Excellent experience at this dealership. If you go you need to talk to Trey. He is an amazing person and sales man. He ll get you in the car you want for the price you want. Christopher E. Carvalho was extremely helpful as I was looking for a dependable GMC Arcadia. His knowledge and professional support on going through the process of purchasing, warranty options, registration and insurance coverage was a great experience. My husband and I just purchased a 2015 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring from Gesner Auto Sales. The whole experience was excellent. Upon arriving at the dealership, we immediately noticed the upbeat and pleasant atmosphere, as well as the cleanliness of the showroom. Our sales associate, Trey, and Shawn, the finance manager were great to work with. They were very personable, knowledgeable and professional. We were very impressed. Because we live quite a distance away from the dealership, we appreciated the fact that they were able to handle the titling and registration details for us. They also arranged for the car to be delivered to our home for a very reasonable cost. The entire transaction was very smooth. Everything they promised, they delivered on. We highly recommend this dealership for a quality car.

Had a great experience with the team here today! Highly recommend this place! Received a great deal on a quality car. Excited for the new ride. Thanks so much to Tim for helping to coordinate efforts between Trey the salesman and Shawn the finance manager. Thanks to Rob as well, he was a big help with updates on the status of the final touch ups being completed in shop. Additionally, thanks to all of the other staff for efforts to complete the process. The place had a great vibe, which felt very welcoming from the start! If you re looking for great deals, no hassles and a quality team, this is the place to go!

Trey was my sales man and helped me pick the perfect car for me and my family. He was extremely professional and enthusiastic which made the process fun. Shawn worked his magic with getting me a great loan and I am thankful for them. Overall experience 10/10 everything was quick and smooth. So I m currently looking to see if I can buy a newer car, but recently I ve felt a lot of places I ve called to inquire have tried to pressure me to get into something that s maybe above my comfortable budget. I spoke to Trey Hubbard over the phone and he seemed to be very knowledgeable and explained to me options that were very honest as far as my credit is concerned and comfortable monthly payments. I am still undecided on a particular vehicle but I know when I am ready, I know who to call very polite and great customer service and understanding

I have been in the market for a new car, since mine was totaled. I inquired about 2 that they had on their lot, upon arrival I noticed that they had 1 of them sitting in front with a bow on it. I walked in the showroom and was greeted right away. Christopher, my salesperson was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. I would definitely recommend stopping by there if you are in the market for a vehicle

I had auto-body work that needed to be done to my truck after it was hit from behind. I took my truck to Gesner Auto for repairs and rented a vehicle there while my truck was being worked on. The rental vehicle was clean and new. They were professional and knowledgeable during the process of getting my truck fixed. They kept me updated on their progress. I recommend Gesner Auto as they did a terrific job overall.

Whole staff was welcoming and friendly! Felt a lot more hospitable than all of the other dealers we visited. Tre was a pleasure to work with and he'll always leave you smiling. The buying process was made very comfortable and easy, and they gave us a great value on our trade-in. Absolutely would recommend shopping with Gesner, you wont regret it!

Honestly the BEST and most professional place I have ever dealt with. From the customer service all the way to the details Gesners auto is definitely a 100/10. I had the pleasure of working with John in the auto body department and he is truly a blessing!!! He went above and beyond and made me feel better after a very long insurance claim. I definitely recommend for any and all services. They will not disappoint again the best of the best. They are very understanding, patient, kind and a true representation of what customer service should be like!!!! Awesome experience buying my Vw Golf, easy and fast process. Dealership allows you to bring a mechanic, and they even printed out the CARFAX for my car. Chris is a great salesperson would gladly love to buy another car from him again if the opportunity arises.

Went to this shop a few days ago to see what s out there.. as I was in need of a car. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a man named Trey.. He asked me a few questions like, what kind of car I was looking for and what my price range was.. He had a lot of knowledge about the cars and helped me out in making a selection.. I feel really good by the decision I made.. thanks to his help.. I would highly recommend this place and if you need any assistance I would highly recommend Trey.. very professional, great customer service.
