These are some of the best people I have been around, that is a lot coming from someone who has traveled across the united states. I would highly recommend. I would say to call them first because everyone like to use these guys for their professionalism and kindness, These guys will not give you or sell you something you don't need. AGAIN HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I've been going to Franks for over 15 years for everything from my car inspection to repairs! He was trustworthy, reliable and honest. His recent passing was really sad, but I still use the services because the people at Franks follow his strong work ethic. I recently needed my heater and side mirror fixed, and the guys not only repaired it within one day for a reasonable price, but they drove me back to Enterprise Rent-a-car when they saw me walking. They didn't need to do that, but that's the kind of people that work there.

My boyfriend likes bringing his car over franks but the last time he did one of the employees stole a few things form his car so this people gets paid for repairing cars and even like that steal things from the costumers not fair, this employee need to gives those things back and I know some are not that expensive but still they shouldn t be stealing from the costumers cars. Some of the thing that this employee took was an expensive cologne, a lighter, a scratch ticket, car freshener and I know some are not that import but still they shouldn t do that at all.

Never trust these guys! A month later after oil change I noticed that they put less oil and engine almost got damaged next time I'll try jiffy lube

Andrew (and Frank!) are unbelievably honest for an auto repair shop. My family has had over 15 different vehicles serviced by Frank's Auto for 30-35 years......never an issue with their repairs, always better than competitive pricing and significantly lower than dealerships......without doing unnecessary repairs! Fortunately, Frank's son Andrew continues to carry Frank's torch, is far younger than I am, so I should never have to find another honest and reasonable repair shop.

I got my compressor replaced here a year ago for a very reasonable price and incredibly quick turnaround. After moving a few states away, the compressor failed again, but when I called Andrew he was amazingly helpful, advocated with his parts dealer to get me a warranty, and even communicated with my new garage to get the parts sent over. I really can't recommend them enough! Really exceptional service through and through.

Friendly guys with great, straightforward service. I went in to get my state inspection sticker for registration. About a 10 minute process, but I ended up failing for a loose front control arm. I made arrangements with them to get it replaced. They fixed my issue, reinspected, and got me out the door in a very reasonable amount of time. Very kind, no pressure, straight talk, and affordable shop - would definitely recommend to anyone in the area.

I just got my car inspected here today and experienced above and beyond customer service. When I got there, I wasn't waiting any longer than two minutes before they took my car in. They were quick, efficient, and friendly. When I left, I realized I didn't have my registration with me so I called to see if I left it there. It wasn't there but I was assured they would keep an eye out for it. A few minutes later I got a call back and it was found at their neighbors house! They were walking around trying to find it and their neighbor found it. I really appreciated their effort in finding my registration. It flew out of my window while I was pulling away...not their fault..but I was a customer and they wanted to help me. I would definitely recommend this inspection and repair shop to everyone. Thank you for the great experience!

Excellent service!! I was looking for a quality shop to get an oil change on a newer car...dealer benefit had run out. A friend suggested Frank s. I had the day off so I called right at 9am, there was no answer but I figured they were busy getting the day started. I decided to take a chance and swing by to see if they could take me. Andrew greeted me with a smile and informed me that he had a few vehicles ahead of mine but assured me he could fit me in. The proximity to Wakefield Center was perfect, I ran some errands came back and my car was completed as promised! Fair pricing and great service!! I will not hesitate to return in the future!

I called Frank's ten minutes before it closed on a Saturday, hoping to (hastily) get my annual inspection sticker before it closed. No one picked up and I assumed the place had closed shop for the day. They called me back immediately and said they could do the inspection before they closed if I could arrive within five minutes, which I did. They quickly took me in, inspected my vehicle and got me back on the road within 15 minutes. Customer service was great, responsive, and friendly. I don't normally write reviews, but the service here was noteworthy - highly recommended.

I took my disabled mother s car in for a routine inspection, and these guys went above and beyond for us. Fantastic service and people, and if I lived in this state, I would definitely be a returning customer!Highly recommended.

Got my car inspected- it was quick and easy. I even had some boxes in my back seat (since I'm a fool) and they helped me move them out and back without any fuss. Cool stuff.

Frank's was very helpful to me. He let me know they wouldn't let me pass my inspection for having a rusted plate. He told me....BEFORE, an inspection what to do. He said he didn't want me to fail. So, thank you Frank's Auto Inspection....5 Now, you'll be seeing me again.

Very nice people who work there, I had them look at a used car for me to make sure everything was ok, they weren't going to charge me anything for their service, I threw them 25 bucks for 15 minutes work wanted them to check maintenance items basically on the car.. tires, brakes ,rotors, battery , then I left thinking they checked everything, said it needed back tires I already knew that but needed confirmation, but I guess they didn't check the battery, because it died 2 days later. Now I'm wondering if they looked at the brakes and rotors . I'm not leaving a totally bad review because I actually think this place I googled is on the up and up didn't seem shady like similar repair shops.
