We purchased the car at the dealership and I got a remote start fitted.Team was very friendly and professional.Installation was done quick and at a fair price. Very happy and will come back for the professional service.

Asked them to check out my breaks on my car, they told me they wouldn't need to be replaced until next oil change or the one after that. Turns out they didn't even check because it was metal on metal and one of the calipers was straight up cracked not even 1,000 miles later.

Terrible service. Appointment set at 8:30. Show up and told to wait over an hour. Told company to follow through with their appointments. Staff is not pleasant or happy to be there.

Wonderful.I have had two experiences with them past needing a common tire rotation. The first was already years ago: a phone call led to me immediately speaking with a mechanic, who got me in right away and charged me nothing for a very simple situation outside my purview. WOW!Last night, out of the blue my seatbelt stopped engaging. I was going to look up the part and do it myself, but, what if I did it wrong ? I found out it was covered under warranty. Other dealers were busy 2 weeks out. Wakefield had me in that morning, and, as it was a safety issue, I was offered a courtesy car for the day. Another very big WOW!And a really heartfelt THANK YOU to Dave!Service: General repairs & maintenance

ZERO customer service or compassion.They would rather just walk away from you, after the sale was made. Have to say this was the worst car buying experience I have ever seen.Customer service manager was very stand-off-ish. And we just bought the car less than 6 days ago?!?"We have to pay for the repair".This is a Certified Preowned Vehicle?!? Buyer beware!!!Working with Subaru of America to resolve the issue.And I was thinking of buying a second car from these guys.May not happen.Truly Egregious....

Karen is AMAZING, extraordinary service! She come out right away as soon as I park into the parking lot. Thoughtfully ask all the question necessary to make sure I got the right service. Very patience answering few of my stupid question. Friendly and wonderful! Thank you Karen.

I wish zero star is an option. This dealership (Subaru of Wakefield, Mass) is terrible!!. They do not stand behind their business and they mislead the customers. The service department goal is to serve the customer as long as they make money for the dealership owner (Mr. SAL). I advise you to stay away from this place. If you want to buy a car or do service GO TO North Reading Subaru or Ira Subaru in Danvers.
