Don t come here if you have to go to the bathroom. Although there is a sign off the highway, as another reviewer stated, it s miles down the road to the right no additional signage indicating which direction to go when you get off the exit. Although there clearly is bathroom on the right side of building (for employees-as I saw a tall white young man- who is either a local or who must work there use it) it apparently is off limits to the public. I asked a man at the desk working there, what if I buy something? His response was that we still can t use the bathroom. I had myself, a senior with disabilities and 3 children needing to use the bathroom. The owner, management and team should be a shamed of themselves. I ll never recommend anyone to buy from this gas station.

There are 2 full service pumps and a small sign that says so. If it is I ll service the gas station worker SHOULD be up on their feet and put asap. Sadly our experience was not like that. After waiting a minute or two We ended up pumping our own gas since not once did anyone come out to correct us, and when we were done that is finally when the worker came out and practically told us it s our fault for starting to pump.There was AMPLE time for him to greet us before we started.He then goes to say people do it all the time so doesn t that mean you should be putting more effort into stopping this from happening? They are robbing customers of their money

Was trailering my boat on in Topsfield Ma and saw smoke coming from a wheel on the trailer. Pulled in to Topsfield Service station. No appointment and they started repair immediately. Very friendly and helpful.

No public restroom. Far from interstate.We drove a good deal off the highway to get to this location. Information sign on highway did not indicate the distance needed to travel to arrive at this location or indicate that there are zero restrooms available. Very inefficient use of time.

Frank and his son are back here running the shop as of about 5 weeks ago. What fast, professional and friendly service with a good price! And the place is so clean and organized! I will definitely be coming back in the future for repairs.

I had them replace my tires and change pressure sensors. They couldn't even do that it took them 2 weeks to shut the tire light off. Something that should have been done in an hour the most at a real shop. How does he say he owned shops for 30 years and can't change tires? Francis Karam is a crook don't ever go here. If I wanted hack mickey mouse work I would have gone to Disneyland! Not to mention the all the code violaition.. OSHA would have a field day here!

Extremely rude! My daughter needed fresh air and was feeling sick. He threatened to call the cops on us. If you re going to advertise on 95, maybe you should have a public bathroom.

Told me they didn't have public restrooms and then threatened to call the cops when I took my three year old to pee behind a tree. Then handed a restroom key to the family that pulled in after us. What a jerk.

Horrible place!! Very rude. Turned us away for asking to use the bathroom. For our little boy!!! I would never!! Don t go there, sorry for the people who have to deal with the owner. Again, very very rude!!! I wouldn t even give a star but to post this comment I had to!

The owner is so nice! He fixed up my car when my car broke down and was so kind and helpful. He s very reasonable and willing to help you out. 10/10 would recommend, I always go to him for service and he does a great job!

Horrible experience stay far away! Not only is gas so much more expensive here but the owner is also extremely rude and an absolute scumbag.On multiple occasions he upsold me gas and refused to service my car for reason that he has no time despite sitting doing nothing and smoking. Never again!

worst gas station I ve ever been to. Ridiculously more expensive than every other place nearby. No one in the store to give us the bathroom key. Do not go here.

Had a tire emergency at 4:45pm on a Thursday in the middle of 4 hour drive to Maine with just me and my little boy - the two men at the Shell managed to fix the issue in no time and we were back on the road. I could not be happier. Awesome people.

My husband and I have been using Topsfield Shell for inspections and service for years and we have always been extremely happy. The owner is knowledgeable, professional, and honest.

Cant say enough about how polite and kind these guys were to me! I had some car trouble on my way from Boston to Maine (alone) and had to pull over to the nearest gas station -which happened to be this Shell. They not only fixed my car quickly but reassured me it was all good. Cant say enough about them!

I dont know what Derek B is talking about, I've been visiting the shell my entire life and never have I once found them to be sketchy. In fact everytime I go they are polite and helpful, maybe ya just gotta stop being judgement instead of writing a bad review of such a fine establishment.

Great guys, super helpful and polite. Do quick work. I justed started going there since I just moved down the road, and I recommend, if your in the area and need help, to stop by there as well.

Owner was rude wouldn't let my nephew use bathroom even if we bought gas. Stay away!

Oil changes, tires basic mechanical work is always done well and affordable. Good people, gas prices are high, that's a shell issue.

Got gas the gas attentant was so nice pleasant two me chatted for bit let my son used restroom very nice guy polite two thank u big guy got a sticker next day the attentant was there habib was so nice thank u guys

Beware! They charge a LOT more money than advertised for gas if your using a credit card.
