I ve had my car serviced by Bob on a few different occasions and he is absolutely the best in the area. Amazing service and value. I recently visited him to check my alignment (I m a 22 year old girl who knows nothing about cars and couldn t remember the last time I had an alignment done). He took it for a test drive and told me everything was fine and that I did not need an alignment just yet. I m so grateful for his honesty. I imagine there are so many other mechanics who would ve totally exploited my ignorance. I m so grateful for Bob and will always take my car to him!

Well where shall I start.. A wonderful couple introduced me to Bob in a way you could not imagine.. I must say GOD sent me there he knew exactly what I needed so I took my truck to Motuzas Automotive and that s where I met Bob he s SPIRIT told me already that I was in the right place .I needed parts for my truck and Bob of course got them for me the gentleman who worked on my truck he knew his business because when I left Motuzas my truck felt like a new truck..!! I was very happy and thankful I shall continue to give Bob my business as long as my truck is in need.. I truly thank -you for your pleasantries and professionalism.. Motuzas auto I trust working on my cars, the prices are fair and the quality of the work is good. When I need work done to my cars and my daughters cars, I send them to Matuzas because I know they will be fixed correctly, and Bob is very honest and will tell you what is needed and why.

My family has bought 2 quality vehicles from Bob at Motuzas over the years. We used a uhaul from Motuzas when we moved to the area a few years ago. I had been looking for a Jeep within my college student budget for a while. Bob was able to hook me up with one within my price range and in better condition than any I had seen for that price. The car needed a couple repairs and new tires which he took care of free of charge. He was also very flexible with my schedule and found openings for me when I was home from school. Thank you Bob for all your help.

Bought a nice used Jeep Grand Cherokee from Motuzas in Upton, MA. A few days after purchase the check engine light came on. Took vehicle back in to check out problem and it was determined to be a sensor, which was replaced. Within a week the check engine light returned. Light was turned off and was instructed, by manager, to see how things went and if light came back on to come back in. The light came back on within a few days. Due to work commitments, could not get vehicle back in for about a week. Brought vehicle back in and it was determined to be a catalytic converter issue. Was told I needed a new one and they would install for a discounted price of $800.00. Doing me a favor. I got a second opinion, which confirmed the problem and made me aware that the Jeep probably had this issue when it was sold to me. I confronted the manage, by phone, of all this, suggesting maybe he would like to revisit this repair issue. I suggested I might split the cost to $400.00 to get this resolved. I was promptly told NO and that my 30 day warranty had expired. I now do not feel comfortable with this individual or his firm. Frankly I feel he is dishonest and cannot be trusted. Out of principle, I am taking my vehicle to my trusted mechanic and paying the necessary $1,200 for the needed repair.

Again cannot reiterate what a wonderful mechanic and business owner Bob is. With the help of his mechanics he doesn't miss a thing. Just had my breaks done an oil change and rear lights replaced. Couldn't be happier with the job done. Never leave the shop unhappy. Aside from the stellar mechanics Bob also has a wide variety of top quality used cars, you can always find a diamond in the rough on his lot! In addition the opportunity to utilise the uhaul business is a great opportunity for the local community.

I purchased a car from here after seeing it listed online. This is a small, family owned owned auto repair and auto sales company. All of the staff are friendly and down to earth. I was surprised at the level of honesty and willingness to answer any of my questions about the car and it's history. Since the business is primarily auto repair, I also got straight answers on any mechanical questions that I asked about the car and an auto check report was willingly offered without me having to ask. The price of the car was within the actual book value and not marked up like other dealers who tell you they sell at book value but really don't. They even worked on the financing with my credit union. If you are looking for a quality used car or truck with no sales pressure and a truly honest staff, you should give Motuzas a try. Oh - and if they do not have the car you are looking for on their lot, they can find it for you. That is a big part of their auto sales business.

Bob the manager was professional and really knowledgeable about what I needed and didn't try to sell you a bridge, just what you needed. I'd send my mom there. Period.

Family has been using Bob for 20 years, Christian is a top mechanic. Running an honest business. Also has uhaul rentals and a wide selection of the best used cars around. Got the small things right, brandnew bathroom and a comfortable waiting area. Top marks.

Bob is very helpful and accomodating. He understood the demands of a move and importance of truck availablity. It's much easier dealing direct rather than with the central Uhaul booking. Couldn't have been a nicer guy. I have to believe his earnestness carries over to other areas of the business.

Highly recommended. My wife and I have taken our cars there for years and Bob (owner) is excellent. We don't trust easily, but we trust Bob and his shop.

Motuzas is the best car service place that I have dealt with. They are very responsive and I trust them with any advice they have given us. We purchased a car from them as well and it was a great experience. 5 stars!

Unbelievable! I needed a truck in less than 12 hours and they were able to provide me with one in the exact size that I wanted. On top of that, the customer service was unbelievable! I highly recommend Motuzas!!!

Didnt have a wiring harness for the trailer rented. He removed a brake light and spliced in and wired a wiring harness in about 15 minutes free of charge. Amazing service and exceptional help.
