Great experience yesterday and always. I have been going to Island Tire for many years and always great service. I called yesterday as the air in my tire kept deflating so I wanted to order 2 new rear tires. I was told to come in to check the tire first before replacing the tires. Long story short.... I went there right away and they fixed my deflating tire as soon as I arrived with no wait time.....I did not need to purchase 2 new rear tires! Yeh!The service for repairing the tire was right away and very reasonable. I highly recommend this place for sure!

I'm getting ready to move across the country. I called yesterday to see if I needed an appointment (leaking tire and tread check) and they explained they are first come first serve. I came in this morning and within 30 minutes the staff called to let me know I needed a quick patch and treads were fine for the long mileage. Staff was so accommodating and kind! Highly recommend.

I asked for a simple oil change which previously had cost me approximately a $120... they came back with a $279 bill and said something about how they changed the filters and did this and that cause it really needed it. I was very shocked and said that you should notify people before you do this kind of work and she just shrugged and said yeah I'll let the guys know . I paid it although I still don't think I should have.

I ve been attempting to get in contact with this place after they put my spare on and told me they d call me in a few days when my new tire they re ordering comes in. I went on a Friday and they said they d call me Monday. It s been 2 weeks and they haven t once called me, answered the phone, or returned my voicemails. Feeling very unsafe driving around on a spare longer than I should be. Their hours are impossible if you work a regular job (8:30-4 M-F with 12-1 off for lunch). My next step may have to be taking time off work again to swing by, which could be a total waste because I don t even know if my tire is in. I ve tried going somewhere else but every mechanic on the island says they don t do tires and points me here. Extremely dissatisfied and wish there were better options on the island.

Called for the first time with a flat and was handled almost immediately. Had another issue and got scheduled quickly...same friendly and great service. Highly recommend.

Great service mounted and balanced tires onto wheels for wrx. Look no further for your tire needs. The greatest feature was the customer service, something you don t find everyday on the island.

I went in when they opened with a damaged tire on my van that I needed replaced before heading back to PA the next day. I was hoping to at least get an appointment for the next day. Way better, they replaced the tire and had me on the road again in about 20 minutes!

The best service I have experienced in many years, and with a smile. My car had a flat and the tire was destroyed late on a Thursday. They ordered the correct size tire to be shipped the next morning . It arrived on the 11:30am ferry, picked it up had it mounted and ready by 1pm when they told me to arrive. They had it on my vehicle and the spare attached under my car, and I was off in 7 minutes, including the time to pay my bill.--which must be a record time. I was really impressed with their help and concern that my wife and I could then make our 2:30 ferry--which we did. Bravo!

This place is excellent, we had a flat on a Porsche Cayenne right before the ferry coming from Boston and lost the lock tire key in the process on putting on the spare in a rush (not to miss the ferry). They not only fixed our original tire, they were a delight to deal with, super honest and described exactly what they would need to do to replace the lock As we lost the original. Everything simple and straightforward and affordable! Amazing! Thank you again!!

Great service.I went on a Monday morning when they were getting slammed. They worked through the backlog quickly and in an open and friendly way. They were very careful and professional in servicing my tires and the cost was fair.

These guys were FAST, fair and friendly. I had a nail in my tire and when I arrived there were already three other customers in front of me. The guys at the shop were clearly busting their tails to move as fast as possible and they got my tire patched and had me back on the road within just 30 minutes! The total cost was just $45.00.

Great service, trailer tire rim rusted through. They didn't have a replacement in stock. So they found a used one and got me on my way. Great price as well. $0.00 thank you so much for getting me out of the jam.

Wonderful service, fast and professional. Needed one of my tires repaired and was in and out in about an hour on a busy afternoon. Everyone was so pleasant. And they are also adhering strictly to the state safety guidelines for COVID-19!

The shop is located very close in Business 2 district in town, with ample parking spaces.Friendly and polite staff! It has affordable options. It also has a clean waiting lounge, and, the job(new tires) is promptly done.

I had a puncture from the drive to MV. Took it this morning to have it fixed. Andy and his staff whipped the tyre off, showed me the bolt I'd run over, patched the hole and Bob's your Uncle in 20 minutes tops! These blokes are the best in the business. Don't go anywhere else for any tyre (tire) issues. Thanks Island Tire & Auto Service.

Wanted $45 to patch a tire. Asked I come in the next day before lunch. Take 30 minutes off of work and am told by a different person that they won't patch the tire. Wasted my time and money. The tire is not considered safe to drive on but wasn't told that the job would not be done the day before when the appointment was made.

Island tire rocks !! They are a well oiled machine even when really busy they are able to attend to your automobile quickly and efficiently.Their work is top notch and on top of that they are really nice ! Excellent customer service!

Great service! They aired up my front tractor tire that lost it's bead, found no problem with the tire and didn't charge me.

Got a flat while driving to the ferry to head off island. Swapped the spare tire on in a parking lot then stopped here because we had a long drive once we got off island. They were busy and it was near closing time but they managed to get a new tire on my car in time for us to still make our ferry (we had given ourselves about an hour and a half because we were going to eat a late lunch in vineyard Haven before the boat). So we missed out on lunch but still made the ferry.
