The BEST tech's with the lowest grade "ownership". Service manager Scott J. is top notch and will get your rig up and running with his team. I give the shop 5 stars for their performance in what they know best. I give the main office crew and ownership an absolute zero.

I take pride in my Ride and Rivers Edge takes Pride in there work and it shows with there awesome staff from the service writer to the great staff and its amazing technicians.Straight forward knowledgeable staff and fast service.Highly recommend Rivers Edge to anyone in search of repairs from a burnt fuse to major repairs!!

It was the best experience in late 2021 when my truck shut down on the highway. The tow services and repair was fast and affordable and good enough they made me feel that I was their only customer. They came and towed my box truck in less than an hour. They also offered repair service at a great price. Its worth calling them.

O/O OTR1 injector failed they squeezed me in by 3 pm i was outRepair was made fast , they didn t cut corners and pricing was more than fair.Nice people and facilities , i wish to have a shop like this where i live.If i will have problems when im in this area will be the first place to callThank you!

I broke down on RT146 they send a mechanic to look at my truck and my compressor was the problem, they found me a new one on a Friday afternoon and got me rolling at a reasonable time only because it was Friday night it took longer but these guys are awesome and the prices for their work are even better thanks from Black Tiger Trucking.

I had an exceptionally positive experience here. Jon was very helpful and quick inspecting my trailer. They also helped me out with some lighting issues I had on my trailer and they did it absolutely free of charge. Awesome people and awesome place! Thank you and keep up the good work!

Charged me a reasonable price to take care of my drive shaft that I blew out while backing up to a dock. The towing was fast and cheap too. The only issue is that I waited 5 days to get the parts. Good job on the truck guys, but maybe get somebody more reliable for the parts that you order.

Delivered in Sutton, Mass to realize that my front differential and power divider had came apart. Gave them a call and they was there within the hour with there wrecker to tow me to there shop. They diagnosed the problem and got me rolling quickly. They stand behind there work 3 days later I was in Florida and noticed the pinion seal was leaking, I called them up and they found me a shop down here and paid to have it fixed. It s hard to find a stand up shop anymore and these guys is top notch! Highly recommended!Service: Transmission

My DD15 took a dump on me, had it towed to them, came back and not only told me but showed me the metal shavings from a spun main. Emo and Stcott took care of me like family! They went over and beyond to help in ANY way they could. I flew back home and shopped for a motor, Emo gave me great pointers in what to look for while shopping for used motors. Finally found one and had it shipped to them. They knocked it out and installed it, Scott and Emo constantly kept me in the loop. Got my truck back and she perred like a kitten! Emo touched bases with me a few week's later to see how everything was. All I was able to say was "PERFECT!". The guy's there are truly stand up guy's, they genuinely care about their customers. There is no shop that I've EVER been to that did a quarter of what these men did for me. I'm forever grateful and HIGHLY RECOMMEND to ANYONE! A+++ Thank you Emo and Scott, I now know where to go when I have a issue, in the area and know my equipment will be in great hand's!

Absolutely amazing people. Broke down at CVS distribution on 5/4/17 at 3pm. Called around shops and no one would come out to repair the truck not even NET that's right next door to CVS. The first mechanic charged us $475 to spin on a fuel filter and tell me he couldn't fix it. On 5/5/17 Rivers Edge came out in the morning and diagnosed the issue. The mechanic got the truck running and I am back on the road. Can't say enough they are amazing AMAZING people.

Payed overprice 2,000 when value of work was 800-1200 . to realize nothing got fixed. Gave me a warranty said they would stand by it. Dropped off to fix and held it for a week and didn't touch it. Went in and owner threatened me and punched me in the throat and slammed the door on me on the way out when I was being respectful . screwed me on the job/ money and did not stand by their warranty. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. OWNER HAS DONE TIME AND GOT ARRESTED for this incident

Took my truck there because it runs like crap on cold days on start up they had it for 2 weeks did not fix the problem guy there stated they wanted to TRY several different things it could be and when I told him no your not going to just throw parts at it in hope of fixing he got a attitude and charged me over $400 for them doing nothing. Place is garbage

Horrible service and lying personal specially the owner, he charged me 2000 extra for storage fees, the truck had stolen goods, truck motor keeps giving me issues. Paid a total of 5260 dollars and the truck came out worse.

Earlier in the week l was hauling a fifth-wheel camper and the fuel tank strap broke on my truck. Stuck on Rte 146. Called River's Edge and spoke with Bob. He said they don't normally work on small trucks, but bring it in and he would see what he could do. Two hours later, I was back on the road with brand new straps. I can't praise Bob and his crew enough. Kudos and many thanks to River's Edge Truck Repair.

Took my 6.0 cuz I broke down in the area, after 11 days no progress so I had it towed to a mechanic I know an had it fixed in days, they couldn't diagnose the issue could not fix the issue and also damaged my radiator while taking apart to try to figure it out, definitely not a recommendable shop
