I have been a customer of Boutiette's for 2 vehicles needing bodywork many years ago, with not a problem. But a year ago I felt confident letting them do the bodywork job on my 2018 Tacoma with ONLY 15000 Miles on it.It only needed a fender & the wheel well molding after AAA Tire F***ed up the mounting of my 4 tires & the D/S/F wheel came off my Truck just before Rocco's, only a few 100' of driving. Which was CRUSHING to me as it was.Then I get my truck back from Boutiette's & clearly see scratches on my headlight that were not there when I left my Truck with them.I also found that they didn't even MASK OFF my windows & mirrors.I still have OVER SPRAY all over my windshield, mirrors, & side windows, my interior was full of dust & debris from them leaving my windows DOWN...YA SURE Denise says "if your not happy with the work, just bring it back they will fix it".... What ever happened to 1 & DONE???????I wouldn't let Boutiette's TOUCH my Truck again!!!!!!!The bill to AAA Tire was over $2400.I'm glad I took a YEAR to DIGEST this NIGHTMARE before writing this review....

I love the people here, especially the office ladies. I have had the unfortunate luck of needing auto body repair a couple of times and both times I brought my car to Boutiette's. Their office staff are the kindest people and they make an unpleasant event turn into a pleasant experience to get taken care of and fixed from start to finish. I would recommend Boutiette's to anyone who needs any kind of auto body repairs to be done to their vehicle. They do a phenomenal job and they put a smile on your face while they do it. Thank you Boutiette's!

Very professional and friendly body shop. Excellent customer service and they went above and beyond to share information and advise how to make the process smoother. Fantastic job and I will only use them in the future..I highly recommend them!

I had hit a deer on Rt-93S a few weeks ago traveling 70MPH. Truck was dinged up pretty good. Brought the vehicle to Boutiette's and they were upfront about the repairs needed and time span. Had it back in the time frame they said and it looked great. Paint matches to the point where it is not noticable and you could never even tell the truck was in an accident. thanks to everyone at Boutiette's. And also customer service was excellent. highly recommend!

What a great place to have your auto body work done. The entire operation from the 2 young ladies out front, Denise and Colleen to the guys in the back is awesome. They do what they say the are going to do and they do it right. Everything was explained when we dropped the car off and even with the supply chain issues it was completed when they estimated it would be done. They car looks great. I am hoping we don t get hit again but if we do there is only one place we will go and that is to Boutiette s in Tewksbury. I have been going there for too many years to count. Al Boutiette was the the person we originally dealt with and the quality and service had remained all these years later. Thanks againServices: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

They got the work done quickly, Price was reasonable.... but the receptionist was RUDE on the phone!. That lady needs some customer service skills. In person she was nicer to me but not so much to the customer in front of me. I had to somewhat talk in a flirtatious way and she suddenly became nice.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

This place is amazing they walked me through every detail of my repair and kept me informed of everything that was being done before they started they also dealt with my insurance company I highly recommend them

Super friendly, fast, worked with insurance company, and had rental car waiting on me. I didn't have to lift a finger. Everything couldn't have gone smoother or more seamlessly.

very poor sloppy work, which they won't own up to. Instead they will try to blame it on you, and treat you like a liar. The brunette middle aged woman at the front counter is awful! She was extremely rude and nasty to me. I found multiple yelp reviews with people complaining about this woman. She obviously hates her job and should be fired! I'll never go back here, I recommend that everyone stays away from this horrible place.

This is a top notch auto body shop. From the ladies in the front office to Tom and the staff that fixed up my car. Very professional, great work. My car looks brand new!!!
