Like the other reviews, from start to finish perfect. I never review but this was a must, great people with integrity and skills. You want these modifications done right and this is the team that can deliver. Thank you team for getting this done correctly and quickly! I will be back for the jeep and my 92 Chevy. 2011 JKU on 315 s w/ 2.5 in lift and all the needed components to make it drive better than before!

Top level service and a fantastic team. All of the work was top notch and I was extremely pleased with the modifications to my Jeep. It truly was the best service I have ever had in my 40 years as a Jeep owner.

The customer service was very professional and knowledgeable. They did a fantastic job on my new suspension installation. Not only did they install my suspension system but they went above and beyond to fix little things that need some TLC. Much appreciated!!! Chris was also a big help on the process. Excellent! This is the most knowledgeable and trustworthy auto repair / mod shop I know. Over the past 10 years, Lou and the team have repaired and upgraded several of my Jeeps and Toyotas. The work included everything from oil changes and tire rotations, to installing bumpers, lights, winches, a clutch, and an array of lift kits. They explain the work, show what was done, and suggest any items that may need attention. They are also a great place to take a used vehicle before purchasing it. I highly recommend them for auto projects large and small.

Great service from some outstanding gentlemen. The guys were very helpful in not only diagnosing my jeeps Death wobble issue but also supplying the parts they had on hand to fix it. They also allowed me to oversee the work which helped me learn a ton about what really goes on under the hood. I would strongly recommend giving them a call and setting up an appointment for your rig s next big project.

Great knowledgable people who want what's best for you and not for their wallets. I've only done business with them once but I've been in several times to ask questions and somebody is always willing to give me the time of day. The one time I had them work on my Jeep I had an alignment done on New Year's Eve by the owner, Lou. Good luck finding somewhere else that would give that kind of service. I always recommend these guys to anybody who asks.

I had a lift, tires and other suspension work done on my 2015 JK. The team at Elias was great to work with. They provided awesome advice and made really valuable suggestions. The work was high quality and done on budget and on time! I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great center to customize your rig!

These guys are unbelievable, they know everything there is know about Jeeps. They corrected the issues I had with my dealer installed lift kit and made recommendations on how to improve handling at a reasonable cost. I purchased a set of wheels and tires from them, and had them install larger brakes front and rear. I would not have anybody else work on my Jeep. Thanks Lou, Chris, and Chris.

They took my Ford F-250 and made it a BEAST!!!!!!!! All my buddies loved it!!!! They put the BDS 4 inch lift kit on it and mounted the tires with the rims I purchased and they just knocked the ball out of the ballpark HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them. Lou the owner knows his stuff and the mechanics did an awesome job. Never tried to up sell me but laid it all out and gave me options but also made recommendations. No other mechanic shop/specialty shop has ever done that for me. Great job gents, you will always have my business.

Highly recommended. I was fortunate to work with Lou's friend Domenic at first and when he closed up shop he sent me to Elias4wd. Lou Chris and the crew have been outstanding to work with. They have done a lot of repairs and upgrades to my Rubicon over the years. I value their insight and excellent communication throught out each process regardless if it's been a small or big job. Lou's reputation proceeds itself with the quality and attention to detail. I have and will continue to refer anyone looking to get work done on their Jeep to Lou.Brett

Elias is undoubtedly the premier 4WD center in Massachusetts and I bet it goes a lot further than that. I had a 4" suspension lift done, steering stabilizer, rear control arms, 33" tires, and a drive shaft installed in my 05 Wrangler.I've never been so pleased with workmanship from anywhere as I am with Elias and I've been to so many mechanics in my life.They get it right the first time and make great-honest suggestions. Now, the way my Jeep rides and runs is priceless to me and they did it for a very reasonable price. It was worth every penny. Chris, Chris and Lou are a great crew. They made me feel right at home and walked me through everything they did when I picked it up.I intend on returning soon to do some more upgrades. I don't really need upgrades but I want them(you know how that is) knowing that Elias is going to do the upgrades is what makes me want to get them done because. Knowing it's gonna come out right really just makes it fun...like hmmm what should I do next?Look no further than Elias. One thing is for sure...nobody will ever put a wrench to my Jeep except for them...and I gotta drive an hour to get there, make my wife follow me etc etc...I gotta do what I gotta do if I want it perfect.

