These guys are the best! I brought my vehicle in for state inspection, they found something that could have been a safety issue. The looked into it further for me and found it wasn't an immediate issue. So I got my sticker and they priced out an estimate for me to get the issue fixed in the future because it's a fairly expensive repair. They were very upfront about all costs and what to expect if did or did not repair. Highly recommend these guys. Jason, Travis and the whole crew make you feel like an old friend.

I have always been thoroughly impressed with Advanced Automotive. Each Service Representative I've dealt with has always showed a genuine interest in my car and advocating for me as a customer. In fact this last visit, I had asked for a specific item to be done but the service rep mentioned it was better suited for my next visit. Amazing customer service.

My first experience was to receive a second opinion they offered on the front suspension of my 2006 Honda accord. The findings revealed the front stabilizer links and bushings were worn and were source of clunking sound. Chad was the mechanic and was very thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. I can recommend Advanced Automotive. They were all truly exceptionally accommodating.Richard

First time customer can't be more thrilled with the level of service offered. From making an appointment to diagnosing and fixing my car, they were very courteous and informative throughout each step. Travis kept in contact with me and explained everything in detail during the process. I got a complete text showing me everything they had checked and the results. He was completely honest and did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. Driving up 146 headed back to NH from picking up a boat in RI, my alternator craps out. My truck barely made it to Advance Auto before it totally shut down cause of the drained battery by two minutes. It was 1:30 in the afternoon when I walked in asking if they could put alternator in my truck. They said they were pretty busy that day and if I could make an appointment. Once I explained that I was just driving through, I was 3 hours from home, Travis and crew sprang into action, and by 3:30, I was on the road. Thank you guys so much! Nice to know that there are some good, honest people left in this world (and in the auto industry), that just won t take advantage of a stranded motorist. Cheers guys!

I brought the car in for one thing (a minor issue), and they did a great inspection of my older (recently purchased) CR-V and found a major issue with the engine I didn't know was going on. They actually recommended I bring that car back to where I had recently purchased it and request the dealer fix the issue. Shows a lot of integrity and honesty!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Trustworthy and great work! I wouldn't bring my car anywhere else. Every time I need work done, it is clear what needs to be done, how much it will cost, and they always follow up to make sure the car is doing good. I highly recommend Advanced Automotive Performance!

These guys are unbelievably outstanding! Paul was very thorough when it came to inspecting my Jeep. They also replaced swollen lug nuts. Definitely my new place to bring my Jeep when it needs repairing. Thank you Paul and staff for outstanding performance!!! I'm extremely impressed by the time and effort these wonderful guys do to make sure your vehicle is running safely.In all my years never once did I ever get a report of what needs to be done, what's most important, etc... Paul and his staff are fantastic. They explain the issues without putting any pressure on you to get it done that day. They are very understanding at meeting your needs and they do an incredible job of fixing your vehicle yo the best possible standards. I am so very happy with them and I'm glad I have a new trusted place to bring my Jeep!!! Thanks Guys, for going above and beyond!!!!

I just moved to the area and needed to quickly find a mechanic. I brought my car in with an oil leak and turns out I needed a lot more work done. These guys were honest with me and even encouraged me to take it to the Hyundai dealership to see if the work would be covered under warranty. I ended up having Advanced Automotive do it and it was done the next day and the prices were fair. I will absolutely be coming back!

It is always a pleasure at Advanced Automotive every time I need service. From an entire brakes replacement to run if the mill oil changes. They are prompt and get me right in when my appt I scheduled and remind me days before of the appt without bugging me.They are great with recommending services to keep my truck in top shape but but I never feel pressured to act on them. They always let me make the choice of what and when to do additional work. Thanks for great experiences.Services: Auto brake repair, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Oil change

Paul and the team at Advanced Auto are awesome. the team identified a number of issues on my car and suggested I have them checked in a particular order to decide if I wanted to continue with the other repairs. I appreciate the fact that they pointed out one repair might be too expensive to bother with the other work. After investigating the initial concern and resolving it through a pressure test I had the team complete the brake work required on the car and it is exactly what the car needed.Thank youServices: Auto brake repair, Brakes, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto brake replacement

AAP fit us in on short notice. We got an oil change and had a rattle checked out. The team was great over the phone, explaining in advance what would be done. They found that the rattle was a documented exhaust issue and spent an hour performing suggested fixes. The work was performed in a reasonable time, we were happy with the price, and the car sounds great. Would definitely recommend.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Really appreciate the work they recently did on my car. I brought my car here after having another mechanic give me an outrageous quote and basically tell me my car wasn t worth fixing if I didn t do what they wanted to do. Advanced gave me several options and and got it fixed for thousands less than the other fools were charging. They were very honest and great to do business with, I strongly recommend giving them your business.

This shop has worked with my husband's family forever and was the obvious choice to bring my car to when it broke down. I know they went above and beyond to make sure my car was back up and running safely. They got the fun of working with my insurance company to deal with my unique situation and ultimately replace my entire engine. They kept me updated throughout and while I would never want to go through this particular issue ever again, nor wish it on my enemies, I would go back to work with advanced automotive performance and Travis again.

It s a pleasant and a stress free experience at advanced automotive services. They conduct a bumper to bumper inspection of your vehicle . Needed repairs are explained in detail and prices are given for each item in advance and you have the right to accept or decline any work. You can also pay for the repairs online or on your phone. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, I will be a customer for many years to come.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto A/C recharge, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Air conditioning

Brought in my Jeep for a problem with the head unit (stereo/GPS/etc) where the screen was delaminating and randomly pushing its own buttons. Jeep was purchased at Carmax with the MaxCare warranty. Advanced was recommended through RepairPal. Setting an appointment was quick and easy, everyone I talked to was professional and well spoken. I was kept up to date on progress as dealing with the warranty takes extra leg work. I was worried with it being an electronic item. Advanced came through and was able to get the unit replaced under the warranty with just my deductible.When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, one of the front staff (I apologize for forgetting the name) was providing a very detailed and honest assessment to another customer about their car. Highlighting recommended right now items and some that could wait. The cost was high and the staff was empathetic to the situation. Walked the customer to the car and went over several more items. Very professional. Will return for my next automotive need.Service: Electrical repair

Amazing place, would recommend this shop to anyone who needs any type of work done! The customer service is immaculate- unlike anything I ve every experienced in over a decade of car ownership! I was on the way to the emergency vet with my 21 year old cat when my timing belt went, and my car broke down, and I wound up towed here. Thank goodness I did! Paul worked very closely with me the entire time he was repairing my car; he was extremely communicative and made sure to explain all my options for repairs and pricing. He kept me consistently updated and made sure that I would be able to get around while my car was in the shop (as I needed a lot of work done and parts were going to take a while to get there). They provided me with a loaner car that was included for free! I ve never been offered this in the past and I was extremely grateful. He even worked with me, and would ve provided me with a ride to pick up the loaner if I needed it.All around, the easiest 5 star review I ve ever written. This shop consistently showed me they re willing to go above and beyond for their customers. Communicative, friendly, fair pricing, straightforward explanations about repairs and alternative options, and they do amazing work.
