As a BMW CCA member and auto enthusiast, I am very particular about who services my BMW. I drive from Boston just to have Paul service my car. Between my father and my sister, we have had over 6 BMWs serviced by Paul. I have been using Paul for all repairs and service since 2016 for my e46 330. He is very knowledgeable, thorough and trustworthy. Paul always takes the time to answer my questions and explain the service. My car now has 190K miles and runs incredibly well thanks to Paul. I would give 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend using Paul for all of your BMW or Mercedes repairs/service.Services: Transmission, Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

Visited Paul when I had a dash light pop on. He was very knowledgeable and kind. Next time I have an issue I'll be sure to stop by his shop. Would highly recommend him for any BMW service.

Paul is very professional and experienced. I ve been having my 2013 328i xdrive working with him for years. From oil change to engine plug replacement etc., always well done and satisfying.

Brought my car to Paul s for brakes did a great job also found a couple other problems had him fix it could tell the difference immediately after picking it up.. definitely recommend them.

Paul did a fantastic job replacing the water pump and thermostat on my 2013 BMW 335i. I brought the car in on a Thursday afternoon (pump had just failed earlier in the day), and the parts were replaced and ready to go by Friday. He is professional, courteous, and transparent, and the price was very fair. 3 months and thousands of miles later, no problems at all and car is running better than ever. I m glad I found Paul and would recommend him to anyone who needs service on their BMW. Thanks again

I luckily found Paul's shop after the warranty expired on my car. Paul is great to speak with about regular maintenance as well as unexpected repairs and is very knowledgeable about BMW's. It's clear he has a lot of experience working on them. He offers great prices as well!

I recently bought a 2009 x35d X5 which was running rough due to a couple of bad injectors. After changing the injectors the car wouldn t start. That s when I contacted Paul. I asked him if I can set an appointment for service and I ll have my car towed there. Paul offered to go to the vehicle instead. Unbelievable! You just don t get this kind of class of business anymore. I am truly grateful to have found Paul. The car started and runs like a charm. I will be seeing him in the future for all future repairs and maintenance in regards to the X5. Thank you again Paul! You re an absolute Saint.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Paul is a knowledgeable, passionate guy when it comes to BMWs. Not only did he do a great job on our BMW, he went through the car and let us know what to expect down the road as far as preventive maintenance. A true BMW whisperer
