I bought a used Honda Odyssey from here around April of 2022. So far, the car has still been good and has not had any major issues to this day. I was thankful for their transparency throughout the process of purchasing the car. They were even willing to accommodate my different requests, including an extended test drive, taking the car in to a repair shop of my choice. They were willing to perform all the repairs recommended by the shop that I took the car into without charging it to me.

I bought a Toyota Corolla from Brads Automotive that was an awsome pick of the lot. the car was tight and in perfect condition. The car didnt pass inspection in R.I. but Brad and Zach took care of the me and my son and fixed any problems no questions asked. They are a great crew and have nothing but great things to say. So Thanks so much and would return to buy another car when ready..

Unfortunately, my experience with this company was due to automobile accident. But the staff and Brad turned this into a positive. One thing you need to know BRAD'S auto center is called Pitcherelli's towing. The address is also 1545 GAR Highway, Swansea, MA. Not what's on their business card. They are now aware of something's that have confused people. I hope you don't have to be towed but if so they are a great team to deal with TY Brad your the best. NJC

Before I start I d like to say that I was a returning customer when this happened.I saw a listing for a car online, it was a brand new arrival so I called to ask if it was there, I was told that l should come back after the weekend. So on the following Monday I went in to look at the car that was posted online, upon arrival I was told that it was brand new and that they still had it at the detail shop, no big deal, I left my phone number and name and they told me I d have the first crack at the car and that they would call me when it was back. A few days past and I heard nothing, suddenly WEDNESDAY MORNING I received a call saying that the detailer was out sick and set him back a few days, again no biggie, they said they d call once it was in. Two days pass (no phone call) and I m out test driving other cars when I decide to swing by just to see if the car is there yet. Pull up, bingo, car is right there (I was puzzled as to why I didn t get a phone call but I didn t ponder it too much) so I took it for a test drive, beautiful car, fair price, after I brought it back I told the shop keep that I was extreme interested and needed to get finances and such in order and that I wanted to speak with Brad himself about the deal before buying, shop keep said that was fine. I also made it very clear that I wanted to make sure that it wasn t purchased before I was able to get back (I said I d be back before closing). Sure enough I m about to leave my house when I call to see if brad is there, he tells me someone came in 10 minutes after I left and bought the car on the spot. Had I not stopped in to check if the car was there I wouldn t have seen it at all. Don t buy cars here

My car was towed to Brad's after an " incident" on the highway. The staff was helpful and very accommodating. Highly recommend

Horrible and disgusting customer service. I was sworn at and a belittled by the receptionist. Who seemed to be on drugs and said they where "having a party and good time" while repeaditly saying "f*** on the phone. This was the day after Christmas, do not deal with these low lives.

Absolutely terrible service, i bought a 2006 f150 truck that looked good on show and had to constantly drive back and forth after a week. Finally got fixed for 2 weeks and my transmission failed and needed to be repaired
