I watched the barista make multiple drinks, no eye contact; she/they kind of tossed them at the counter, and at one point threw a cap from a milk container to the floor. similarly, the employee who was bringing things to the counter called out names and nearly threw them to the counter, without looking up at the patrons. The counter itself was a *mess* -- spilled drinks all over the place, which make coffee cups get weak spots and ultimately leak, not to mention sticky and gross! My egg bites mysteriously have a sweet flavor, as if someone's tongs had been used for another item and then touched the egg bites (which they aren't supposed to do). And last, my "no foam" latte had a full inch of beautiful, thick creamy foam... which would have been great, if I had wanted it. It also tastes unusual, which makes me think that if I order from here again, I'll do it in-store rather than from mobile so i can watch it being made, because I suspect that they used "honey blend liquid sweetener" instead of "four packets of honey". (This may sound like a small thing, but human bodies process cane sugar differently than honey, and for my body that is an important difference.)it is a bustling, bright, cheerful location, with beautiful lighting, tables and full patronage. I'm sad that the employees appear to have not learned some basics: look at your customers. Maybe a mile occasionally. Take pride in your workspace. It made me think that they are overworked, or undertrained, or just not really feeling the Starbucks magic.

Slow-Motion service! This was my favorite Starbucks for years. Unfortunately things have gone very badly here recently. A simple order seems to take forever. The manager, when I discussed it, was defensive, at best. A very unpleasant experience. I generally like Starbucks, but not this one!

Stopped by a week-ago Saturday around noon and despite three workers milling about inside the doors were locked. Three other would-be patrons also tried the door and walked away. Stopped by again around 1pm the following Sunday and this time there were four workers on a cold day but the doors were locked again. No sign to explain what s going on and zero eye contact or acknowledgement from the employees. Would love to understand what s happening here (and change my rating).

The staff members are very friendly and helpful, and it is a great place to meet your friends. The only problem is that they changed their hours a few months ago, and it closes so early! It only stays open until 1:00 pm during the week and 2:30 on the weekend, which is a shame.

I stopped in today and purchased a blueberry scone, which tasted freshly baked and was delicious! All of the staff were super friendly, the interior of the store was spotless and the restroom looked like it had just been cleaned. I will definitely return to this Starbucks.

20 mins for a latte this morning. And 4 people working and 3/4 of the time I was waiting 3 were just watching the one young girl making the drinks. 3 people who could have helped but nope. Big case of not my station not my problem.

Showed up at 725, wanted to order a sandwich. Extremely rude barista told me that the oven was off for the night, because it needs to cool down before they clean it. He told me the oven gets turned off at 730. I pointed out that it wasn't 730 yet, and he said yeah, but the oven is still off. Bad business practices and a rude customer service experience = no more business from me.

Even though I was a little bit aggravated about me missing the '22 Waban VILL Fest coupled w/ the early hot weather, the above Starbuck's lively Waban team always greets me w/ open arms when I'm getting my favorite items (i.e. Mocha Cookie Crumble w/out whipped cream & Dark CHOC Expresso Beans, respectively). Yummy!Beth Budner, Auburndale!

We've been coming here for years. Great and cozy place. Wonderful and attentive staff. But they got rid of tables and it's now grab and go place. Thank you for being there, but I guess it's time to move on.

Updated franchise store, updated but small and crowded in the AM. This store has one counter space with seating for only 5 people. The counter has two USB pods. Problem is that on the 3x I visited this store I observed non-customers sitting in these seats with cell phones etc. plugged in for hours and store management doesn't monitor this for paying customers. This needs closer supervision.6 inches behind the seats is the line where people line up to order. So it can feel claustrophobic at peak times.Counter help are mostly freindly, Spanish speaking. Service is fairly quick but drink orders are served by receipt #, so pay attention to your #.

The best really. No Starbucks in the Highlands. Everybody loves it so it can get busy. Feels a bit like being on vacation for some reason. Much better than the Centre.

So, i dont like starbucks, whatsoever. But this particular starbucks, the last 3 times ive been here, theres a problem with the register, or the safe or the power just went out, so i ended up with 3 free coffees, best starbucks ever

Good place with friendly staff but wish the company would take some of the massive pictures down and put more of the menu back up, like that you have more than 3 frappacinos...so that you know the drink you like is out of season or that sugar costs extra for some drinks but not others...

The coffee is always fresh and delicious . They also offer tasty snacks and the prices are affordable. The place is at a great location and the atmosphere is very relaxing and friendly.

Nice one. Need a little better traffic pattern where you pick up drinks. Gets crowded. Move the online order pick-ups to the other side of the bar.

Pretty good starbucks they always get my orders right and have a nice helpful staff and its a generally nice quiet atmosphere being a coffee shop.
