Had such a great experience at Subaru of Wakefield! Christopher G was the advisor that helped me out and was able to find that the repair required for my Subaru legacy was covered under an extended warranty. The cherry on top was that they had the part in stock and were able to complete the repair the same day! This was my first visit & would highly suggest this location for any purchases or service. Great customer service and communication throughout the day from the team. Will definitely be back for any future service needed

I was impressed from start to finish while car shopping here. My salesman Fozi deserves all the accolades I could come up with. He was attentive without being pushy, took me seriously from the start, and when I inquired about the specific model I wanted, he honestly and thoroughly explained almost every feature without blinking an eye. Each person I spoke with or came in contact with at Subaru of Wakefield was kind, friendly and had a smile on their face. I would recommend Subaru of Wakefield to anyone looking at purchasing a car!

Had a very pleasant experience buying a new Subaru crosstrek. very nice people they work hard to get you what you want with either a new or used car or SUV. Great service department. they don't rush you they take their time and make sure everything is correct for you and that you know everything they can show you in your new or used Car or SUV.

Maria was great, very knowledgeable and helped explain the features of the Outback I eventually leased. She helped me work through the pros and cons of financing vs. leasing, having never leased before I appreciated that. When it came to pricing I found it much more transparent than previous dealers I've worked with. 10/10, would recommend!

Subaru of Wakefield's service department has consistently exceeded my expectations over the years. From the moment I walk through their doors, I'm greeted with genuine customer service and courtesy. In particular, I want to give special recognition to Dave Patti, who's professionalism has made my experiences at Subaru of Wakefield truly outstanding. Dave's commitment to ensuring a smooth service experience are commendable, and he deserves an additional five stars for his contributions to the excellence of this dealership.

Had a great experience shopping here. Taken seriously from the start, helped right away, my salesperson Kordell was not your typical pushy salesman. Was a pleasure working with him, I highly recommend him. Anytime I reached out to him he answered right away and was super knowledgeable. No matter which car I asked about. Kordell helped me narrow down my search and we were able to select a car that was a perfect fit. Each person I encountered at this dealership was super friendly and helpful. Unlike other dealerships where they don't even give you the time of day. I recommend Subaru of Wakefield highly!

My husband and I had the best experience with Subaru Wakefield. We've purchased from other Subaru dealerships in the past and always had some kind of issue (rude staff, poor communication, etc). From start to finish, the process was seamless with Wakefield. We worked with Woodley and Michael on sales and finance, and couldn't be happier with how they handled everything. While we won't need a new vehicle for a while, we will definitely be coming back to Wakefield for our next Subie.

The experience I had a Subaru of Wakefield was awful. I had to travel to this dealership 3 times to view one vehicle that was being sold and priced as mint condition, but it was far from it. When asked if the price was negotiable they stated "yes" and provided a negotiation value only $300 off the listed price. This was after speaking with them about scrapes, scratches and dings that said "would be buffed out when I went there for a second time. The General Manage very rude and unprofessionally when talking numbers and ultimate led us to another dealership to find a similar vehicle that was within the true price.

Excellent dealership with absolutely the best prices. Just bought my second Subaru here and I saved $3000 compared to the next closest dealership. Subaru of Wakefield makes the buying process so easy and quick. I wasn't there for more than an hour and done. Thanks again guys and you will definitely get my repeat business. Five service every time. Save your money and go to Subaru of Wakefield.

I will be clear and honest about my experience with Subaru of Wakefield. This will blow your mind.I went to Subaru of Wakefield with my two-year-old daughter. I wanted to test drive the Outback Wilderness; I was clear that I only wanted to test drive and would not be purchasing that day. After the test drive, they did the whole old-school song and dance of "Let Me Talk to My Supervisor." I asked for the price, and the salesperson (Al) wrote down the best offer on a piece of paper but told me that I was not allowed to take the document or photograph it like a secret CIA document. While all this was happening, my daughter was crying, and I told the salesperson (Al) that my daughter, a two-year-old toddler, was hungry and that I would need to go. To which he replied, "We are all hungry here." Yes, that was the actual response of a grown man trying to make a sale.Besides that, Subaru of Wakefield NEVER replied to my emails. I sent them three different emails (check their records).I ended up purchasing the vehicle from Cityside Subaru. This response was copied and pasted from my Subaru of America Survey that is sent to all their new customers.

