This is hands down the best mechanic I have ever had. He goes above and beyond in everything he does. I had a few issues with my Mercedes, so I decided to contact Mike. He went above and beyond throughout the whole process. From the first phone call to the very last second, I was completely sure my car was in the hands of a professional. He's very friendly, does excellent work and has great communication. I will not go anywhere else for service and repair on my 1999 SL500. Mike's knowledge of MB and his professionalism are outstanding. Highly recommend!! Mike performed a scheduled service on my 2016 C300 2 months ago. He agreed to do it last minute and was beyond accommodating. Flash forward to today. Saturday. My car began making a horrible sound coming from the rear wheel. I saw Mikes garage door open and I popped my head in to see if he could take a quick look. Not only did he figure out the problem but he fixed it in a matter minutes. He is a master technician with Mercedes, and a true professional. Overall a really great guy that I highly recommend. Mike has over 30 years of experience servicing Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Extremely helpful in inspecting a used car I was planning to purchase at a dealership. His analysis was spot on so I was 100% aware of exactly what I was buying. His professional engagement and timely support gave me no option but to leverage him for some service the car needed to get back on track. At this time, he services the car himself so you know you re getting expert service, at economical prices. This is my first experience with Mike. I had 60k service done on my 2012 C300.It was just what I was looking for, a honest, experienced and personable Business Owner / Mechanic, that gave my car the Quality Service it needed.If you need your nails done, a loaner car and a Great cup of coffee, go to the dealer. If you want Quality Service at a great price for your Mercedes, Elite Auto is the way to go. I'll be back. Thanks Mike

Just finished my 2019 CLA250 service B maintenance with Mike today.Mike annotated craftsman's spirit incisively and vividly. Great experience at elite auto ! Recently purchased a Mercedes and had an issue with the top being stuck down with a rain storm coming. They went above and beyond to help me get the top back up ( not and easy process ) ! Real friendly and down to earth which is hard to find with a really good mechanic. Shop is immaculate and you could eat off the floor! I have found my new Mercedes tech !
