I was evaluating a used car from a local (to Simon s) used car lot; my mechanic is 40 miles away. I called Simon s to see if they could give me a pre-purchase inspection, put it up on their lift and give me an honest opinion. Based on my own evaluation and theirs I decided not to buy that car. I shared my experience with the dealer, who effected the suggested repairs and I hope found a satisfied buyer. It was $75 and an hour well-spent.

Simon s Auto Repair has been an extremely reliable shop for our families vehicles. It s difficult nowadays to find a repair shop that we can trust not only financially but also with the repairs.They are honest and upfront. Very communicative and we feel safe bringing our vehicles there.I m giving them 5 stars because they deserve it.

Simon and his staff did an amazing job on the repairs needed for our 2010 Ford F150 we were impressed by the five star reviews but the service and warranty that we received was even better. Since moving to this area we needed a new auto shop. Thankfully we found Simon's. They are the best. They are honest, have great pricing, great mechanics, and Vanessa is so nice to deal with! You have found customers for life in us. Sorry that our phone number has been such a pain!

Highly, highly recommend the guys over at Simon s Auto Repair. Just brought my car there a couple days ago bc I had a really concerning sound coming from my engine and was almost expecting the worst. They were able to let me drop the car off almost right away and stayed in contact with me throughout to explain and discuss what was happening with my car. Nobody ever tried to sell me anything I didn t need, there was no attempt to provide services I didn t need. I had asked for just a rough estimate on the work and the final price came out even a bit less than that. Super grateful my car is running MUCH better and MUCH smoother and the cost on everything was very reasonable. Also, given the specific issue I was having these guys could have tried to make an easy buck on me and tell me it was worse than it was. Instead I got nothing but straight, honest answers, excellent service and excellent work. Three thumbs up from me. I 100% plan to use this place as my go-to mechanic/repair shop going forward. Wanted a front and rear N4 Dashcam installed, not many places willing to touch it. They took the job, did an excellent install and did it for a decent price. Wife and I couldn't be happier.

Gave Simon's a long list of items to take care of. Check engine light, transmission service, brake service, differential service, oil leak, and more. They got my car in the morning and finished everything that day. 2 weeks later and everything is still perfect. On top of that, they saved us money. Couldn't be happier. Thanks Simon's.

Just moved to the area and after much research located Simon s Auto Repair. The skilled mechanic quickly diagnosed an ongoing wiring concern that others missed and resolved it. Very fair pricing and the office staff also likewise professional as they kept me fully informed through the repair. Have to say thoroughly impressed. Brought my daughter-in-law's Ford escape in head work done hundred percent satisfied professional service and amazing Knowledgeable associate greeted at the office. Just don't find that kind of service any longer and definitely not a dealerships been paying at dealerships too long high prices. Thank you again for outstanding service.

I had an issue with my brakes, thought it was just the rear brakes, but they took the time to look over all the brakes. I needed front and back brakes, I m glad they looked at all so there would be no issues going forward. They gave me a quote and that is exactly what the price was. They also mentioned other things they saw while the car was on the lift, that they said could wait. They took very good care of me and my car and I will use them again.Service: Brakes

This is my second time dealing with Simon's. This time, I brought in my 2014 camper to have it checked (breaks and front end). The front end would vibrate some around 45 mph and I was also getting brake squeal. They did not find anything wrong. The brakes were only squealing because of dust buildup. They suggested that I get new tires because they were scalloped and that was the reason for the vibration. I noticed the difference as I drove it home. Felt like a new camper. They did all of it in one day. Don't see that nowadays. Vanessa works the front desk and is fantastic. She does a great job communicating and really knows her stuff. I met the owner when I went to pick up the camper and he is a down-to-earth guy and cares about his business. I had them put an alternator in my Buick. They made themselves available the following day. It was done by 10:00 in the morning. I told them to put in a battery if they thought I needed one. They said I didn't need one. How many repair shops would do that?
