Professional, efficient and reliable service. Tire prices are competitive, staff is friendly and easy to deal with. It s nice to have a place to trust as opposed to other shops with young, inexperienced staff. Comfortable waiting room with TV, refreshments and workstations. Tires come with free lifetime rotation, flat replacement and balancing.

Simply outstanding. I'd give 7 stars if I could. Their customer service, integrity, and professionalism are a model for the car repair industry... they're primarily a tire shop, but on top of that, they fix cars better than basically any mechanic I know. Keep doing what you're doing, I will be a loyal customer and continue to refer people to your shop for life, as did my father! :)

I ve been bringing my vehicles to Fahey for 5 years now and can t recommend them enough. I was referred by a friend and they are amazing. Everyone that works here is friendly and helpful, the wait area is clean and has desks to work at.They give the best prices, break down all the parts needed, any warranties included on parts, and a full break down of what they are doing to the car. I ve had some really bad mechanics they try to sell services that s aren t needed so it s very refreshing to come to a mechanic you can trust. If they can t perform the service they recommend a place that can. If I could give them more stars I would!!

Arrived about 10-15 minutes early for my appointment, they took me in and finished changing all four tires with balancing in just over an hour. Amazing service, clean environment and nice people! Would recommend!

Brought my Audi tire in that had a screwdriver bit in it. Was my one day off and I saw they were busy but the young tall guy with the glasses and Colin took the time to help me out plugged my tire and allowed to enjoy the rest of my day. It s that kind of personal treatment that separates great service from average. Thanks again

Fahey tire is the 1& only shop that I get my tires from they've come through for me on multiple occasions and go above and beyond each and every time I've needed them the hole team is top notch..

I can't say enough good about these people. From a post about 3 or 4 years ago they were the only ones who knew how the balance the tires on my Toyota Tacoma. Not Sears, Town Fair Tire or the Toyota dealership could get it right.UPDATE!Replaced outer tie-rod ends on my wife's 2010 crv a month ago, brought it in for an alignment, rotate and rebalance, everything is good.Just finished suspension and steering work on my 2011 Tacoma 4x4. Needed new tires an and alignment. After having that work completed my truck shaked at highway speeds. The work was done on a Saturday and I sent the email that night. I missed a call on the following Sunday from Sean saying even though the shop was closed he was in there working on his own car and I could come by for him to look at it. What other place would do that? I called monday morning and he said come in anytime at your convience , I went in and they checked everything and appoligized about a technical detail on the balancing machine and re-balanced the wheels and everthing is fine now. Although this is the first time I had trouble with their work, they are really concered with making things right.Great personal service

Found my 3 rims damaged after the shop road force balancer. Extremely unsatisfied. New car, 1st tire change.p.s. i had to refinish my rims and paid 630 out of my pocket.

Love these guys! Only issue is they're so popular it's hard to schedule work to be done so may have to look elsewhere when in a pinch.Good honest work and treat customers with respect!

My husband scheduled an appointment and ordered tires. When he got there they told him that the tires were not here. I completely understand that deliveries are not fully in their control but it would have been nice to at least give us a call and let us know that the tires didn t arrive and that we needed to reschedule the appointment. We own a rental business and this vehicle was suppose to go out later that evening. But because they couldn t do the work I had to cancel my customers rental. I take my business very seriously and my customers safety comes first. It s not a big deal but a little communication would have been nice. Now my business is taking a hit because of someone else s inconsideration.

They mounted and balanced my aftermarket wheels and tires for my Ram 2500, the only place around that would touch my 37x13.50 Nittos!! Shawn P and Colin are the absolute best!!! (forgive me if i misspelled your names).

Holy Makerel. I was in a pinch 45 miles from work, more deliveries to make. Fahey took me right in. Fixed the problem instantly. Leaky valve, no charge. Thanks Bill O Marathon Tool

I am very particular about who I let service my car and I have never had a problem at Fahey Tire Center. Always honest, fast service. Just got new tires there a few months ago and got a better deal and tires with the recommendation I got from Fahey, than the ones I was going to get. Great place. Highly recommend.

