Amazing customer service! Nick helped me out at my most recent visit for a tire rotation and also previously helped me purchase new tires for my car. He helped me get a good deal on my tire purchase and also finished my tire rotation ahead of time! Nick is super friendly and helpful- I highly recommend working with him!

I got a flat tire unexpectedly, out of state.. thank god was able to make it into town fair tire. Chase, I THINK his name was, was AMAZING. Found a tire and rim for us and got it done super fast when you could tell they were busy. If he hadn t been working the desk when I came in, I don t think someone else would have dug so hard to find one. Awesome service.

Thr staff at Town Fair Tire in Tewksbury are very helpful. I have done my tires for both cars multiple times. Today i had a flat lawn mower tire. The person checked quickly if it needs repair and filled air. Appreciate the service

Nick and Cody both helped me out on a few occasions. This location is busy because they provide good service, so you're going to need an appointment. That being said, it's worth the time. They're always willing to help find deals when they can. I'll definitely keep coming back to the Tewkesbury location and I definitely recommend it.

Whenever I have an issue with a tire, I always come here. I trust these guys. I have for years. I don t even live in Tewksbury and I still bring my car here for tire service. Chase was great to work with. My car was in and out in under an hour and a half - just as he said it would be.

I ve been to Town Fair Tire Tewksbury a few times before and had mixed service, but I have to say the new manager, Nick, is not only the best I ve seen at Town Fair, but probably in any retail business I ve been to in decades. From his tremendous knowledge of his products to his pleasant demeanor to his total accountability, he made my experience outstanding.

I went here looking to get 4 new tires. I had an appointment scheduled at 4:30, but they were gladly able to take me an hour before. I was pleasantly greeted by Nick at the front. He helped me through the process of identifying what condition my current tires were in (I still had 3/4 originals I bought with the car), and what tires would work best for my needs going forward.I was there for about 2 1/2 hours all in all, from walking in the front door, waiting for installation/alignment, and taking my car home. Josh was also helpful at the front desk letting me know how much longer it would take when their "status board" showed my name was completed.Which is my only complaint; the "status board" is a good concept to clearly show your name and status of your car, but it didn't seem to properly show time elapsed, so it could use an update.

Nick was extremely helpful and professional. I had an issue with a lug nut and he replaced it and double checked all of the rims to make sure each lug nut was tightened and safe for driving. Even with the store being as busy as it was, he was attentive and made sure I left with no concerns

Everyone here was extremely helpful and focused on saving me money. I came in just before closing with a fast leak and Josh,Vic, and Nick kindly stayed late to make sure my tire was fixed and I got home safe. Everyone was happy to walk me through everything and explain everything to me in depth as it was my first time here. Highly recommend

I hit a pothole and got a flat. I took my tire and rim to Tewksbury, Townfair Tire and worked with Nick. He was awesome and incredibly accommodating. He had an employee drive to another store to get the tire I needed and had it mounted and balanced for me with in the time promised. He made a stressful situation, less stressful and he gave me a great price! I would return to him when I need new tires in a heartbeat. I also will recommend him to my family and friends. Thank you Nick!

Staff were very courteous and professional. One employee, Victor, went out of his way to secure me a tire same day, which I desperately needed in order to go out of town the next morning.

Always a pleasure at Town Fair. Car repairs are never enjoyable to deal with but the team here always makes it easy to deal with. I appreciate the price match guarantee and the road hazard protection on tires. Nick was so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I got in and out quickly when I was in an urgent situation. I was so grateful! Josh was helpful and friendly too. Thank you!

Superb customer service. I mainly worked with Josh. Positive attitude 100% of the time and did not make you feel like just a number in their fast paced work environment! He went through everything diligently on my bill. Will sure to be back to make an appointment for my winter tires.

Ordered 4 tires on Wednesday. Installed at 8 am on Friday. Fair price. 3 star rating based on $1300 cost and the didn't put away the spare. I had thought that you were a full service provider.

I am so thankful for Josh here who made a really terrible day slightly less stressful. I hit a ladder on 495 and had my car towed here for a new tire and Josh helped me get 4 new tires and an alignment and squeezed me in today. Great service, reasonably priced. I will definitely come here again, although hopefully I don t need tires again for a long time!

I had a great experience at Town fair Salem. The crew and service advisor Anthony were wonderful through the whole tire buying experience, clearly communicating to me and going above and beyond on expectations. I was treated fairly and would not hesitate to go back again.

I brought my Honda 2 days ago to the shop to get my tires rotated and balanced and i was looking at the TV screen and i saw some blond nca working on it and he was taking life to complete the job and he was fooling around the whole time. I drove the car back home after hours of being at the place and 2 of my tires popped and then hit a pot hole and my car did a 360 front flip into the river so now that blond ah nca owe me a new car but on the other hand the other skinny beard blue eye nca is chill i fw tha nca he try to tell blond nca to hurry up for me but blond nca wasn t listening tha punk ah nca buh 4 stars because blue eye nca a cool dude

They scheduled me for 2:30 and by 6:30 my car was still in the same spot I left it. Unserviced and the front didn t even know what was going on. Not my first bad experience but this confirms I ll never be going back.

I woke up with a flat on a Saturday morning and Town Fair Tire was able to take me in the same day and help me out. Josh was super helpful walking me through everything and reviewing all my options. Josh and Nick were both super great, I felt very welcomed, and I would highly recommend.

Update (02/2024) - Went in for a second alignment, and Nick was extremely helpful. One thing I have found is the staff here are very polite, straightforward, and knowledgeable especially about alignments. Highly recommend this particular Town Fair!great prices and very friendly staff. Jon was very helpful and courteous in explaining all the charges and getting me back on the road ASAP!

Josh was fantastic! For someone who's new to the job, he really nailed every aspect of the interaction and was very thorough, making sure I understood the costs and taking the time to get every detail just right. This was also my very first time dealing with Town fair tire, and I can't say he didn't leave the best of impressions. This company is my new go-to for sure!

Highly recommend. I went in for a sensor change. It seemed to be taking longer than I had anticipated and I had another appointment I had to get to. Josh listened to my concerns and told me he d make sure I was out on time. They were short in the back and I felt bad asking, I didn t want to be a burden so I offered to come back another day. Josh assured me he d have the job done so I could leave on time. As promised, my car came out and I was able to make it to my next appointment. Thank you Josh for your help and understanding!
