Stopped in for a small item and was greeted with a smile and asked how I was doing. As I was cashing out I asked if they could throw on a windshield wiper for me. I was told "absolutely". When I asked how much she happily said it was no charge. After she was done she gave me the nicest compliment. Totally made my day!

The general manager, Amanda, is amazing. Able to rectify very quickly I might add a solution to one of the issues I was having with a part. Highly recommend restore especially with the service provided buy a great general manager

What A Joke .We walk in there starter in hand along with a commercial receipt. Looking to get it swapped out due to warranty.1. 1st counter guy couldn't even bring it up in the computer then the second guy comes over and starts saying there is no record of it in the computer. YET we have the receipt paperwork in our hand with numbers clear as day on it .2. They call their manager and she said wait till 1 to call us or just wait till tomorrow. Now this made me laugh if we could wait till tomorrow we wouldn't be here today with starter in hand. Just saying.3. The two guys behind the counter had nothing more to say than I don't know what to tell you it's not coming up and I can't help you .So here's the kicker !We call up the Bridgewater advance and they had 0 problem taking the receipt we had for the part and their manager said that since we have the commercial receipt and count and paperwork there shouldn't have been any run around like we have been doing.The incompetent employee's of this store have poor leadership and limited skills. The fact that this run around could have been avoided if they knew how to properly do their job is ridiculous.Don't worry incompetent 138 advanced Bridgewater took care of it and I was able to warranty out the starter.Everyone has their days but the lack of responsibility and leadership of this store is a problem and will ultimately be the reason why no one wants to go to Advanced auto parts anymore .

Says they have a product i looked up online and its available for pickup. I go in and can't find the item and the clerk says the computer says they have 7 in stock and he looked for it for about 45 seconds and asked manager where they are and said should have 7 in stock. Guy couldn't be bothered and customer walks in and they stop helping me all together, not that they were helping much at all. Atrocious customer service and no professionalism from either clerks, ill go to auto zone or O'Reilly from now on.

My experience at this location was surprisingly different compared to the past and other locations. When I went in they weren't busy at all. I'd asked the salesman behind the front counter for help with a seasonal item, but he said they don't do that. I guess I was lucky he completed my purchase. Then I went back in for something else and asked Jim for help and he was wonderful. He took his time explaining the change in features on the gas cans and helped me pick out the correct bottle of STA-BIL for me to use in a riding lawnmower and was very helpful, patient, polite, pleasant, and professional which are all important qualities when it comes to any of the items I'd personally be buying from this store. It's a shame the other kid struggled to even change wipers and he seemed to think he was above washing a windshield. I'd hate to see if anyone needed their battery checked and how he'd handle that... it would probably fall on Big Jim who's too nice and professional to leave a customer hanging. I think the kid is limited to being a cashier and lacks the training all the guys used to have when you'd go to a store like this.

A simple gesture of kindness goes a long way.A gentleman named Frank who appears to be one of the managers there was kind enough to assist me with temporarily patching up my bumper since the proper part to permanently fix the issue wasn't sold there.Moving forward this will be my go to auto part store.Thank you Frank!

The only place that treats it's customers like Gold..worth the extra gas. Amanda Mancini is spectacular. She is professional and always does a great job with my orders.

Nothing worse then calling ahead to ensure stock of a specific mopar oil filter to arrive at the store for them to hand you an off brand. When stated that it was supposed to be a mopar filter, I was then told they don't carry it. Wasted my time and gas.

The best auto place by far in southeast Massachusetts, I have had two incredible experiences here.I have never in all my experiences seen Customer Service and seen someone go so out of their way to make the customer have the best possible experience.I have been lucky enough to deal with Ashley both times and I wish everyone was as caring, thorough and as helpful as she has been with my situations. I also have noticed she is like this with each and every customer that comes in, she goes way above and beyond to make sure the customer is put in the best situation possible regardless if they have questions or any parts or things they need for their automobile.It is worth the drive to go to this store just for the fact she makes everyone feel welcomed and will do whatever is possible to help you or give whatever advice she has.

