This has to be the BEST body shop around. My vehicle got hit in a parking lot and Precision took care of getting me a rent a car and dealing with the insurance for me. They made it a painless hassle free experience. On top of it Skip and his men did an incredible job on my car. They made it as good as new. A body shop you can TRUST. Great customer service and great work from all the technicians!!! This is the place!

Took my BMW here after a front end collision. I am more than impressed by the result. Looks like nothing ever happened. I hope I never have to use a body shop again, but if I do I will most certainly be using Precision. Highly recommend.

Back in February 2022 I was rear ended at a traffic light. I had heard about Mikes Auto from my coworkers, so I called them and they told me that they also owned Precision auto and it was closer to my work. Everyone at both locations that I have dealt with was excellent. They kept me informed about the status, worked with my insurance, and helped me with a rental. I got the car back and it looks amazing. Everything was replaced by good quality parts and the whole car was detailed in excellent condition when I returned to get my car. I would absolutely recommend Precision Auto to anyone who needs body work in the area.Service: Body & Trim

Precision auto has fixed my car twice now! Both rear end damage. They were awesome I could not ask for better professionalism or service. My car was fixed perfectly and they dealt with the insurance company not me! Even better. My car was immaculate when returned and the work was completed timely! They are fantastic, timely, thorough, and truly did a wonderful job on my car. For reference I ve been there multiple times- and will only use them for a body shop and repair on my car. They are excellent at communicating and dealt with my insurance and rental. Elaine went above and beyond getting back money that was owed to me from a car rental. Amazing company. They did body repairs on our Subaru Ascent, working directly with our insurance company. Hassle-free experience for us, and the car was pristine when we got it back. Precision Auto Works is the best! I was in an accident and was able to get my Jeep in so quickly and had a rental car waiting for me. My insurance company already knew them and spoke highly of them which also made me feel extremely confident. Everything was very seamless and communication was great. I just picked up my car today and it was as good as new!

People and work done at Precision were fantastic! I have had a window replaced and body work done over the last few years. They are the only place I trust to work on my vehicle. I know I will always be treated with respect, be quoted a fair price, and receive excellent work! Elaina and Skip are wonderful--friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy.

I brought my car in for fender replacement and painting after I scraped my car on a pole. Eric had everything ordered in advance so they could start right away. He helped me set up a car rental and it was there and ready for me to take when I dropped off my car. He kept me updated through the process and my car was ready in 2.5 days! Professional, courteous, and fast. They cleaned the inside and out of my car prior to pickup (even shined the wheels) - my car looks good as new! From the administrative service provided by Elaina to the bodyshop workers, this place was fantastic. Elaina had a rental car waiting for me when I dropped my vehicle off and she took care of dealing with the insurance company. There wasn't any stone left unturned. My vehicle had an extensive amount of front end damage but it was returned to me looking and smelling absolutely brand new. Their work was top notch. This is the first review I write because I want to and it's well deserved.- Excellent work and service as always.- They checked their own work before giving me my car back. They were not satisfied with it and painted the new part again to match the rest of the car and make it unnoticeable.- Elaine went above and beyond to get me a refund from Hertz on issues they didn't have anything to do with.

She even took the time to call my insurance company to ensure I had rental coverage when my insurance adjuster didn t respond to me. I set up an appointment with them to get my rear bumper repaired after a parking lot hit and run. They were professional when I called to set up the appointment, when I dropped off my car and when I picked up my car. I was amazed with the quality of work. I cannot even tell that there was any damage to my bumper. The color match is spot on. The body lines and trim pieces all line up just like when my car was new. When I scheduled the appointment they told me the car would be there for about a week and they were spot on with that. No run arounds with delays or excuses. They also took excellent care to make sure that my interior and exterior were cleaned so that there was no residue or dust on or in my car. Second time using Precision and my car came back to me without an issue. Everyone is very helpful and they know their stuff. Had a family member shop do all my body work but he passed. After our car accident, we decided to take our Honda CVR to Precision Auto Works because the location was perfect for us and I had come across a few reviews elsewhere that had nothing but praise for their business. Let me tell you, these guys are TOP NOTCH! The communication with my husband and I was excellent in regards to what was happening with the car, they worked directly with my insurance to cut the wait time down significantly, and when they tell you that they will call you back - they actually will! My car was ready when they told me it would be, and when I went to pick it up, my car looked better than the day I bought it! The paint job was flawless and they had detailed and cleaned the outside AND inside of my car! I give this shop my highest recommendation and will be recommending it to anyone looking for an excellent service auto body shop in the Wakefield area.

Can not recommend more highly. Work is amazing you couldn't tell what they repaired. There was a slight disparity between what I owed and the insurance. Percision allowed me to take my vehicle and let the insurance companies fight it out for the remainder of the balance. Very easy process from beginning to end. Happy from initial phone call to vehicle delivery.

I had a 6 star experience at Precision Auto Works (PAW). PAW is a member of my insurance company's preferred body shop program, which helped make the repair process very efficient. After I told my insurance claim rep that I wanted to use PAW, Elana from PAW proactively reached out to me to schedule an intake appointment. She also coordinated with my insurance company's preferred rental car agency (Hertz) such that I was able to pick up my rental vehicle right at PAW when I dropped off my car for repairs. The entire process was seamless.My car was done earlier than promised and looked brand new. One of the employees took the time to explain to me all of the work that was done on the car - they went beyond the call of duty, coordinating with a Toyota dealership to ensure that the various sensors were properly aligned, etc.I cannot say enough good things about my experience with PAW. While I hope that I never need body work on my car again, I recommend PAW without reservation to anyone looking for a high quality body shop!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They changed out the whole glass targa roof and trim on my 2008 Porsche 911 Targa 4S. I was nervous about anyone doing this work on it. The communication and professionalism was great from start to finish. Was very clear about timing as my parts needed to be ordered from Germany. They understood that quality was my main concern. My son's car was in an accident. We took the car to Precision Auto Works in Wakefield and the service was first class. From the beginning, the owner, Eric, provided an estimate and handled the logistics (with the Office Manager). The car was repaired and looks fantastic. Eric and his team (Elaina, Jamie, and Skip) were a pleasure to work with, and the repairs on my vehicle make it look like new. I m very pleased with their attention to detail and professional service. It s no wonder that they are a VIP Repair Center for my insurance company. Could not have chosen a better shop to repair some damage from a fender bender. Very sorry I forget the owner's name, but he was very friendly and professional from the get-go. Other shops I have been to lack a personal component to their work, almost make you feel bad for bringing your car to them. I knew I made the right choice here as soon as I began speaking with him. He walked me through all the details to ensure I understood everything and that we were all on the same page. Rental cars are available if you need one which is a bonus! The repair was done on time and final cost closely matched what the insurance company quoted. Came back to his shop to pick up my car and found a beautifully repaired, clean car ready to roll. Icing on the cake was he replaced my side view mirror which has been damaged for many years but I was too lazy to take care of -- and he didn't charge me for it!! Don't think many other places would do that. Overall this was a great experience and I promise you won't go wrong if you choose Precision Auto Works.