Lou and his crew at Elias are the best. They always do top quality work, on time, at the price quoted. They are the most knowledgeable group of people about 4 wheeling that I have found. I trust Elias to perform any work on my Jeep.

Had an awesome experience ordering my shocks with Elias, pricing was better than anything I could find online and they even dropped shipped to my door in 2 days. Would highly recommend dealing with these guys, down to earth and honest and fair.

Got a lift, 35 s, re-gear, amongst other things.From the initial call I made, until now (1.5 years later), these guys have been nothing but helpful. When I originally called Elias, I had just recently bought a new Wrangler and I had no clue what I wanted done to it or what it would cost. I spoke with Chris on the initial call and he spent 45 minutes going over everything with me. This was before I spent a dollar with them or gave them any impression that I would use them for the work. I definitely did my research and called around, as this was a pretty significant investment, and nobody else I spoke with was even close from a customer service perspective. So a big thank you to Chris for taking the time to not only be helpful, but to earn my trust!Dropped my Jeep off and met with Lou. This guy knows more about Jeeps than anyone I ve ever spoken too. Speaking with him reaffirmed my intuition that I had made the right decision. Not to mention, he s got a sweetheart of a Rottweiler, that will greet you on every visit.The mechanic that made it all happen though, Chris (2 Chris s in this place), was unbelievable. Brought my Jeep back there a few times for a re-torque, 5 tire rotation, amongst other things. Chris is an absolute expert in 4X4 mechanics. Any questions/concerns I had, he put me at ease.Overall, I couldn t be more happy with my experience at Elias and I would not hesitate to go back there in the future.Thank you all!-Ryan Kenty

I brought my Tundra to them over the summer to perform a front end alignment. I had installed adjustable upper control arms and wanted someone with lifted/off-road vehicle experience to perform the alignment. While it was there they said it also needed a lower ball joint, they already had the vehicle there so I figured it made sense to just have them do it. When I got the truck back, the steering wheel wasn't centered, and the camber looked overly positive. It seemed to drive OK so I wasn't going to raise a stink. I checked to see if the new ball joint they installed was greased, it didn't look it so I threw a few shots into it and grease instantly started to squirt out of a puncture in the boot. This was irritating to say the least but we've all punctured a hole in a grease boot, I'll let it slide. The other day while pumping gas, I noticed my front tires are wearing unevenly... These guys literally did nothing right on my truck. I get it, they're Jeep guys but this is just unacceptable...

I cant say anything but amazing group of guys and workmanship. Came all the way from canton to Townsend and it was worth every mile. Lou, chris, and chris invited me to have coffee we laughed and i felt completely confident that my jeep would come out how I imagined. The day i picked up the jeep it came out even better looking then what i had drawn up in my mind. I cant say thank you enough to these guys truly a great group. I highly suggest anyone looking to modify their jeep/truck see these guys, looking forward to all the other mods that will go into my baby!!!

These guys really do great work. Excellent team. They resolved my death wobble and put a new set of tires on. Great bunch of people...and oh yeah, they can fix and upgrade your rig!

Elias 4wd center is the place to go. I first met Lou back in 1999 and has been my go to place for parts whenever I need something. He gives unbiased reviews and almost always has the best parts ready to go.

Elias carries the best brands. The people are very knowledgeable about what they sell and service. I'm very happy with the BDS suspension kit purchased there three years ago.

Elias 4WD Center did a modest lift for my GMC. Everyone that worked on my truck knew there 4x4 stuff. I had a great feeling that I made the best decision bringing my truck to Elias. What a fantastic job, and the nicest people. Thank you

Elias 4WD Center has been my go to shop for years now. Lou and team will not sell you something you don't need or won't fit.Couple things.... guys... please leave the girlfriend/wife at home before going to Elias as they WILL veto that dream you have. Also Lou is a bit of a charmer to the ladies... you might not have one when you leave ;)Again.. hands down my go-to shop!

These guys are awesome. Probably the most jeep knowledgeable shop in Massachusetts. I live 2 hours away and still wouldnt go anywhere else

Would not bring my Jeep anywhere else. Costumer service if great, there mechanics are second to none. Lift, tires, gear change. Drives better than new
