Ricky is amazing. He will never make you question if your money was well spent here. He is honest, blunt and always up front about what is going to be entailed in the work he does. And he will always let you know if there's something he is not comfortable letting go for a while. There's very few people I would trust as a mechanic and he is one of them and my go-to

A good mechanic is a joy to find. Update: This guy get more amazing every time we take our car here. I had an emergency where my car lost power when I was in Worcester. I barely made it to the shop, and although they were busy, they promised me they'd try to get to the car the next day. They ran the diagnostic and figured out it was a bad ignition coil: a simple repair. they also went above and beyond by testing the spark plugs and the other ignition coils and gave the car a clean bill of health. I can not say anymore good things about this shop. Great local mechanic. We recently moved to the area and we are very lucky that they are within walking distance to us. Brake job on an 2000 F-250. Extremely polite and well-spoken technicians. Extremely professional work and fair pricing (unlike other places). Rick explained everything to me as he progressed through the job which is something other shops will not do, and he called me before he made any moves with my truck. Helped me out big time in a pinch when others didn t have the time. I will continue to do business here and recommend anyone looking for high-quality service on their vehicle to go here. Came to the shop for an oil change and tire rotation. Ricky, the owner, was knowledgeable, respectful and genuine about the help he could provide. The prices were more than reasonable, and the time to complete the work was quick and painless. it was obvious that Ricky, the owner, is an expert in his field. I called and asked if I could bring the car in but based on what I was telling him he made an appt so he could.put the car on the lift. when I picked up the car he explained the location, the extent, potential of repair, and gave a rough est. of cost. he also gave me an idea of what he didn't know until they removed the transmission and motor. he spoke in terms I understood and made sure I had all the information I needed for the next step. he instilled trust and confidence. the parking lot was full of domestic cars, obviously his shop's specialty. the business was referred to me and I will refer it going forward. my best experience with a mechanic to date.

I brought our 2014 Nissan Altima in for a replacement of the rear suspension control arms, of which one had rusted and broke while driving, making the vehicle very unstable. Ricky was able to look at the vehicle that day, provide a repair estimate, replace the parts, and get the job done early in the week. I was a walk-in, so I was very pleased with the service, and the vehicle is now safe to drive. The cost was very reasonable also, and I will definitely come back here for service when needed. Our 2015 Ford Edge had a problem with transmission interlock switch and Rick searched for a part that was back ordered until September. Went in out of the blue to get tires. NEVER been to the shop before. Met the owner Ricky ; it was like I ve known him for years !!!! Treated me like an old friend !!Soooo glad I stopped there. Brought my car in for a snapped starter bolt that was stuck in the engine block. Ricky was fantastic! Very professional, polite and price was very reasonable. I do all my own maintenance and work on my own vehicles except when it comes to transmission. I do not touch I brought to them thinking they were loyal and very nice So I assumed I could trust them They did the clutch and then the very next day I had transmission fluid all in my driveway Their excuse was that there may have been opponent that had failed within the clutch that I would have to bring it back in when they have time and recharge me to redo it again but before they did the they did a 101 look Through the vehicle and gave me a list of all things that are bad or may go and things that are ruined for what I need to do and nothing of that. Was on the paper for the clutch? So I don't know why they use that excuse tell me they have warranty but they're gonna charge me again in the same spot now $900 out my pocketService: Engine repair

I would recommend you give these guys a chance. Treated me great. Fix my car fast. They do a good job at a fair price an garranty there work. I will be going back to them myself. A good honest mechanic is hard to find.

Spent over $1,000 to get new struts after the first time putting in a new pair struts he put in were worse than the ones that I originally went there with the problem with so went back got another pair put on same problem at the point now where I'm out over $1,000 and the problem still not fixed.
