I needed a windshield replaced quickly so that I could get our car inspected. Richard fit me in the next day (he had to order the right glass), helped navigate insurance, and had me in and out of the shop in just a few hours. Not having to go off island was a huge plus and made it so I could work and pick up my kids. Glad to know we've got such amazing professionals here on Martha's Vineyard!

I had a problem with my truck window as soon as I got off the ferry. They fit me into their busy schedule. While my problem was much larger than just the window they made calls to other island garages for me. They ultimately developed a work around for me. As part of a major renovation of our home our general contractor brought Island Xpress Glass in for our walk in shower door and a large mirror. They were professional, prompt, attentive and we are well pleased with their work.

Everyone knows how the wind is on the island. Well upon coming home we noticed that one of our glass windows on our sunroom blew off and shattered on the porch. I stopped by one glass replacement on island and they were out of my required thickness. A neighbor friend recommended Island Express Glass since she had a pleasant experience with them. Richard was so pleasant and after checking his supplies said he would get the job done in one day. We brought over the frame and as promised the glass was ready early morning. And to my surprise since he was in the area it was delivered. After careful inspection I placed the glass replacement in the window and never thought about it again. I had few rocks crack my windshield on the way to Boston. I called at 9/1 (Thursday)and Richard told me to come on over anytime to look at it. I showed up 45min later and he emailed me a quote, ordered the windshield and had an appointment to replace it the following Tuesday. Island Xpress Glass is the best choice in Martha s Vineyard. Richard was excellent, he provided great customer service meanwhile thoroughly explaining the procedures of the job. I have a 2020 Honda accord and he did an awesome job in replacing my winshield and calibrating it so all the features could properly function. Island Xpress Glass LLC did an outstanding job on 3 separate items in our home renovation project. Two full wall mirrors and a sliding glass shower door system with an overhead track and 3/8" plate glass.Richard was totally transparent on time of arrival of glass products and installation dates. He always called ahead to confirm his arrival and stayed on task until each job was complete. He took very careful measurements to ensure perfect fit of glass products. His pricing was fair and his overall performance was 5-star. I would highly recommend him for any glass door systems or mirror applications.

So friendly, helpful, and fast. Being the middle of winter during COVID we had to meet a couple times and discuss my issues out in the cold but they still took the time to make sure I understood what was happening and what work would be done. They even helped me work with my insurance company to get my full front windshield replaced (totally covered!). Would definitely recommend!

Richard was great. We were on a tight schedule and he got the part in quickly and stayed late to get it done. Richard and assistant Bosko are both exceptionally polite, professional and conscientious.Due to a small crack from a road stone and pitting, I spoke with Richard and arranged to have the windshield replaced. They did a fine job with the windshield on my Toyota so I later brought my mother s Honda which had badly frosted headlights. They carefully did a specialized polishing process to restore the clarity to the headlight transparent enclosures. Both jobs were done with excellent craftsmanship resulting in a clearer visibility and with that, increased safety. In all ways Island Xpress Glass is an excellent company to deal with and I am very comfortable recommending them. Richard and Bosko: glad you are here on the island! Richard installed new glass for windows in a basement/storage area. This was not an easy job for the window frames were from the early 1900s. He explained my options and gave me the best solution that fit my budget.. These guys are great. Very service oriented. I was there for replacement glass for an outdoor lantern, and they did the cuts while I waited. Took great care to sand the edges and tape the corners. Very pleasant and eager to do a great job.

Had a cracked windshield on 2009 Escape. Called another MV glass company...they said sure...we are on island once per week. We could fit you in 3 weeks from now. Well, that wasn't happening.Called Xpress. Richard said 3-4 days. Got him vin, model and insurance. He texted me as he progressed and voila...done by end of 3rd day. I never saw the bill.
