Terrible service. Lena is helpful but the delivery people and thier tracking system is inconsistent and inconvenient for the customer. Items undelivered and drivers with less than desirable communication resulting in costly delays. Do not use

Great experience. Delivered a load from one of their facilities in the midwest. No other trucks when we arrived a little after 8 AM. Got us right into the dock and unloaded in a half hour. The receiver named Ron was great, wish more receiving personal were like him.

Shp&Rcv 0700-1400 fcfs. No official overnight parking but about 2-5 spots available. Rcvr staff arrives at 0400 and will unload you if he sees you. Quick and courteous staff.

During a recent snow storm my passenger side mirror broke off, I called my mechanic who referred me here and they had a replacement right away. I was able to pick it up within minutes and bring it to EMT auto who installed it in less than 10 minutes. You really can't beat that

DO NOT WORK HERE THE MANGAER PETE AS SOON AS U SAY SOMETHING HE DOESNT LIKE HE WILL TERMINATE UR CAREEAR. THE WORSE RUN ESTABLISHMENT I HAVE BEEN TO IN A WHILE. THE MANAGERING SKILLS WERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. NEVER ORDER DORM THIS PLACE
