I walked into the dealership with my guard up because everyone knows how aggressive car salesmen can be. However, we worked with Alex and he was BY FAR the best salesman I have ever worked with. There was no pressure at all. He was kind, understanding and very thorough. He made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in the door. He was attentive and went out of his way .and spent a very long time with us making sure we were able to get what we wanted within our price range. We didn t play the deal or no deal game, going back and forth for hours over numbers. Everything was very straight forward and the process went smoothly. It was truly a pleasure. We live almost an hour away but I would travel more than an hour to work with Alex for all our future purchases!

Fantastic service! Karissa, the customer service rep reached out right away after my online inquiry. Andy from sales was knowledgeable, honest, patient, professional, and helpful. Jimmy, the finance manager, was friendly, thoughtful, and thorough - explained everything in detail. Neither was pushy and really did a great job working with me, to get me into my perfect car! Found a great price online was the lowest price of a Camry SE with the lowest miles and best condition. No need to attempt to haggle they set a great price called and they confirmed it was available. When I arrived I didn t wait more than a couple minutes before I was being helped and starting a test drive. Very easy process no high pressure Mike was very helpful and took care of everything. Would definitely buy a car here again.

From the first day I arrived at Bristol Toyota to my most recent maintenance visit I have experienced nothing but top notch service. In fact, I would say my experience has been the best service I have ever had over the years and I m 70 years old and was a traveling salesman who put more than 100,000 miles on my cars every year for 30+ years. So I worked with many many auto dealerships. In my book Bristol Toyota takes the cake. Thanks for years of great service. Keep up the great work!

Bob M. was absolutely amazing to deal with and we had papers signed within an hour. There was no pressure from him or the finance advisor, Eric. I have never been to a dealership where it was so smooth, no pressure, and I didn t leave there wanting to rip my hair out! My wife is absolutely in love with her new Toyota, we will definitely be back for all our future car needs!

Just completed my 2nd purchase with Bristol Toyota and both salesmen were great!!Jimmy in the finance department was a pleasure dealing with and funny as well.Thank you to Andy in Sales and Jimmy for a job well done!I m enjoying the Corolla and thanks to one of the Shaun s in sales that helped my wife and I purchase our Rav 4 in January!!We love it!

It was pleasant and I think transparent. Time was too long. Even though I was somewhat prepared and had checked inventory and knew my leases worth; It still took five hours. It s a rare day that I have that amount of time available. Might want to think about doing more over the phone. Actually I do see that online. Michael was a good listener. We made it work. Obviously he s good at his job. I did like the overall friendly positive atmosphere. Still wondering how it wasn t a cheaper monthly payment though. Would Eric go over that with me? He explained a lot but I would like to ask more. I know it s a done deal. Just to learn for next time. TY. It s in the garage.

I live in Providence but have my 2004 Prius serviced at Bristol Toyota. Their service is excellent. I feel respected and valued as a customer. My adviser is always available to show me my options and help me make informed decisions about car care. My 20 year old Prius still looks great, drives great and remains dependable.

My parents have their Toyota Avalon maintained here regularly and are very happy with the service. I scheduled an appointment to have remote start installed in their car as a birthday present for my mother. This dealership has been nothing short of great to deal with. They helped me get back into a 4Runner(went as far as allocating one for me from another dealer). This is a poorly organized dealership. Was shopping for a new Prius. Made them aware that they we a one and a half hour drive away for me. Was told I would be contacted before my appointment to confirm that the car was in stock before making the long drive. The day comes, and no phone call.So I called myself before coming in to confirm my appointment and make sure the car was in inventory.They had a minor inconsistency scheduling the appointment in the afternoon instead of the morning. Minor but easily corrected.Was told the car was in stock and it was ok to drive down. Surprise, car not in. Was given excuses. They claim they texted me not to come in. Fictional texts which I obviously I did not receive.Since they got me in the door, being salesmen to the end, they wanted to know if I was interested in a different car since I was already in. No thanks.1/5. Unreliable.

Couldn't ask for a better / easier experience than what I just had from Bristol (Juan is the best!). Straightforward, no pressure, quality customer service from start to finish. I was in touch with a number of dealerships during my months long search for a Grand Highlander, and there are some challenging dealerships out there - Bristol isn't one. I'll go back and recommend.

Buying my first ever truck was an awesome experience with these guys. I knew nothing other than I needed one. Everybody I dealt with was super patient, gave great advice, and took their time explaining features of the new vehicle as well as what to expect in regards to service, repairs, etc. We didn't feel rushed or pressured to do anything at all. I ll definitely go back to see Bristol Toyota in the future!

The salesman was nice, informative and not pushy.The first thought that comes to mind is negative though- they offered to sell me the car for the same price as a comparable vehicle on Saturday. I could not verify the insurance price Saturday so I said I d be in touch on Monday morning, which I was right when they opened. They then informed me that the car prices had increased and the vehicle was $300 more. When I showed them the comparable car had not increased they took $100 off- but it was still $200 more. I asked maybe if they could include an extra year of service or something but no, the price increased nothing .So, instead of talking to friends and Google about how my salesman solved an unrelated problem, or talking about how he wasn t pushy, the first thing I ll think of is how the same vehicle cost more on a Monday than a Saturday and warn it was like the dealership took advantage of me because I had to wait to check with insurance.

Alex is a very knowledgeable salesman. We enjoy doing business with him. This is the second lease for us. He unfortunately has no control over the costs, which are extraordinary high !The service department has been very easy to work with the past three years and we look forward to the next three.

Yesterday was the second time I have leased from Bristol Toyota, rolling into another lease. I cannot say enough great things about Bristol Toyota, always such any easy process. Bob Mederios was my sales associate and I highly recommend having him handle all of your buying/leasing needs. I will never go anywhere else.
