Answered right away. The guy who I think is the owner saved me at least $300. I was going to have him tow the car to the mechanic to fix my tire, but instead he offered to fix it for me in my driveway. Thank you

AVOID. Robert Gilbert (the new owner of M&S) gave me nothing but an attitude, asked me if I was on crack, then flat out refused to tow my car. I left a formal complaint with the proper division of AAA. I also called M&S to speak with someone in the office, and was abruptly hung up on. Read the reviews for yourself, and avoid this place. PRO-TECH was much more friendly and courteous.

I had a great experience with them a few weeks ago. I pulled over on 495N just before 93 with smoke pouring out the back of my Explorer during rush hour. I pulled over and oil was pouring out of my motor.They got to me within a half an hour. The driver was a good guy who eased my fears of what was wrong with my vehicle. He thought maybe I left the old oil filter gasket on when installing my new one. He was right! I ll probably be bringing my vehicle to them next time I need something done.

I had a very rude man driving a flatbed wrecker behind me. All the way from rte 38 he was following way too close, since I wad not speeding. Passing the Wilmington school on 129, I dropped to 20-25 miles per hour. There were kids out playing for recess, so obviously it was during school hours. This guy gets right up behind me and LEANS on his air horn. I gesture to the children playing and the school, and he gives me the finger.I call the company, the man who answered said "I honestly don't care. I get so many complaints every day about my drivers. What were you doing, probably driving like an a$$hole. When I tried to explain, he hung up on me".

A small couple hour fix they had dragged out for 2 weeks increasing the price of my bill from $950 to $4000. These people are NOT honest, they are greedy cheats. Guy who towed my car was talking very disrespectfully towards me the whole time as well as made fun of me. Take your business elsewhere

They were paid to tow a vehicle to 45 Haverhill St. They delivered it to 48 Balmoral. When I contacted the person who claimed to be the owner to let him know they delivered the vehicle to the wrong place he decided to argue with me rather than the tow jokey he employs. He actually said this is how much I care and hung up on me. How does any self respecting business owner is the age of social media handle his business like that? I m fairly confident any review above a 1 Star is friend of family member. Unless you need your vehicle delivered to some random address, stay away from this place. They lack the ability to follow simple instructions and lack the ability to accept responsibility when they are wrong.

AAA sent out this company to tow my automobile. After speaking with the driver about where I wanted the automobile towed, he questions my financial status. I ask for the keys back, and he tells me he knows what's wrong with the vehicle. Pretty good for not even popping the hood. I walked away, and he mumbles something about calling another company. M S lost a customer, so did AAA.

Called M&S towing after getting the run around from AAA. He was there promptly and fixed my issue right away! Excellent customer service and would recommend to anyone!!!

I wish i could give negative star review. Very bad owner and company not helpful. They dropped my car off the tow truck while unloading from about 3 ft in the air. Now they are refusing to replace the damaged parts. Called owner and he had no idea what happened as driver didn't tell him. He was very rude to me after that. Would never recommend this company to tow anything.

I had a flat tire and called AAA. Rob came to repair it for me within 10 minutes of me calling and replaced the tire very quickly as well. Thanks Rob for the great service.

