the work. These guys did the work and my truck has been running great ever since! I highly recommend these guys for any of your auto needs

I read too many poor reviews for this company so I needed to say that they took good care of my wife's car after her accident. They were professional and attentive. They are very high volume and you can tell from their lot but they were professional.

Friendly service! There are some really weird ratings for this place but they seem unfounded. I had no issues. I had a car accident so my car was towed here and they worked with my adjuster without any hitches. I hardly had to do anything since they handled it all. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is because I'm pretty certain my cell phone holder was stolen. Not that it's a big deal, but I know without a doubt my cell phone holder was still attached to the vent, and when I went back to retrieve my belongings, it was gone. It could've been one of the personnel, but other than that they were friendly and easy to work with

I called Assured to remove 3 vehicle from my property. They were very pleasant and helpful. They had 2 tow trucks to my place within a few hours (I was expecting at least 24 hours) and all 3 vehicles were gone in about 30 mins. Both drivers were great!!! I will definitely be calling Assured again!

Outstanding company! I have used Assured Collision for towing, auto body repair and detailing. They are the best in the business. Every employee is extremely knowledgeable, professional and goes above and beyond every time. Thank you Assured Collision for all that you do. I would never take my car to anyone else.

Called for a tow this morning, my car wouldn't start and I was running late. Upon arrival the tow driver got my car started. I just left work and car started right up..... he went above and beyond his tow duties and told me if i had any isuues to call them back. He turned my day into an awesome day. I live in Walpole but had always been directed by my insurance company to another body shop on the several occasions where we'd been dinged. A couple of years ago my then 17 year old son decided to back into a light pole. The car was kind of a junker and we didn't want to file a claim or spend a lot of money on it but the taillight was just hanging off. My usual shop wanted to charge big bucks to fix it so I tried Assured. Two guys spent 20 minutes on it and rigged it back up. It looked perfect. They wouldn't charge me for it. I wasn't a regular customer or anything, they just were nice guys. When one of my colleagues hit my door in our office parking lot about a week ago I took it to them. Got it back today. Had the damage she had done taken care of, had some other dings and nicks fixed on my own dime. Looks better than new! The work was great but they detailed it too. That wasn't on the estimate as a charge. They just did it. Didn't charge for it! Car looks great. Nice place, good work, nice people.

had at least 3 auto accidents, flat tire tow, etc. the mechanics, body and office employees are top notch. thorough knowledge about replacement part and labor pricing, insurance pricing, the common need for supplemental approval after first appraisal/review. reasonable turn around time, great at updating you each step of the way. they even arrange insurance rental pick up on your behalf. trust them implicitly. thanks for the best service for our family for over 16 years

Do NOT recommend. I called to schedule a tow, and after speaking with Sean several times, was told they were too busy that day but could definitely take care of it the following morning. No one showed up the next morning, and when I called Assured Collision to ask if someone was on their way, I was told the dispatcher was out (??) and I would receive a call back. No one called me back, so my husband called and asked, "don't you know where your trucks are?" and finally was told no one was on the way to meet us, and I couldn't speak to Sean about it, as he wasn't in the office that day. HORRIBLE customer service.

I just picked up my car tonight. These people did a fabulous job! They worked with me and the insurance company seamlessly. And, they did the best interior detail job I've ever had. My car looks almost brand new. They were constantly in contact with me every step of the way. I could not be happier.

My wife's Jeep wouldn't start last night. She was shopping. She called AAA and Assured towed it to their shop. They had tried jumping it and it still wouldn't start. They kept it overnight and have tested it several times today and it started right up. I just spoke with Rodney and he said they tested it as well as the remote starter and everything seemed fine. Nice to do business with honest people. I would highly recommend Assured.

Sean from Assured Collision came to my aid through AAA. He was very courteous and professional and most of all, concerned for my safety. He was able to get my vehicle to a safe place, out of traffic and made sure that I had help coming before leaving. Really went above and beyond any expectations.
