This was one of the easiest vehicle buying experiences I've had. The owner did everything from obtaining a good interest rate to giving me a fair deal. As I came in from NYS and had not seen the truck, I'm happy to report the truck was in perfect shape. If your looking for a used EV, I highly recommend this dealership

I had a flawless experience purchasing my 2022 Tesla Model S from Dan at 1A Auto Sales. He was professional, accommodating, knowledgeable, and took time to fully review the vehicle with me. He gave me a very fair price for my trade and his prices were so good that there wasn t a need to haggle. Smooth experience, I highly recommended.

The guys at 1A Auto Sales made it fast and easy to buy a used EV. Dan was very knowledgeable on the federal and state EV tax rebate rules that changed in 2024 and made it easier to navigate the EV world. We never felt rushed or pressured. Everyone who works there is kind and welcoming. 10/10 would buy from again.

Came by on a Saturday just to browse. Dan and his crew showed me some great cars and didn't pressure me at all, the car sold itself. I decided to purchase and they went above and beyond to make sure I could take the car home that day as I needed wheels asap. I recommend this knowledgeable dealer if you are interested in EV's, this is my fourth, and I will be back for purchases down the road.

1A Auto Sales is a great placer to buy a used EV! This is my 2nd car I have bought from them, the first was a used Prius a few years ago for my son, this time it was for a used Tesla Model 3 for my 83 year old mom. The owner, Dan is very knowledgeable on the federal and state EV tax rebate rules that changed in 2024 and resulting in $7500 in incentives!!! They allowed me a full day to take the car to a 3rd party for pre-purchase inspection. There were some items which the other garage identified and Dan took care of all of them. We never felt rushed or pressured. 5 STARS (I would give 6 if I could) and will buy from again, again!

Dan here at 1A is the man you want to buy a car from. Bought a 2018 tesla from him 6 months ago, from out of state, car arrived quickly, exactly as pictured. Most importantly, this guy rocks at answering my questions as they have come up about maintenance, service, etc.

Got a 2016 Tesla model S and couldn't be happier. They really were very transparent and helped with financing. I am very happy and now I am bugging them about finding me a model X lol

Dan was very knowledgeable and efficient. We saw the car we wanted, took it for a ride and a couple of days later handed him a check. He registered the car in the office and we were on our way inside of 20 minutes. I would highly recommend 1A Auto Sales if your in the market for an EV or Hybrid. These guys know their stuff. I'm sure I'd use them again. Oh, and Mark is a hoot! A great guy to talk to. A friendly staff overall!

The sale was very easy and they held the car for me when they easily could have sold it out from under me. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the car was absolutely filthy when I picked it up and the gas tank was on E. Not a big deal but I have never had a car dealer not wash the car and put some gas in it for pick up.Overall they were very nice, and would buy from them again!

Flew out to look at a car they had for sale. The staff is all so friendly. Dan, Chris and Mark went above and beyond for us. We are so excited about our new to us car. I am so grateful that they offer a warranty even though I hope I won t need it. I loved that they were low pressure and let the car sell itself. Thanks gain for the tea and cookies Mr Prius.

I had a fantastic car buying experience with Dan and Chris. They remove the stigma of the typical cars salesperson. They give you all the time you want with the car and will answer all of your questions to ensure you're comfortable with your purchase. They stand behind their cars and offer great customer service. Very impressed overall and I will definitely come back to them for my next Tesla... because my wife wants to steal this one :)

Excellent experience here! Love the "help you not hassle you" sales approach, appreciate the dedication to making the financing work for our family budget, even offered to give us new floor mats when I thought we didn't have any for the front seats (turns out they were in the trunk). Well-informed, excellent customer service, great prices. And I loved buying from a local business! Highly recommend.

Dan was very helpful through an otherwise difficult car buying experience, due to delays by our bank and Maine state inspection. Our car failed inspection in Maine probably mostly due to the scammy nature of inspections in this state, but Dan nevertheless covered half the price of the repairs at my request. A very trustworthy guy, and we're very happy with the car now that we've got it on the road!

