These guys are excellent here. I had to come for an inspection sticker and it was rejected however i was able to order new plates for my car since they were loosing their reflection and show them my order confirmation and go back same day to get my inspection sticker. I go here as they at very efficient and wait is minimal.

Needed all new rotors and pads along with an oil change and a sticker for my Lexus RX350. Dropped off the car the next morning and it was ready for pickup by 2pm. Incredibly friendly and professional. Will be returning soon for the next job!

Two visits almost back to back. 1. Complete brakes replacement 2. Oil change and inspection sticker.Simon is reasonable with the work estimates. I liked his honesty and straight forward attitude. Very accommodative w.r.t. time. Would recommend if you are looking for a car repair local. Thank you Simon.

Simon is the most dependable and honest mechanic. He has a wealth of knowledge and his prices are very reasonable. He is always honest and will never sell you something you don't need. Even when he is very busy, he will always find a spot in his tight schedule to help anyone. He is the only mechanic I trust, especially with foreign and high end foreign vehicles. I have been doing business with Gasco for several years now. Simon, the owner, is very friendly and very honest, fair and ethical. He services my BMW 328xi and Mini Cooper S, and has always done a terrific job at very reasonable prices.I highly recommend Gasco Auto Service in Upton.Update 11/2022: Gasco replaced a Xenon headlight on my BMW, replaced four tires and performed annual inspection. Wow! Simon really takes care of his customers! He saved me hundreds of dollars compared to the dealer s charges. Always a pleasure working with an honest businessman who takes care of his customers.

Just did state inspection. Courteous staff/maybe owner. Clean premises, plenty of Eu cars in the lot. I requested if they can use mask since I have a small baby, which he happily agreed. Will go back for any service work.

These guys are great. Very helpful even though they are very busy. If you buy tires from them they don't charge you an additional $25+ for mount and balance like every other place does. Mount and balance 4 tires is about a 30 minute job. $100 for that time is ridiculous. Go see these guys for your repairs.

I've taken my car to plenty of different shops before and I've never experienced service like this. My car had a squealing serpentine belt for several weeks and two other mechanics diagnosed the potential causes to be the pulleys and the water pump. Simon tightened my belt slightly and the squealing has been non-existent since... it's been over a month now, so the problem is definitely fixed.What made Simon's service so unique is that he actually fixed it for free! He said it wasn't a big deal and was a quick fix so no need to charge. I was a first time customer and am simply amazed that there's a shop out there that was willing to service a customer for free while so many others will charge you for things that don't even need fixing.I'll definitely be coming back next time my car needs some love! These guys rock!

This place is full of the most unprofessional people I have ever met. Took over 6 weeks to do the job and them when I got my car it wasn't done the right way. Tried to over charge me and also refused to give me my key. He eventually dropped my key off at my job becausehe knew he was in the wrong. . I will never go here again and I would never send anyone I know there. They also did my brakes on my BFS car and one of the brakes is making this God awful sound ever since and he refused to fix it after calling and asking about it especially after the amount he charged he could have at least looked it over but he wouldn't. Do NOT bring your car here it's a terrible, expensive unprofessional business.Service: Body & Trim

Everyone seemed in good spirits, friendly, fair price for the wheel/tire challenge that i brought them. And speedy with it too! Keep an eye out i missed their driveway at least once

I wanted to write this review because I feel when a person or business does a great job they deserve to be recognized so others can benefit. I have read some of the lower rated comments people have written and feel they are unrealistic in their expectations and would never be happy regardless of the outcome.I had much experience around auto service garages growing up since my father owned an auto parts store and I delivered parts and interacted with dozens of garage owners and saw firsthand the ones who treated their customers with respect and ran an honest business and others not so much.When I moved to Upton I looked for a service garage who I could build a relationship with and when I met Simon and his team at Gasco I was pleased with my initial experience. Over the years I can honestly say that Simon and his team have never mislead me or tried to cheat me in any way. Over the years I have brought 9 different cars ( mine and family members) to Simon for work ( both American and foreign made) and never once had a bad experience. Here are examples of what I have experienced that may help others make their own decision on asking Gasco for help with their vehicle:1. They have always tried to accommodate my schedule whether I needed help on a late night or weekend.2. Out of probably 30 times I ve taken a car for service, Simon has suggested maybe four times that I take my car to the dealership only because he knew they would have the part readily available OR had more experience fixing a particularly unique issue to the car.3. They have always been gentlemen to my wife and mother-in-law. Always took the time to explain the issue, given a ride back home free of charge when needed, and never made them feel awkward in anyway.4. Not every car problem can be fixed on the first try that it not being realistic. If Simon or his team fixed my car and the problem continued, he was always quick to take the car back and reevaluate it without extra charge or pointing the finger.I hope my evaluation will help others when looking for an honest and experienced auto garage.Thank youMark and Elizabeth McManus

After trying 3 other repair shops in Upton, and getting ripped off each time, I started going to Gasco. I know have been bringing my cars to Gasco for 12 years. The guy that runs the shop, Simon, is great with people, and is a great example of how you should run a small business. He bends over backwards to get your repair done quickly and at the lowest cost. If you go there more than once, he knows your name. I always compare his repairs on a website for what you should pay for a certain job, and he is always under, usually 1/2 what a dealership would cost. You can't go wrong there.

Always available for services, such as getting a oil change or an inspection....I would definitely refer anyone their way. They also have a detailer and drive though car was. I've used the detail service and it was awesome!!