Called AAA for a tow for our car to be taken to the dealership for repair. Rob showed up and asked why we would send it to the dealership when he could fix it with no problem and if we were not satisfied he would then tow it to the dealership. We were apprehensive, but decided to give him a try. That was our first mistake. This was the worst experience of our lives. He is a maniac! When we tried to ask what repairs he was doing on the car, he would not explain what he was doing. He gave us a figure on what it would be but when we got there to pick up the car it was more money. When questioned, he kept saying I saved you money in not taking it to the dealership, when we asked for an itemized bill, he would not put in writing what he actually did to the car and the amount for labor and parts. We ended up in an argument and he then proceeded to lock up our car and would not give us access unless we paid him in cash because he was not going to answer any of our questions. This then snowballed into a fight that we had to call the police to intervene. He is an arrogant, unprofessional man who should be ashamed of himself. He knows nothing about customer service. The poor dispatch man that was standing there apologizing to us I believe was the original owner of this business. If it was Mr. Crocker who was standing there, I feel sorry for you that you had to watch this maniac ruin the business you worked hard for all those years. People respected you when you were at the Mobil Station. Unfortunately, times change and you sold this business to this uncouth maniac. I already reported this to AAA and was told his service business is not a registered company with AAA. The towing business is, but not the auto service part. People please be aware that he is stealing business and then he puts the screws to unsuspecting customers. When you question him, he doesn't want to talk to you and then holds your car hostage. He nearly ran me down in the parking lot with my own car when he decided that he was going to lock up my car in one of his service bays. He drove it like a maniac into the bay and shut the door. Even with the police there, I still did not get the answers as to what he actually did to my car. He also said he would not warranty what he did. Unfortunately, it is too late for me. I wish I had seen these other reviews, but I hope that someone will read this and take heed that you need to beware of this man. The tow truck driver's name is Rob and supposedly he says he bought this business 6 months ago. If anyone is interested, I would be happy to fill them in on the rest of the details. I hope the IRS knows that he made us pay CASH! Not sure any of that money will end up on his tax form and probably none of the money he cheats others out of will either.. Oh and by the way if Rob is reading this, you might want to learn how to spell the word "PAID" ... BUYER BEWARE! THE OWNER OF THIS STATION IS A THIEF!

I usually do not give review. AAA is a very professional and very well known around the world. It is unfortunate they associate with M and S who have no respect for anybody. All they care about is money money,If you call AAA ask them specifically not to send M and S

Literally the RUDEST drivers out there. Driver pulled over on whipple road, at a customer's house. He was walking in the middle of the road, on the yellow line with his hands out saying HIT ME GO AHEAD to the oncoming traffic. So i turned around and asked what his issue was and he started going off on me in front of his customer. This isnt my first time encountering an issue with their drivers. Your supposed to practice safety and these drivers employed here are nothing but rude and obnoxious drivers.

Best towing company I've ever encountered. Most lie and talk down to people. Every employee I've spoke to was courteous and professional. Great tow & repair shop . Probably the best!

I was driving 495 north bound towards Tewksbury from Lowell. I had a clear lane to merge going at speed limit, the M and S driving purposely drove fast to cut and nearly swiped me off the road. I was inches away from the breakdown lane. This driver put myself and others in danger with his or her intentional wreckless driving. I wrote down the license plate 8945 B. This occurred on 10-28-2017 approximately 8:38PM. This driver intentionally drove to cause danger.

Thank you for showing up as promised to pick up a van we have looked at form months! Coming home today to not have to park behind my deceased father s vehicle really allowed me some closure! Thanks for taking my calls, being kid and coming through!

Would highly recommend this place and these guys for lowest repair cost around, quick turn around, friendly service and they know their stuff!! Ask for Eddie or Rob and they will take care of you. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!

Had a good experience here with staff and pricing after my car broke down on the highway. They were very accommodating to fix it quickly and at a minimal cost.

Was given the finger by a driver on rte 495 NI called the owner and he agreed . No matter the reason your drivers represent your company and if that s how you run your business and treat customers I hope those who read this will never use you again

This place is the WORST. They broke my fianc� s tire and said that they didn t. They re sketchy and incredibly rude. They don t give receipts and said that they don t care about reviews .Do NOT go here!!! You ll be sorry.

Very poor customer service. I called AAA who had this company call me about my tow. Person was extremely rude, calling my mechanic a moron. If I spoke to my customers like that I'd be fired.

Refused to tow my truck cause theres was tools in the bed and left vehicle broken down on side of road these guys should be embarrassed over there poor service i can only imagine how much quality they put in there work if they dont put any effort into a tow

I cant do 0 stars because if i could i would . I call the guy he told me 45 minutes to pick me up after 2 hours of waiting i call him and he told me he couldnt do it because he got much things to do and hung up the phone .what kind of company is this?
