Very comprehensive in diagnosing the problem correctly! Fixed right the first time, no need to return a second time to re-repair something that should have been done right the first time. Honest owner honest pricing! It's a win win!

I've brought my RDX to Kevin since I've owned it (5+ years) and the previous owner had brought it there for a majority of work needed. Kevin has always been reliable, honest and reasonable with any service he's accomplished. I refuse to go anywhere else even for an oil change!

Kevin does great work for good prices. Doesn't ever try to upsell you with unnecessary fixes. We bring both a Honda as well as a Subaru, it's not exclusively just for Hondas

I brought my son's 2008 Subaru Impreza in to have an oil pan replaced. Kevin gave me a quote for the cost of the oil pan and the cost for the labor, both of which were within my budget range. I was very pleased with the job that had done. Kevin was very polite and professional, and answered all questions that I had regarding the job. It's nice to have a repair shop that does a great job at fair price especially during these challenging financial times. If you're looking for a shop that provides great customer service, and quality work at an affordable price I would highly recommend Kevin's Auto Service. You won't be disappointed!

I made an appointment with Kevin, based on his ratings, for him to check out a car I was thinking of purchasing from a local auto dealer.Thank God I did. Kevin is the nicest guy ever! He saved me from making a terrible mistake.First of all, my appointment was tentative due to the uncertainty of what time I would arrive in town with traffic etc.He saw me drive in and took me immediately. He put the car up on the lift and he and his assistant ( also a super nice, smart guy) allowed me to stay with them during the exam.He and his assistant wish I had asked his name spent a lot of time with me pointing out problems that would have cost me thousands of dollars.They were extremely knowledgeable and pointed out exactly what they were looking at and how the different things worked. I learned a lot. Not only that but the kicker was the entire under carriage of the vehicle was rotted and had been spray painted black to try and cover it up.Having driven 2 and 1/2 hours to see the car I was pretty upset but grateful. So grateful!Kevin was sympathetic. refused to take his already extremely reasonable lift fee, and told me to feel free to call him if I had any questions at all during my searcfor a quality used car.I ll just add this. I was searching for a used Honda Element. This car was priced at 13.000k from Loftus in Taunton and was a total disaster.Kevin and his assistance were a bright star in a very long and frustrating day.Those two are a honest, friendly, and very knowledgeable.Best mechanics I ve met and I m 65.Don t hesitant to give them a try.I d rate 20 stars if I could. I will never forget their kindness.Thank you Thank you to both of you!

The best! Was traveling from out of state to purchase a used car at a dealership in Taunton and they got us right in to look the car over and make sure the dealership wasn t not giving us the whole story. I took my car to Kevin for the first time; this man+ his garage are excellent! He fixed my rear electric window ,my rotors and brakes and a rattling noise my car made while idling...I would highly recommend them
