I can't begin to say how grateful I am to have had the hard working crew over at BrenTuning Performance in regards to the transformation of my beloved BMW s1000RR. The technicians at BrenTuning Performance made me feel at home and comfortable with all of the performance upgrades to my high performance motorcycle. They also had it returned to me in record time! Not only did they keep me in loop on the process, but they also took the time to explain everything in detail about the upgrades so that I could appreciate the process and performance upgrades as well. This company has gone above and beyond to insure the greatest and latest technology goes into my high performance motorcycle and for that Im forever grateful. A+ service, doing the job the right way the first time.Making the competition big mad, one day at a time!

After purchasing my new 2020 BMW S1000RR here in the US, it was evident that the bike needed ECU adjustments and improvements. BrenTuning came to the rescue and provided a turnkey solution to get my bike where I wanted it to be. BrenTuning helped me several times during the tuning process and got my bike dialed in perfectly. Very Professional and their Service and Support is excellent. A must for MC and Car Tuning Services.

BrenTuning is a great shop. From day 1 Chris and his team were extremely responsive and answered all my questions. They were not pushy with any service and gave me exactly what I wanted.The quality of their work was exceptional as well. I received intake cleaning, spark plug replacement, and a dyno tune. I can't believe how strong and smooth the car feels now!Their attention to detail and quality really shows. Although they worked on the engine it looks clean and there are no dirt anywhere around the hood of the car where they were working or in the car where they were to perform the tune. It really seems like they respected the car and take great care with the work that they do.Even after the service was complete and the invoice was paid, Chris was still answering my follow up questions and talking to me about my car.I will definitely be bringing back my car and future projects to BrenTuning. They are second to none in my opinion!

I would hands down recommend Brentuning to anyone looking to have there car/bike tuned or maintenance. They have gone above and beyond with customer service to the extent of coming in on a Saturday to fix a tune issue which I created. Extremely speedy response time from Bren and Chris and all my questions have been answered! Bike is a monster and anyone with an S1000RR these are the guys to see!!! The proof is in the pudding!!! Thanks again guys!!!!

2015 explorer sport.. Needed them to simply install a new thermostat and a cold intake air system.. if you make an appointment through their website, they collect $150 down payment I picked up the vehicle, they said it was another $500+.. ended up costing $750 which is a ridiculous price!

Awsome product, awsome customer service. My 18 S1000RR stage 2 ecu flash brought out another side of this bike. You get to keep the handheld device and store your factory map. This was my 1 stop solution for post full exhaust install. So far it's been solid. Your bike will be so fast and pull so hard that your stickers will fly off, true story.

The team at BrenTuning is top notch! I've had them build and service my past 3 cars, from STI's, Focus RS and now a Porsche GT4. Their customer service and mechanical know how has always left me satisfied and happy to come back in the future. Wherever you are in your build, I recommend talking to the guys at the shop for advice on next steps before you waste your money buying things you don't need. They always offer great advice and will recommend the best and correct parts for your build.

A+ Rating. Owning a VW, it can be hard to find a great mechanic that knows these cars inside and out, but I found that here with Tim at Brent Tuning; he worked for USP Motorsports for 5 years. APR had a sale on Downpipes and just updated the Stage 2 software for MKV's, so it was time for the install and reflash from stg 1. Many Thanks to Tim and Manny for providing exceptional customer service and a wealth of knowledge!

I had my 2017 WRX tuned by them, they did their standard TGV delete, Cobb Accessport, and turbo solenoid tune, and then I couldn t pass the MA inspection because my O2 and Evap monitors were not ready. I called and emailed for help and was met with a very arrogant response that it was all my fault and I just needed to follow a set of driving procedures and the problem would be solved. They refused to actually look at my car and see if it was anything they had done. After months of driving with an expired inspection I finally threw in the towel and had the dealer bring my car back to its stock tune. It was an expensive lesson learned.I would steer clear if you want to tune your daily driver and live in MA and don t want to be stuck trying to troubleshoot ECU problems that will come up. Also, once you tune your car, other mechanics won t even bother with you. They will say they only work on factory spec cars. Best of luck!

Highly positive experience with BrenTuning. They are professional, extremely knowledgeable, courteous and helpful as you think through what you want (or need) to do with your vehicle. My RS3 turned out better than I expected and drives like it s a different car and all of the work was done at very fair prices. They were thorough and informative with part and tuning selection, and did an amazing job with the execution. If you have a high performance car or bike, bring it to them.

The team at BrenTuning are amazing. They know their areas of specialization and are at the top of it as well. Great customer service from all levels of the team and are very helpful in guiding and informing one on any level of a build, from add-ons to full complete builds. Don t regret one bit working with them the for an initial tune and now the amazing engine build, along with making the travel from Kentucky. My WRX is amazing and still drives like factory until the boost comes in and then it s a monster. Sleeper for sure. Will recommend BrenTuning to anyone that has platforms they work with.