I admit I don t know a lot of about cars but I have never been more disrespected by a manager, in the service department of Subaru of Wakefield as I have by Michael, the service manager.I had gotten my car towed over to this location and was in a bind and needed a fix. My husband had gotten quotes from a few different mechanics in the atea but I thought it would be best to have Subaru stamp on this particular fix, so I paid an additional fee to get my car towed to a Subaru dealership. Subaru of Wakefield was quoting me ~$300 more for the same job as others. I questioned the labor time and the parts quote and was told I was wasting his time, he said he had already been talking to me for 11 minutes and he was done with me . He didn t answer my question and even went as far as to tell me what he says goes and if he doesn t want to answer my questions, he doesn t have to??Michael isn t the only rude and disrespectful employees at this location. The service schedulers - there are two different schedulers, one is extremely kind and patient - the other service agent will literally hang up on you without saying good bye.I hope this review brings some clarity to their leadership team and they can adjust their ways.

BUYER BEWARE: PRICES LISTED ON THIS DEALER'S WEBSITE ARE MISLEADINGMy biggest issue with this dealer is that if you buy a car from here it will most likely be at a price that is significantly higher than what is listed on their official website. Additionally, in my experience the dealer uses shady pricing practices to lure people into paying more for a car than they intend to by charging numerous bogus hidden fees.I went into the dealership today and met with one of the salespeople. She explained to me a little about the car I was looking to buy, a 2024 Subaru Impreza, and then took me out on a test drive. She was honestly very nice and professional, although it seemed like she wasn't super knowledgeable on the car. After my test drive we went back inside and it seemed like she thought I wasn't serious about buying anything that day, because when I asked what the out the door price would be she told me she couldn't tell me that unless I was serious about buying.First of all it seemed strange that she was holding the price hostage. Why would a dealership that's allegedly proud of their low prices be so weird about sharing that with a prospective customer? And second of all why would she just assume I wasn't serious about buying??In any event when I informed her that I was very serious about purchasing a car she walked me through a little more of it before going out to get the price breakdown for me. When she came back with the numbers I must say I was flabbergasted. The list price for the car on the website was around $21,500 but the price she came back and gave me was for around $26,500. I asked her why she was charging me an extra $5000 and she explained that the price listed was the "lowest possible price" which includes a $2000 trade in credit and a $500 military discount. Now, I have been saving for a while and was interested in paying fully in cash and had no vehicle to trade in. Going into this, I had assumed there would be fees like there are at any dealership but the ones here were exorbitant and after they upped the price under my nose it just felt shady. All of this felt deceptive and incredibly excessive given the online price that I saw at $21.5k . I informed her that I felt a bit deceived and that I didn't appreciate bait and switch tactics and she was honestly very sympathetic and understanding so she said she would get her manager and see what they could do. When the manager came she made me feel as though I was in the wrong for suggesting that they shouldn't advertise a price that isn't even remotely close to what I would be paying. Once again I want to stress I know that tax and registration as well as other fees are often added on at dealerships but this was incredibly excessive in my opinion. The manager was nice enough and suggested they could drop the price a little more, I said okay but at this point I don't think this is a dealership that I really want to give my business to. When I was given the new offer the out the door price including taxes and fees was $25,494 and the selling price was $23,200 which was not a huge difference from the one they first tried to sell me on and was also still more expensive than both the online price and even the msrp listed by Subaru on a document the dealership had literally just given me. I was literally sitting there awestruck at the sheer amount of gaslighting that they were throwing my way. When I pointed out this discrepancy with the Subaru manufacturer suggested retail price they repeatedly tried to tell me I was wrong even though it was literally right in front of us. I've purchased many cars in my life but this was honestly the most frustrating experience I've had. This just didn't sit well with me. It felt like they were taking advantage of people. I was looking to buy in cash which is why these fees stood out to me more but for a lot of people going in and financing in my opinion these tactics might make someone feel pressured to accept this higher sale price and fees and for that reason I can't recommend this dealership to anyone.