Both Dan and Chris were excellent to work with. They answered all my questions, didn t hover over me as I looked over the car and bent over backwards to accommodate my needs. They got me an outstanding rate and had all the paperwork done in less than thirty minutes. Really professional, but more than that, just plain nice people. I d definitely refer friends or family to them in the future. Oh, and I love my new car! It was exactly as advertised. Thank you!

Super low-pressure sales. The people running the place were very down to Earth and appreciated EV's as much as us. Answered all our questions, and went out of their way for customer satisfaction. The only criticism I can think of is making sure once we said we would buy the car, it would have been helpful for them to go through all of the requirements for purchasing the vehicle, including the need to get insurance before purchasing and registering the car to prevent delays.Would absolutely return. Thank you!

I can't praise enough 1A Auto Sales dealership! This was my first ever car buying experience, and I didn't even know what to expect having read so many "push sale" horror stories online. What an extraordinary customer service, courteous and knowledgeable owners! The car inventory on their lot was such a top quality that for a moment I even forgot I already had a car in mind and walked around for another option. The process of buying was easy, not once was I pushed or hurried to make a decision. The owner Dan even took the car out of the inventory, and gave me a few days to think about and come back to pay for it. The documents' process was seamless, and I got a very nice discount! This will be my dealership for my future needs! Thank you guys! You are real professionals but above all genuinely good people!

HONEST. I bought my new (used) prius from Dan here. It turned out a couple months down the line that it needed a new battery. Dan told me to bring it in and that he would fix this. He did! Got me a new battery at no charge. I feel like I can trust them to take care of me. Their reception team is super kind and easy to deal with as well. Highly recommend if you're in the market for a used electric or hybrid vehicle.

Our family went to look at some of the competitively priced vehicles this place has and they were super helpful, honest, and very low-key. Chris was great to work with and allowed us to really check out vehicles we were interested in. Dan was very communicative and informative as well. Will definitely check them out in the future!

This place is AMAZING my fianc� and I have never felt comfortable buying a car in the past until we came to 1A Auto it is family owned and they are so sweet and helpful. They don t push you to buy they want what s best for you. They helped us pick the right car and told us every step of the way that if we decided it wasn t the car for us it was never too late to back out they wanted us to feel as comfortable as possible. They pick the very best cars for their lot. They even went as far as to fill my tank ! And they reached out to me the day after purchase to see how things were going ! ALWAYS BUY HERE. These are the businesses we should be supporting.

Bought a used Prius here over a year ago and it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I've bought from other dealers before but this was so much better. They were not pushy about making a sale or trying to tack on any crazy fees like other dealerships I've experienced. The price was fair. And they valued my time, everything was done fast. It couldn't have been any easier.

After doing a lot of shopping around between Providence and Boston, it was such a relief to find 1A Auto Sales. It was a pleasure doing business with Chris and Dan, they made the car buying experience a stress free one. It s difficult to find integrity in the used car market, but look no further. I have shopped for cars many times before and this was honestly the best experience you can ask for. It s been a few months and several thousand miles and I have never been so happy with my daily driver. I can t say enough good things about these guys, I recommend them to anyone and will definitely do business with them in the future.

If I could give 1A ten stars, I would! Dan and Chris et al, are that rare thing a trustworthy, service oriented, friendly and easy going dealership! From our first interaction, I knew I was going to buy a car from them and I m so glad I did. They answered all our questions, gave us time to think about our choices, and were very patient with a small holdup on our end. I was really surprised,when, after realizing there was no manual in the glove compartment, I called them and Dan told me they would order one and have it sent to me. Sure enough, it arrived the next week. I would tell everyone thinking about EV s, etc to definitely make 1A their first stop. They ll save time and be pleased with their experience. Give them a try!

I have bought many vehicles from Dan and his family and have never had anything less than an excellent experience. They are fair, honest and pleasant. I live 3 hours away but it s worth the time!
