Excellent customer service. Prompt responses and very quick tow from accident. They were honest, upfront, and super communicative about repairs and coordinated very smoothly with our insurance company. Super grateful for hard working and trusting people like at Tecce s. Would highly recommend.

Larry is a genius. He painted and installed an sti wing on my WRX. It s beautiful and sturdy. I loved his wife in the office. So personable. This guy works hard and is a true wizard! He is a master of his craft and really nice to work with!

I've worked with Larry and his team at Tecce for the last 4+ years - first with our Outback and now with our Ascent. We've had minor and major work done.Larry and his team do really great work - they are patient and honest and take the time to do the work the right way. They did not do all the work that the insurance company paid them for and instead pocketed the money even after taking more than a month for a simple repair. Had I not been so young and na�ve at the time I would have sued them and called up every possible business regulator in the State of Massachusetts. Sent the car here twice now. Came out great the first time. Both times they have done a terrible job communicating and coordinating efforts to have repairs done with the insurance company. It has been two weeks now, they have not started repairs yet because they re still waiting on the insurance company. The only reason I found this out was because my wife called Tecces to see why we hadn t heard anything.

I had the pleasure of being a customer of Larry Tecce of TECCES AUTO BODY in Wakefield Ma. I had to write a review for Larry and his team. My experience was top notch, he took care of my unique situation which involved a local glass company at 143 Washington Street in Reading Ma. They completely damaged my 2021 Honda CRV during a simple windshield claim through insurance. I ended up with a complete headache and inconvenience for days dealing with my insurance having to file another claim for the damage caused by the auto glass company which they sent me too in the first place and were not taking responsibility. I brought my car to Larry Tecce and the moment I walked in to his shop and spoke to him I knew my car will be in the hands of a professional, stand up guy. Can t say enough good things in one paragraph. Don t hesitate to use them for any auto body work he takes care of everything from start to finish.Thank you Larry,Scott P

Ya know how if you don't know much about cars it always feels like you're getting scammed? This was the opposite of that.I pulled my bumper a bit off my car. Initially, I took my car somewhere else and got a full $1000+ quote for a full bumper replacement. Then came here. The guy asked- "what do you want me to do." Which is the $1000 question. I want my bumper secured back to my car. I don't need or want a whole new bumper. He found the part, reattached it. Told me if it comes off again, I will likely need the bumper replaced- but this fix should be good. FIVE STARS FOR ASKING ME WHAT I WANT, and saving me $1000.Plus there was a cute dog in the office.

Fantastic experience! My car looked brand new when it was completed! They cleaned it too! Outstanding turn around time! Not a single hiccup in the process. Cute dog at the receptionist desk too! Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone... Especially Subaru people. Thanks, Larry for your great work and dedication!

Larry's the best... if you want your car fixed right with your best interests in hand he's the guy for you.. better than factory body and frame work. There's a reason he's the body shop for the biggest Subaru dealer in the northeast , wakefield subaru, and it's because of the quality of the work and his dealings with insurance companies to get your car fixed correctly. You won't be disappointed

Tecce's was recommended to us by our dealer. We've used them three times (including one major body work/repair) and have been very happy with the service. Each time, we've sought out multiple estimates for the work, and Tecce's consistently beat other shops in the area. I thought they were fair and trustworthy. And - most importantly, I can't even tell where the work has been done on our cars.

Excellent work. I had my Subaru that needed paint blended from bumper and rear quarter panel so I took it here. They saved me Good $ (About 400 bucks over other estimate) and restored my car back to a showroom finish. Its looks better now than ever. Great work.

I took my mother in law to Tecce's to determine what it might cost to repair a damaged rear door. The owner was very friendly, quickly diagnosed, and straightened out the door. My mother in law was thrilled to have her car door working once again. Tecce's provided us excellent service and are a great asset to have in Wakefield.

Overall, I feel the job performed was good but not great.They replaced my front and rear bumpers and they look good as I had damage on both.The left side of the rear bumper looks good and flush, but on the right side, its not flush but close to being so. Looks like some of the clips may have been broken when the bumper was put back on?When I got the car back, the interior was noticeably dirty, as if they sanded close by with the windows down. The seats had dust all over them.Also, they killed my battery and I had to reset all my settings in the console, not sure why they left my battery on?Lastly, I noticed an additional deep scratch on the drivers side door that I had never seen before, but have no proof if that happened before I brought the car in

had my Subaru done here about four years ago. they were rec-emended by a friend. great work. i dont drive a Subaru anymore but id still use tecces if i need a body shop. great group of guys. best part was they cleaned my car and make the whole thing inside and out look like brand new car.

NEVER come here. They will hold your car hostage for months and "find things wrong with it", wracking up your bill. I was told my car would be fixed in 15 days after a car accident. It's been 50+ days and I am never contacted with updates. I had to call 3x a week to get any news, and all the news was vague and uninformative. I asked to come pick it up to bring to another repair shop and they would not let me. If you do come here, good luck seeing your car ever again.

Great work. I had some minor scuffs and scrapes on my bumper and side panels aken care of here not too long ago. Wow they make my car look like new again. I work in the area so they were real easy for em to work with and everything went smooth going through my insurance , which is usually a pain. Overall great job. I would use again in a heartbeat.

After seeing a few scratches and stain on the hood of our newly purchased Suburu Legacy, we promptly brought it to Tecce's. Larry got out his "magic" repair materials and took care of the damage right away!Thank You, Larry, for your expert work.

I want to thank Larry for using his magic to erase a slight scrape I had on my new Subaru. I drove in and within 5 minutes he removed the scrape and didn't charge me. Larry, you made my day!!!