Cool crew, knowledgeable and quick, ready to serve their customers and answer any questions they may have. My husband frequents this store as he is a mechanic by trade. Never had a bad experience and theyre fairly priced.

I never have problems with this store expect for the employees. only two one chick is so rude and hates talking to customer, the other is named Llyod and has never gotten me with right part and clearly has no idea how to use the computer system. Very organized and clean store as compared to the surrounding similar stores.edit- those employees have been fired and the place is much better now they've been hiring some new people that know a little more about what they're talking about.

Love this place. you can always give them a call on the phone . They tell you what you need you can come on in ,very friendly ,very polite you get to the store same hands on approach help you had on the phone you out get you what you need in and out no problem

Had no working knowledge of vehicles! Was not able to provide help in simple task of wiper installation! Went in for one item and after calling ahead had AAP employee asked no less than 6 times.. year, make, model, and what ONE item I was looking for!! Very poor customer service.

Told me my battery and alternator were fine. 1 hour later my car wouldn't start and it WAS the alternator and battery. Need better training for staff.

Called last week if they put batteries in .they said yes but only 2 of us here.if busy they cant.i said u busy now.reply no .then said in a half hour. Will u be able too.reply sir I told u we might b busy.very rude.and that's how u lost my biusness.And just now called. Was asked to hold.said yes.i hinge up after 5 minutes waiting. Service needs fixing asap.

Great place to get car parts or tools and accessories.the guys at the Broadway store in Taunton are very knowledgeable. They also mix paint and sell premix paint for variety of vehicles.go check them out I'm always satisfy I need to go pick something up for my vehicles so my mechanic can work on it.

Hey, hi Advance Auto Parts! These guys are great, very fast and accurate looking up parts and availability. I ordered my parts online, (got a 20% discount It's right on their webpage! ) , and then came in to pick up the parts. Not only did they all fit, but these guys change the battery for me at no extra charge. (No pun intended) !

Avoid this store at all cost. They will put you on hold right away if you call, and let you wait 10 min plus. The employees have mostly "eh" atittudes and wont ask if you need help.. there is usually 1 register going, and a line that you'll wait upwards of 20 mins. (Even though there is 3-4 employees in the store).. overall just a poor experience the dozen times i've been here.

I can't tell if they are chronically understaffed, or if employees here just don't want to work the counter.When I stopped in yesterday for an OBDII scan, I was told they no longer do it.It isn't difficult to find another auto parts store, or to order parts online. Go somewhere else.

This store has the worst customer service I ve ever encountered, it s no wonder why both times I went in I was the only customer, and if you need to return something you have to come back when there is enough cash in the register to allow for a return transaction, I will never return to this advance auto parts location or any other, and they should try changing their name to behind as it describes them much more accurately.

Advance Auto Parts in Rayham is a good good store, they got a lot of products. I gave 4 stars because everything is overpriced or priced above average.

This place was closest to me for my battery I needed and the website said they had it. When I called a really rude womam answered the phone and was put on hold. Finally after 5 mins Nat picked up the phone and I asked to look up a battery and that I would need it installed. He said he would check and I heard him ask Dan or Dave to help and finally yes the battery was there, a little more expensive than I thought but having it installed was a plus. I said I would be by with my boyfriend.Boyfriend and I went down and when we walked in one of the employees looked at our car and ran out of sight. Almost as if he knew he was going to have to install the battery and just didn t want to.Luckily, another employee was there and turns out now my battery was not in stock that it was at their other store!Totally waste of time, pretty miserable people there. I ended up going to the other store across town much better.If you need help with batteries go to the Advanced store near the KFC in Taunton. This one is terrible. Plus the driver almost drove right into us as we were leaving while texting on her phone!

The staff was friendly and I had brought wipers across town at the other store. Something was wrong with one of them and there was no problem them putting on no wipers