David made my choice to buy the new Forester a no brainer! He knew everything you could possibly want to know about the car. He also sat with me for an hour and went over each feature, so now I feel like I m getting the most out of my car because I m using all of it! They also were more than happy to give me a fair trade in deal for my old Honda. Subaru of Wakefield is the way to go!

Your service department was wonderful as always. Subaru still sucks. Car has had the same problems since purchase and Subaru has no fix. Also i find these reviews worthless. If i don t give a positive review you and Subaru take it on the front line. They are doing the best that they can.

I showed up to the dealership at 6:30 AM to get a single fog light replaced.A man with the world s most absurd mustache told me rudely that because I did not have an appointment that I would have to wait several hours behind people needing multi-hour repair jobs to have the single bulb changed. They are incompetent, rude, and cannot manage walk-ins.A person that needs one bulb changed should not have to wait behind someone that needs 3 hours of work done, especially if they up 30 minutes before open.

5 stars. Customer service is top notch just like subaru of America. I have been working with Patrick in service for all my vehicle needs. He takes the time to go the extra mile and put a smile on the Customers face. I will always be a customer of subaru of Wakefield as Patrick offers the best service experience I've ever had with any vehicle. I could not ask for a better experience. Thank you.

Got a great deal on a new Crosstrek. The whole team treated me well. Nav was patient as I sorted through the options and chose a car that was a good fit for me. He even drove it up to New Hampshire, where I live. I got my last car from Subaru Wakefield. I'll be back for my third in 10-20 years.

My 80 year old parents brought their 12 year old car there to get it checked out. They were told the car needed 10k in repairs and they should junk their car. They were in tears when they left. Worried sick because they are on a fixed income and couldn t afford a new car or afford the repairs. They didn t know what they were going to do. This is their only means of transportation to get to the doctor s appointments, grocery shopping, medical tests and so on. I told them to get a second opinion and so glad they did. The car is fine. This only leads me to believe they are only out to get a sale. Taking advantage of someone just to sell a car is disgusting. They should be ashamed for what they put my parent's through.

I purchased my new Subaru Crosstrek about two weeks ago, and it was the easiest purchase I ever made! Kordell especially made the process feel understandable, stress-free, and awesome. He was polite, professional, truthful, knowledgeable and he cracked some jokes too! The entire staff were professional and friendly, and I would highly recommend Subaru of Wakefield to anyone looking for their next Subaru. Thank you!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Kordell during my recent visit to Subaru of Wakefield to inquire about purchasing a new car. He was friendly, professional and above all knowledgeable when it came to answering all my questions and making me feel completely at ease as far as coming to a decision about what vehicle to purchase. No high-pressure sales approach, which made for a refreshing change. I was very pleased with the entire process from start to finish, and recommend this Subaru dealership, and, in particular, Kordell if you are looking for a new car.

The first time I went in, they told me it would be a 3 hour service job, so I said I'd wait in the lobby for it. It wound up taking 9 hours and I spent my whole Saturday in the dealership. During this time, I asked them to stash my laptop in my car and they put it in someone else's car and sent it home with them. The second time I went in, they had to order parts to complete the service. We waited for something like 2 months for the parts to come, and when they did, nobody called me about it for nearly a month. They called me on a Wednesday to tell me if I wasn't in by Friday, they would need to return the parts. I told them that it simply wasn't possible and asked why they didn't call me when the parts arrived, and nobody had an answer. In general, they seem to have poor communication between departments and poor communication with the customer.

A pleasurable visit to a car dealership? Yes, this is possible at Subaru of Wakefield! I really appreciated the straightforward, transparent, and easy approach towards buying a new vehicle. German took care of me from test drive through to delivery, with a helpful smile and anticipating customer needs. Plus the dealer provided a very competitive price. Five stars!

The service center is excellent. I had my 66,000 mile inspection performed by them yesterday. I used to get my car serviced elsewhere, but went to the wakefield Subaru service center since it s close to my home. It s the first time I ve spoken with service center representatives and felt like my best interests were at heart. No surprise charges, and complete transparency through out the process. Will definitely be my go-to Subaru mechanics going forward.
