11/28/2023 Update - 2nd Review: Called Jay again to help with a EVAP canister purge valve. Told Jay the part was under the car behind the gas tank and Jay was confused because, of course, he knew better in that it was located in the engine compartment. Jay came over today and replaced the part in the usual skillful way, He's a brilliant mechanic, a lucky find, affordable, and does quality work. If you're having problems with your car don't hesitate to call Jay. He'll diagnose and fix the problem. Can't thank you enough Jay. Happy holidays!Jay is incredible! If you're thinking about having Jay perform any repairs don't worry you won't be disappointed. I had Jay change the rear drum brakes on my 2003 Accord (see pics) he did an excellent job and went above and beyond. I asked Jay to come round a second time to help bleed the brakes. During this, I happened to mention the cruise control and driver side windshield washer nozzle didn't work. Guess what? Jay fixed both!! The car is like new again with everything working like it should. Jay's prices are fair, he's a great mechanic (not a technician like at other places) and he comes round at the time he promises. Jay completed a brake/rotor, brake fluid flush and clutch fluid flush on my Infiniti, he also fixed a leaking brake line with no issues. Jay went above and beyond and provided great customer service. All for a great price .Thank you Jay and I will definitely call you whenever I need more work done.

Jay was super responsive and professional.He replaced my car's rear brakes very quickly, also glad he was able to do this in less than a day from the time I contacted him. Jay also helped me save money on parts by helping me order them using his commercial account. Highly recommend his mobile service which is convenient.

I was stuck 450 miles from home in a parking garage with my car having 0 power running through it. Jay went above and beyond to help me on a Sunday morning, going as far as renting a pickup truck from home depot to get to me due to the low clearance of the garage preventing his van from getting in. He was super nice and diagnosed the issue quickly. I wish I had a mechanic like him closer to home.

No need to look further he s the best!! Jays s mobile mechanic was very professional, timely, very reliable. Communication was great! Called him for alternator but he ended up fixing multiple problems that was wrong with my car. Worked that would have cost me thousands!! Jays to the rescue!!! Thank you

To Mr. Jay. A exceptional mechanic! Using his experience and problem solving skills this gentleman helped me. The issue was a glow plug that sheared off in my 2014 Jetta. Photos to follow. After quick thinking, Jay made a new tool perfect for the job. If you have a issue that s questionable this man will tell you with out the smoke I can t make a guarantee but will try my best. Jay completed a brake line repair I was unable to due to rust. He did me a huge favor by driving out to Gloucester, was super communicative, and made easy work of the stuck fittings on my truck. This was easily the most pleasant and painless experience I've had with car repair. I've saved his business as a contact in my phone because he would be the first person I'd call if I was in a bind again.My only complaint: this guy needs to raise his rates! For the same price that he did the work, I wouldn't have even been able to get my truck towed down the street, let alone to a brick-and-mortar shop.I would recommend him to literally everyone in my life--from my partner to the strangers in the grocery store.Service: Brakes

Jay is a true blessing to the auto world! Extremely professional. Great prices. He initially figured out what was wrong with my truck using a video chats. Got the parts, repaired the truck and got us back on the road as quickly as possible. Jay gets the job done and done right!!! And he is a animal lover! This is THE guy to call. Thank you Jay!!!

This man came and helped use when other guys didn t want to get on the cold ground to replace a starter for my 92 GMC he stayed until the job was done because the problem we was having turned out to be more than just the starter.

Jay is the best guy you could ever get as a mechanic. I got my brakes and rotors done today. He is hands down the most honest person I have ever seen doing a business. He transparently showed me the cost for the parts and we got the parts from autozone( which was from his commercial account so we got a decent deal on the price for the parts)and he gave me the labour price, no-one could offer me. I love riding my car again after the break job, it was vibrating a lot when I break before. But now its perfect. Thank you again Jay. You re the best.

Jay is by far one of the most honest mechanics i have ever met! He came out to the hotel i am staying at and changed my alternator right in the parking lot and it was freezing out. Not ONE time did he complain. And he shares his knowledge of what he's working on if you are interested. He's very professional, very honest, and does work above and beyond the call of his duty. And his prices are great! I I will definitely do business with him in the future! Thank you Jay for just taking my anxiety away and making me feel safe on the road again!

I got flat tire when I was driving on the road on Sunday night. I found Jay s number on google and called him. He responded very quickly and came within 15 minutes. Jay was very nice and professional and repaired my car tire in 10 minutes. He also discovered a leak in the oxygen sensor in my car and fixed it without charging me any extra money. I highly recommend him if you need any assistance in the road. I will definitely use his service again if needed!

I first asked Jay to come out to check my Lexus and he was great I didn t have to say much as her already knew what the issue was by just looking at it. Today he did brakes all around with rotors for my other one and made sure that everything was great before leaving. He is reliable efficient reasonably priced and definitely knows his stuff. Great service! He will be my mechanic from now on!!

I had a great experience with Jay and will use him again. He quickly diagnosed my electrical problem, not easy to do in an ambulance.He was able to make up a cable and replace the bad wiring to get me back on the road. Amazing service by Jay. My truck driver could not start the truck and got stuck in MA. As it was Sunday, the choices were limited. We called one roadside service and they gave ETA 5 hours. They didnt show up even after 6 hours. Found Jays mobile mechanic service on google and called him. He reached within 20 min. He found out that the starter was faulty. Since it was late evening, a new starter could only be brought in the morning. Jay gave a ride to my driver to a hotel. The next day morning, he went to the dealership to get the part, picked up the driver from the hotel and took him to the truck. He fixed the truck and did not even charge much. Very happy with his service. Very professional and helpful guy. He doesn't try to make money from every opportunity like most of the other truck services. Highly recommend his service.

The nicest mechanic I have ever met. He worked on my car so well And took time to make sure it good! and even went out of his way when I wanted to have my lug nut tighten in the middle of a test. And not only that, his honestly is striking. It very rare to meet honest mechanics!! Jay is the best! I know this is a review, but I am simply stating how he is.I have met many mechanics in Mass., but this one is different. If you need anyone to fix you car, this is the man for the Job! Jay was very nice and professional. He spent a whole hour trying to help me diagnose my car because the last place I went to cleared the code. He drove with me to see what the car was doing. Because he couldn t fix it himself, he gave recommendations and even tried to help me find places and other options. Highly recommend!! Oh yeah, and in the end he did not even want payment!!!

Amazing mechanic! We're hotshot truckers, and while in the area a belt broke and needed a new belt tensioner pulley. Jay was about an hour away, it was early in the morning, and he started finding parts for us, drove out to look at what was needed, and even drove all the way back first thing in the morning to install the parts. Reliable, great communication, and hard working. If we're ever in the area, hoping we don't have to but I'd call him for help in a heartbeat. Thanks man!

This guy went above and beyond to help me. My work van had a huge coolant leak. He came, analyzed the issue, and drove 30 min to a dealer to get the piece he needed. All that in the freezing temperatures of winter in New England. The price was fair and the job was well done.

5+ stars. I was looking on Google for a mobile mechanic because I had a heating issue with my jeep and everything was closed. I called and he was doing a job already so I waited until he was done. he came to my house at 10pm and didn t finished until midnight on a Friday night. He fixed the heating issue and Changed my oil at the same time. Highly recommend to everyone .thanks again Jay.