What an incredible performance shop! If you are a car enthusiast or own a performance car you have to give these guys a call. I brought my 911 turbo S in for a cracked exhaust and Bren and Tim went to work squeezing me into their crazy schedule to get my car all sorted. These guys really know Porsches inside and out and my car is driving better than it has ever been.

Just had my 2019 STi serviced and tuned and the process was nothing but professional from the initial consultation to pickup. Bren goes toe to toe with the best performance shops in the country and I can see why- their quick communication, attention to detail, and importantly the quality of their tunes are phenomenal. They treat your car or bike like it's their own and it truly shows. I will definitely be back!

All I can say is what a talented and awesome team at BrenTuning. Both of the turbos in my Audi S6 went and the BrenTuning team not only could beat the Audi price by a lot, they also had a much higher level of confidence in doing the work compared to Audi and some other high performance shops I contacted. BrenTuning is the place that I will bring my cars for high performance tuning and for any difficult motor work. Tim explained the issues I was having in detail and showed me via a video and together with Tim and Chris and some of the other BrenTuning staff they did a fantastic job. In my eyes they went above and beyond and my car runs like its brand new...I would highly recommend BrenTuning.Thank you BrenTuning Team!

Just had my 2020 STI upgraded and tuned at Bren Tuning. These guys are phenomenal! The professionalism and customer service is top notch. I chatted with the owner for an hour half after my car was done keeping him there beyond closing time. They are not the cheapest, but I believe you get what you pay for. I drove 5 hours from central NY, and I will do it again for all my future mods and tuning. I cannot say enough positive things about these guys. Thanks again Bren Tuning, car pulls amazing!!! :)))))

I had my 2020 WRX go stage two and protuned with all the work being done by BrenTuning on June 17th. I was unsure of everything I should get but Chris and Neil pointed me in the right direction every time. I ve never had a modified car before so I was nervous about the whole process but those two guys made me feel comfortable with everything. Chris and Neil couldn t be any more knowledgeable, couldn t be any nicer, and couldn t be any more patient. I had to postpone the date I was going to go to Bren due to a part not coming in on time and they were completely understanding. These guys are great at answering emails as well. I ve never come across a company in any industry where they respond almost immediately on a business day but these guys do. The car itself is great. I love everything Bren did for it. The car made 329 wheel horsepower and 335 pound feet of torque which is more than I was expecting. The car is great and the tune is great. No issues. Bren is the only tuner that I d let work on my car and I know that if I do more modifications that I ll let only Bren do them. BrenTuning is worth the drive and every penny. I couldn t be any happier with my car and the work they did on it.

I purchased the Stage 2 ECU Flash for my 2019 BMW K1600B. The Flash worked exactly as described by BrenTuning as well as the K1600 owner forums. The bike is much more responsive and sounds amazing. I'm thrilled with the results. What's even more amazing is that I ordered the handheld on Thursday morning, which arrived Friday morning...to Canada...during a pandemic. On top of that, Chris and team turned around my ECU flash in 90 minutes. So within 26 hours of ordering, my bike was tuned...that's awesome! Needless to say, I'd highly recommend both the product and team at BrenTuning. Thanks guys!

I bought the AlphaN package for my 2015 s1000rr with them and is the best product I have put in any of my bikes, HP is noticeable right away, shifts nice and smooth, overall performance is amazing I'm extremely happy with it ... Customer service is amazing as well very profesional and helpful, they answered all my questions and doubts, if you're in the market for the best of the best product for your S1000rr this is it , thanks Guys !!

I just uploaded the Brenturning flash to my 2020 K1600B. I felt pretty confident that I would enjoy the improved performance, but wow did it change the bike. My 0 - 60 Has to be under three seconds now and I stopped accelerating at 150mph because I was scared to take it any faster for stability reasons. My K1600B is not considered to be a sport tour, but only a bagger (touring bike). After this tuning has been installed, I will now consider it a full blown sport bike. Thank you to the guys at Brentuning for turning my good bike into a great bikeEd

I brought my 2017 WRX to Bren Tunning for some maintenance and a tune. I was really satisfied with the maintenance and the car is so much more enjoyable to drive! Chris was very responsive and understanding about some of my parts not being shipped on time for my tune and he was very patient with me. I would definitely recommend this shop to my friends and I look forward to bringing my car there in the future!

Man, what can I say about these guys? Certainly not enough to do them justice. I ve already raved about them on other social medium outlets but I m a small business guy and cannot stress enough how important it is to have local shops doing top notch work. Brought them my 2018 amg E63s and they not only turned it into even more of a beast but did so in a responsible way that s not going to break my car. They recommended changing out the spark plugs to fresh ones and gapping them tighter than factory spec to prevent misfires. The ONLY shop that has recommended I do this before tuning. lots of company s dm d me about tuning my car claiming, power figures but NONE asked me the service history of the car or threw out the idea of preventative maintenance to dial in my car safely. The car is the fastest thing I ve ever driven now and I feel confident in the work that was done. And the best part about all of this is the guys at Bren were genuinely excited about my car and continue to reach out and chat about future projects and tips and tricks moving forward. These guys are car enthusiasts, not just guys working on cars. If you re in the New England area, or maybe even if you re not, get your car down to Bren Tuning. Get it done the right way!!