I was very happy with the service and price was more than fair. ( I had 4 new tires installed ). I purchased the tires online via TireRack and had them shipped to Fahey.They took care of all the details and got me in and out quickly. Would definitely recommend and will go back for future needs.

They are better than a dealership!!! Took my jeep to the dealership and they couldn't figure out why my jeep kept stalling in traffic and at red lights. I left it there for 30 days!!! Came here and they figured out it was my relay in 7 days. They explain everything in detail to you and are honest. They even had a specialist come program my part. Very smart workers

I ve been a customer for about 5 years and will not use any other car repair service. They are professional, dedicated and treat their customers very well. I bought new tires several years ago and still impressed with their knowledge and talent in automotive service. They describe all the details of your car repair which is helpful to those of us unfamiliar. They provide a comfortable seating area with a TV screen if you have to wait for your car. They are all helpful. I generally ask for Bob. My Avalon is a 2008 and it still runs well. I attribute that to being a customer of Fahey Tire in Wakefield.

Been going here for years. Not over priced nor cheap, but quality of service is the best there is. One of the few family owned business that continue to do it right through the generations. This place is busier than ever, but if you can manage to wait, it s worth it.

Visited Fahey's Tire Center in Wakefield, MA for a new set of tires for our vehicle. Use your automobile navigation tools to travel to and from their location. This small family owned business is highly recommended. Their prices are lower than their competitors and the depth of their inventory is impressive. Very friendly and respectful staff. They listen to their customers, and provide professional services. We found the tires we were looking for and saved $$$ by purchasing our tires from Fahey's Tire Center.We are very happy with our experience and will refer family and friends to Fahey's Tire Center.

We've been taking our cars here since we moved to Wakefield. The Fahey's provide everything anyone would hope for from a family-owned auto body shop. They provide honest services with great courtesy, do whatever they can to fit you in and have incredibly fast turnarounds for the work they do. When a part is needed they source it quickly. No nickel and diming here. They understand family budgets can be tight so when you bring you're car in they'll give you the breakdown on what you absolutely need to have done verses work to consider in the future. You won't get pressured into having unneeded work done here. Adding them to my phone contacts bc there's no need to Google anyone else in the area as long as they are still open. They broke the mold on businesses like this.

Another stressless visit to Fahey Tire, I have been a customer for the better part of 12 years, I much prefer dealing with professionals who provide excellent service, timely work and leave your vehicle the way it was upon arrival. Many times in past when I have taken my car to the dealership for warranty work or tire swaps, they inevitably get grease on the door, or change settings etc...well not at Fahey, they treat you and your vehicle with respect and not as a number. Thanks for being there in these trying times.

Fahey is by far the best tire and auto service in the Wakefield area. My mom who was in senior housing was treated so honestly and generously time and time again. For the last 12 years I have come here for tires and the Fahey family has treated me well with honest work and good service. You will love doing business here.

My go to shop for auto repair for the past 15 years. Honest and fair pricing, free WiFi and good coffee. Nice area to wait and local transportation options.Edit: now 20 years. Look - I can't afford a new car every three years, so I spend money on maintenance and repairs. Fahey always treats me right. And more importantly, my wife. This is the only place that will price three sets of tires and then look you on the eye and tell you the lowest price option is the best tire with the longest warranty. Seriously. They've earned my loyalty time and time again.

Ive been coming here for 15 years. Used to live close but I now live in Nashua and still make the trek once a year for comprehensive service. These guys are honest and have great techs. Turnover is next to nill. They are an institution in Wakefield. They have never let me down or surprised me on a bill. Cant ask for more.Update: Just went for my annual service (Nov 2020). My bill was $200 less than expected. What great people! My son just got his license and ill make sure he is a second generation loyal customer!

This is without a doubt the best place in Wakefield to buy tires. I have been using them for almost twenty years and have never been unsatisfied. Jim and Bob both really care about their customers and products and it is self evident if you decide to give these shot.
