Cote's Collision was AMAZING. They helped me with a passenger side mirror. The staff was fast, responsive, informative and extremely kind! I love that they quoted me higher and the bill was actually much lower. I prefer that type of surprise over past experiences where I have been told by other places that it was going to be one amount and it ended up being much more! My car was recently swiped on the bumper while I was at work, and I plan to take it to Cote's as soon as I am able to break free from work and do so! I highly, highly recommend!

My vehicle was caught in a pretty bad hail storm recently and I was recommended to take my 2016 Grand Cherokee Overland to Cotes and I couldn't have gotten better service ANYWHERE.Not only did Cotes return my vehicle to its original condition (As expected), they went above and beyond in the following ways:1. Customer service from Steve was amazing. Empathetic, friendly, knowledgeable, kept me updated along the way and even came back to the shop to meet me AFTER BUSINESS HOURS when the car was fixed so I was able to pick it up.2. Informed me when my insurance company was trying to cut corners and use an after market hood to save money (which would decrease my cars value and not look/fit as good as the OEM part).3. Used smart business practices to speed up the process to attempt to decrease the time the vehicle was in the shop.4. Detailed the inside of my vehicle after the work was completed (Looked better than when i dropped it off both inside and out).If I was able to give more than 5 stars I would, Cotes treated my car as if it was their own and ALWAYS gave realistic timelines, expectations and over delivered on satisfaction. I will recommend them to everyone i know that needs work.

This body shop is fantastic. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful down to the receptionist! I got into an accident and the next day they had my car and from start to finish the service , ,communication and estimation of when my vehicle would be done was spot on . I highly recommend them if you find yourself in need of vehicle repair I can't say enough good about my experience with them and I don't normally Wright reviews but they certainly deserved one! Huge shout out to Cote's Collision. Nick and his team ( Steve in particular) were fantastic to work with not only did they come in under budget but they exceeded all expectations in repairing and restoring my 2008 Cadillac DTS. Steve reviewed my requested repairs, assisted me in determining what was the best path forward and what would be the most cost effective way to achieve the repairs and restoration that i wanted.Steve kept me up to date through the entire process and even helped me save $500.00 by using existing parts to repair an electronic side view mirror rather than purchasing a new mirror. Nick did an amazing job repairing and repainting, my trunk, door side panels and trimThe detailing that was done to my Cadillac at the end of the repair and restore process was equally impressive.Need a repair/ restoration / customization check out Cote's Collision.Its worth the trip!Jim C.
