I called about having my CVT fluid changed. They told me they aren't doing maintenance work due to an "overload." I was kind of disappointed since they were recommended to me by my regular mechanic who doesn't work on Subaru transmissions.

My truck broke down while traveling from out of state and another local shop suggested FNA Transmissions as the shop I wanted to use. FNA did a great job, matched the estimate closely, and provided good service in a very reasonable time. Well I brought my GMC Yukon in for a transmission code. The day I dropped it off was extremely busy. I knew up front that diagnosis, parts and labor would take time. I was called with a quote and received my vehicle back a few days later. I noticed at pickup the front and rear sonar system wasn't functioning. Upon further investigation, I discovered damage to the front bumper. When I called and spoke to Andrew, he said he would check their cameras. He apologized and paid for the damage to my vehicle. Thank You for being honest, I will certainly reccomend you as the transmission repair was quoted and done very well.

Brought my Tacoma into Toyota for basic maintenance and they tried to convince me my transmission was bad and I should leave it with them for a replacement. Brought it to FNA for a second opinion and after a thorough inspection found there was nothing wrong with my transmission. Their honesty saved me getting ripped off $8,500 from the Toyota stealership. Would 100% trust them if looking for transmission work.Service: Transmission

The best customer service I have ever received! Andrew, with FNA Transmission, answered my inquiry within an hour. We exchanged a few emails and I was in the process of planning a way to get my car to their facility. A few minutes later, I received another email from Andrew saying he looked into my car and realized the transmission failure may be covered by an extended warranty. Not only did he look into this for me, he called the dealership with my car's information and was able to confirm it was indeed under warranty. He provided me with a contact number and person at the dealership and said they were awaiting my call.Andrew could have just taken my business and money but instead went above and beyond to find out that this was covered by the manufacturer, saving me $3,000. I cannot thank Andrew enough for this! If anyone I know ever has transmission/car problems, I will recommend FNA Transmission every time. Thank you Andrew!Service: Transmission

FNA was recommended and their reviews were good. I brought my work truck there to checkout noise coming from drive train. Perhaps I met a totally different "Mike" owner because he would not spend more than 3 minutes discussing with me my issue. Wasted my day dropping off truck for diagnosis and to get a call to explain the transmission oil pump is bad, but told I have to bring it to Chevy dealer cause still under factory warranty. If he or his front office spent 10 minutes to get proper info, they would have directed me to dealer to begin with.This was a time they said I was lucky because they were not busy. Anyway , wasted a day and a half, and when I brought it to dealer they said nothing wrong with transmission, the differential is blown.Thanks Mike.....good diagnosis, glad I didn't have transmission torn apart by your mechanics. The front office seemed to be bothered when I asked a few questions regarding the time frame of possible repairs.Spend 10 minutes with the customer and you will not waste everyone's time...yours includedGet the diagnosis right as well.

What a great professional transmission repair facility, no job is big and never overcharge, or charge for anything that not needed. They pick up the vehicle, do the diagnostic, and advise on the issues, and all for free, no gimmicks and no games.I ve known Mike for almost 18 years and never done me wrong. I have have been an automotive consultant for years, and where ever I go, FNA is my first and only choice for any transmission and drivetrain issues.For the front desk people, to Mike the owner, to the professionals in the bays, you see nothing but honesty and well-respected people.George

I have a BMW with SMG transmission. Mike was great to work with. Very knowledgeable, and professional. I gotta say their honest and no hassle approach was refreshing and appreciated. Fna picked my 2011 Cadillac Escalade Ext at my home the next morning after I talked to them on the phone , they diagnosed it and gave me a great price on rebuilding the trans . They also installed new trans cooler lines and installed a motor mount for me (which I left on my front seat I had already purchased ) at no extra cost . I am a long time mechanic and also owned my own shop so to have someone else work on any of my vehicles is very rare and almost un heard of , well I needed my truck fixed and I just did not have the time because of my current work situation . Fna came highly recommended from a freind and I'm glad I called and used them .my truck was repaired with a quick turn around and they have a great knowledgable staff and a very professional woman in the office . Had a major whine in my rear differential on an 07 E350 4MATIC, every other shop wanted to replace with a used or refurbished one at an exorbitant cost and no real guarantee that the solution would last. Dropped my car off, had a breakdown on issues 24 hours later. Mike was completely upfront on what I could be dealing with, and within another 24 hours had my differential diagnosed, and fixed another 24 hours after diagnosis. No funny business, no surprises, and fixed with a year guarantee, for well under any other shop's quote for a replacement. The noise is completely gone, and I could not be happier. FNA Transmissions and Mike the owner are just hands-down excellent folk, and I highly recommend this shop for all drivetrain issues; saved me bundle and are far-and-away the most straightforward shop with which I have ever dealt.

I brought my vehicle to a dealership for a routine transmission flush and immediately after having the service done my car could not change gears without lurching and I had to restart it at every stop light just to accelerate. When I brought it back to the dealership to see what happened, they wanted $1,100 just to diagnose the problem even though it wasn't doing that before I had them do the flush. I brought it to FNA for a second opinion and explained what happened. They found that the dealership did not put enough fluid into my transmission and it was corroding my transmission. They filled it up to the right level at no charge and it's driving like a dream! FNA saved me so much money, time, and stress and I cannot thank them enough! Will always use them in the future!

Had a work done on a 2008 Ford Explorer AWD Transfer Case. Very professional, accommodating, estimates right on the money and the work was done quickly and expertly,. Very nice work glad I went there, I would recommend this place to anyone who would ask me.

Probably the most honest "mechanic" in the world. I have gone there twice... here is a synopsis of both times:1) I went there with a bad transmission. They told me that they could fix it but it wouldn't help much or they could replace it for a few grand. They told me that if I wasn't going to have the truck for a LONG time that I should just wait until it dies and get it replaced. I ended up selling the truck a year later (still on that same transmission). They didn't charge me anything2) Went there for transmission problems in a SUV. It turns out that all the problems were caused because of low fluid (the dealership was supposed to add more when it went in for service and never did). They charged some low rate and sent me on my way.Both times they could have soaked me for THOUSANDS but instead were honest. Best shop ever!

Took my 2011 kia Sorento to my mechanic to diagnose and fix my problem. (Slamming into gear when shifting and poor acceleration). Thought it was pcm ($1800). Wasn't it. Couldn't figure it out. Took to dealership same thing,they couldn't figure it out!! Dealership recommended FNA. THEY figured it out and fixed it at a great price!!! Highly recommend FNA!!! Btw it was the transmission wiring harness.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE! Mike was extremely helpful with our company van. He figured out what the problem was and that the problem was NOT transmission related AT ALL. Shops like this one are very hard to find now a days.