The BrenTuning Stage 1 ECU software flash for the 1199 Panigale lives up to the product's advertised claims. Throughout the entire RPM range a vast improvement in vehicle performance can be observed. The deficiencies present in the stock coding were corrected and the results are impressive. And just as important as the performance of the product itself, the support for the product is also outstanding. The staff is responsive and eager to work with the customer to tweak file parameters, address any concerns, etc. Great product... great support.

I am 500 miles into a stage 2 tune on my 2012 WRX and could not be any happier with the service and the results. My car was due for a 60k mile service and the exhaust was starting to rust out. I brought it to Bren for the basic service with plans on making some upgrades, but needed guidance on what needed to be done to improve performance yet maintain drivability. I am new to tuning and asked a lot of questions, Chris and the team were patient and quick to respond. With the turbo-back Cobb exhaust and the dyno tune, my WRX sounds amazing and drives like a different car. Can't recommend BrenTuning highly enough!

Ive used bren tuning a few times now, and its always very smooth and quick. A few years ago I brought them a barely-running STI that was repossessed with no history, no accessport, and a mystery engine build. They took on the risky job, and made the car dyno at 493 awhp a day later. Since then I've only needed service twice and both times went great.

Professional, super responsive, and extremely knowledgeable from start to finish. After another tuning shop completely messed up my WRX, BrenTuning was able to diagnose and fix every issue that the other shop couldn't find and gave me a new safe tune that not only corrected my previous tune issues completely but it gave me more power too! Customer Service is really hard to come by in this industry and they have top notch service too. If you own a Subaru, take it to these guys.

The stage 1+ tune on my 2018 WRX was even better than expected - it drives great. Smooth power delivery with a big increase in hp and torque. That bizarre lag from 4500 to 5000 rpm is gone. Bren really knows their Subarus and the FA20DIT engine. It was worth the 3 hour drive. UPDATE - after a couple of additional mods, the car is amazing. I think that they are great technicians, make sound recommendations, have clear communications and realistic pricing. I think that i have worked with the whole staff and they are all friendly and have a lot of integrity. 100% positive.

My only regret is that I don't live closer to get a proper dyno tune. The guys at Bren E-tuned my WRX and the car runs better than ever. It's smooth, feels strong as an ox, pulls like a freight train, and even has better average fuel economy cruising on the highway. I did a lot of research into who the best tuners are when it comes to the Subaru FA20 motors, and I kept seeing the name BrenTuning. I could have gotten a dyno tune from someone within driving distance, but the bottom line is that I trust Bren's E-tune over some other guy's dyno tune. These guys have an incredible wealth of experience with tuning not only Subaru's, but all kinds of high performance cars, trucks, and bikes. Before I even purchased an E-tune, they were more than willing to answer questions I had about setting the car up and a question I had about the EGR. The E-tuning process was straight forward and very easy, the tuners were extremely helpful and had no problem answering any questions I had during the tuning process. They are not in a rush to push you through like an assembly line and will work to make sure you car is the very best it can be; powerful and reliable. Their number 1 concern is you and your car. 10/10 will be coming to Bren again with future business.

BrenTuning is an amazing company. They do not waste your time, are extremely responsive. I would personally not choose any other tuner for my Subaru WRX.I live in FL and they e-tuned my car, provided me with multiple tune options, and even provided some deals on hardware. I highly recommend BrenTuning.

Overall was a great experience for my Ducati v2.Customer experience:At first glance, email communication can feel a bit disconnected but I NEVER had a response take longer than 24 hours to get back to me. Have to keep in mind these go both cars and bikes out of the same shop on a short staff.Once communication happened with file transfer Chris responded to my emails and questions for about 20 emails straight until I got my bike running.Tune experience:Haven't done major drivability evaluation, but once at operating temperature the bike the bike is SCARY smooth. Partially due to the bikes advanced electronics but there are no hiccups throughout the Rev range and it just pulls all the way to redline. Part throttle roll ons are great too.Cold start is great, no codes to report no servo issues.Also a big issue with any Ducati is heat. My bike NEVER got above 190f in 70 degrees weather from the early fan activation. That is a night and day difference from stock.If any issues arise I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to them nor expect them not to jump right on it.Everyone's quick to blame the tuner, these a reason they are such a household name.

If you re looking for the best place to work on & tune your car, look no further! Bren s provided me with excellent customer service, always responded to my emails and questions very quickly. The results speak for themself, I could not be any happier with how my car came out, I noticed a difference instantly. My wrx drives like a completely new car! They have a great team, go support them!
